Abstract

The State of Indonesia is currently facing a "Narcotics Emergency". The prevalence rate for the past year regarding drug abuse has increased from 1.80 percent in 2019 to 1.95 percent in 2021. This means that 180 out of 10,000 Indonesian residents aged 15-64 years have been exposed to drug use in the past year. In order to overcome this problem, it is necessary to increase understanding of the dangers of narcotics and various regulations for dealing with narcotics in Indonesia. This article aims to explain the various media regulations in building a "shining" drug-clean generation. In this case the author uses a descriptive study by telling a phenomenon that clearly describes the problem of drug abuse that has occurred in Indonesia. Furthermore, it is analyzed to obtain results that are used in order to understand phenomena about what is happening in our country which tends to have an impact on life subjects such as behavior, perceptions, motivations, actions and others. The results of this paper show that there is an introduction strategy that the media builds our picture and understanding of the social world. The media has become our story tellers about the social world, the media are also our entertainers and in particular the media has an impact on us. The concept of "media literacy" is an alternative to empowering the community in the midst of a massive onslaught of news from the media on the dangers of drugs.

Abstract

By providing digitalization knowledge and training to residents in Tebing Village, Tuik Village, and PKBM Bina Bangsa Learning Residents, it is hoped that they will be able to overcome obstacles and problems in the village development process. The method used is PAR (Participatory Action Research), its implementation is carried out by analyzing several stages, namely preparation, implementation and evaluation. The results of the implementation of this activity showed that before the implementation of the activity, residents in Tebing Village, Tuik Village and PKBM Bina Bangsa Learning Community did not understand digitalization. However, after the implementation of the activity carried out by residents showed the increasing knowledge and competence in computer operation, especially as proven through post-test results. It is hoped that this research can provide information as a basis for consideration, support, and contribution of thought to decision makers in increasing digital-based competencies in order to improve public services to the community.

Abstract

Gender Equality and Justice (KKG) with the main aim of increasing community participation, especially poor communities and women's groups. This research aims to analyze access and control of poverty alleviation programs in Kurau Village. Gender equality and justice, which is one of the development goals set out in the 2005-2025 RPJPN and outlined in the 2015-2019 RPJMN, is faced with three strategic issues, including increasing the quality of life and the role of women in development. This research uses quantitative methods with respondents in this research as many as 60 households divided into 30 men and 30 women with the unit of analysis in this research being individual households. The Spearman Rank correlation test is used to prove hypotheses in research with descriptive analysis referring to theory, observation results and in-depth interviews. The research results show that only income level and education level are significantly related to the level of access to program components. Furthermore, the level of income is negatively related to the level of control over program components at the level α= 0.20 to α= 0.30. Keywords: Gender Equality, Access, Control

Abstract

Muharram Festival activities are held to increase community unity and harmony in facing plural social conditions which have the potential to become conflict in the future, by uniting people in one place using the concept of social integration. Social integration is intended as a process of adjustment to understand each other, accept situations, views and actions in a harmonious social life order so that conflict does not occur. Among the expected goals is that for the community, celebrating it can be a good moment to unite the community to become more harmonious. For the children who take part in the competition, this activity is a motivation and encouragement for the children to learn Islamic values. Religiously, this activity is a medium for da'wah in broadcasting the Islamic New Year to be more meaningful.

Abstract

Penelitian ini terkait dengan Implementasi Kode Etik Jurnalistik pada berita kriminal dan pemahaman wartawan Bangka Pos, serta penulisan berita kriminal yang dilakukan wartawan dan redaksi terhadap Kode Etik Jurnalistik. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Wartawan dan redaksi Bangka Pos Group dapat dikatakan wartawan mengetahui pentingnya kode etik jurnalistik dalam menjalankan aktivitas sehari-hari. Karena menjadi wartawan harus menanamkan pemahamannya terlebih dahulu. Terdapat 1 berita yang melanggar pasal 10. Temuan pelanggaran Kode Etik Jurnalistik pada berita Kriminal Bangka Pos.com di Media Online terkait dengan kurangnya pemahaman wartawan terhadap Kode Etik Jurnalistik itu sendiri. Terkadang kesalahan yang dilakukan jurnalis dapat merugikan diri sendiri, oleh karena itu, sangat penting bagi jurnalis untuk memahami Kode Etik Jurnalistik, mengingat pelanggaran Kode Etik Jurnalistik dapat berakibat fatal bagi media, jurnalis, dan publik, misalnya publik mendapatkan informasi yang tidak pasti atau salah. Dalam program berita kriminal, akan lebih aman bagi khalayak jika diolah menggunakan tulisan yang benar-benar memperhatikan aturan dan ketentuan yang berlaku seperti Kode Etik Jurnalistik.

Abstract

Researchers believe that women's involvement will be able to have a positive relationship and have a significant influence on company performance because women have endurance, detailed attitudes, and so on compared to men in general. This research is quantitative research with an exploratory approach related to Employee Engagement, Company Performance, and Commitment as a source of energy to find novelty in the research being conducted. The data used in this research is quantitative data that researchers distributed to 450 employees of Pt. Waskita is spread throughout Indonesia with a minimum criteria of working for 6 months. This data was obtained by distributing questionnaires online and ultimately analyzed by the smart PLS 4.0 analysis tool. The result in this research show that the Women's Involvement variable can have a positive relationship and a significant influence on Company Performance because the P-Values value is positive and is below the 0.05 significance level, namely 0.022. Apart from that, as a second hypothesis, the researchers also believe that the Commitment variable can strengthen the influence of the Women's Involvement variable on Company Performance because basically women are detailed and diligent, and will be even more detailed and diligent if accompanied by strong commitment. So the results of the second row of table 3 of the Jlaur Coefficient in the research show that the Commitment variable can moderate this influence because the P-Values value is below the significance level of 0.05, namely 0.000, which is more significant than the direct test of 0.022. Thus, the first and second hypotheses in this study can be accepted.

Abstract

Artikel ini ditulis sebagai catatan awal tentang bagaimana perkembangan masyarakat Islam anti narkoba. Indonesia merupakan negara yang mayoritasnya beragama Islam. Islam adalah agama wahyu, dalil yang mengatur mengenai kehidupan sosial masyarakat ada perintah untuk mengerjakan suatu ibadah dan larangan melakukan perbuatan dosa dari Allah dan Rasul-Nya. Narkoba singkatan dari narkotika, psikotropika dan obat terlarang lainnya yang bisa menyebabkan kecanduan serta efek samping yang berbahaya bagi kesehatan. Dalam Islam hukum menggunakan narkoba adalah haram karena Allah dan Rasul-Nya melarang hal yang buruk apalagi memabukkan seperti narkoba. Masyarakat Islam yang awam tidak mengetahui atau paham tentang ilmu agama dan kondisi lingkungan atau pergaulan yang buruk baik lingkungan keluarga, sekolah maupun sekitar akan sangat mempengaruhi masyarakat terpengaruh dengan narkoba.
