Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan masyarakat tentang pencegahan dan penanggulangan bencana kebakaran dan kegawatdaruratan rumah tangga di Desa Kalibeji Kecamatan Sempor Kabupaten Kebumen. Sasaran pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah anggota masyarakat desa Kalibeji Kecamatan Sempor Kabupaten Kebumen. Permasalahan diselesaikan dalam tiga tahapan kegiatan yaitu persiapan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Persiapan dilakukan dengan melakukan survey pendahuluan untuk melihat kondisi di lapangan mengenai kejadian bencana dan cara penanganannya. Pelaksanaan dilakukan dengan pelatihan, menggunakan metode ceramah yaitu presentasi dan simulasi (demonstrasi). Evaluasi kegiatan dilakukan untuk masing-masing tahap dengan mengumpulkan dan menyimpulkan data dari masing-masing tahapan kegiatan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan tingkat keberhasilan dengan indikasi adanya kesesuaian materi dengan kebutuhan masyarakat, adanya respon positif dari masyarakat dan sebagian besar (73%) peserta mengalami peningkatan pengetahuan setelah dilakukan simulasi bencana

Abstract

Based on the Central Statistics Agency, adolescents aged 15 to 19 years in Indonesia experienced an increase in smoking frequency and the percentage of smokers aged 15-19 years had increased in 2020. There were 10.61% of the population aged 15-19 years who smoked in 2020, up from 10 .54% in 2019. Meanwhile, the smoking rate for adolescents from 15 to 19 years old is 9.98% (BPS, 2021). Looking at the data and the increase in adolescent smoking, the researchers used community nursing concept questions (CAP). Such as family support, adolescent smoking, the incidence of illness can be data using CAP. The purpose of this study was to look at the family support of youth youth groups, youth smoking, adolescents who were sick, and linking family support to smoking and the incidence of illness. This study links adolescent family support with smoking and disease. The methodology is an exploratory description with the population of teenagers in Kalibeji village and the total number of samples is 441 people. Researchers gave consent before taking data, and they agreed. From the results of the study, it was found that the family support of teenagers was very supportive of 285 people (60.1%), 402 people who did not smoke (91.2%), healthy teenagers there were 430 people (97.5%). For the relationship between adolescent family support and smoking there is a relationship = 0.0003 while adolescent family support with the incidence of illness has no relationship = 0.082. It is recommended that families remind teenagers not to smoke and take care of their health. And the Betty Neuman model with community as partner in community nursing can be used to study adolescents.

Abstract

Motivasi diawali dengan keinginan untuk mempengaruhi perilaku seseorang. Kinerja seorang perawat dapat dilihat dari mutu asuhan keperawatan yang diberikan pada pasien. Standar praktik dalam melaksanakan pendokumentasian asuhan menjadi pedoman bagi perawat dalam melaksanakan asuhan keperawatan. Data terhadap sikap perawat 55% dan motivasi perawat 53%, serta hasil pelaksanaan dokumentasi keperawatan menunjukkan 43%. Mengetahui hubungan antara motivasi dan kinerja perawat dengan sistem pendokumentasian asuhan keperawatan di RSUD Setjonegoro Wonosobo Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional dengan menggunakan uji chi square. Sampel yang digunakan terdiri dari 70 responden dengan menggunakan simple random sampling. Variabel independent dalam penelitian ini adalah motivasi dan kinerja perawat, sedangkan variabel dependentnya adalah sistem pendokumentasian asuhan keperawatan. sebagian besar responden bekerja >10 tahun yaitu sebanyak 34 responden (48,6%) dan yang paling sedikit bekerja <5 tahun sebanyak 16 responden (22,9%). Sebagian besar kinerja dalam kategori baik yaitu sebanyak 53 responden (75,7%) dan sebanyak 17 responden (24,3%) memiliki kinerja buruk. Sebagian besar sistem dokumentasi tidak lengkap yaitu sebanyak 59 dokumen (84,3%) dan sebanyak 11 dokumen (15,7%) adalah lengkap.  Hasil uji chi square tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara kinerja perawat dengan sistem dokumentasi (p: 0,443). Tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara motivasi perawat dengan sistem dokumentasi (p: 0,292).   Kata kunci : kinerja, motivasi, dokumentasi asuhan keperawatan.

Abstract

Coronavirus merupakan virus yang ditularkan secara zoonosis antara hewan dan manusia yang dapat menyebabkan gejala ringan hingga berat. Pencegahan penyebaran covid-19 dapat dicegah dengan menerapkan kepatuhan protokol 5M dalam masyarakat sebagai upaya pencegahan penyakit Covid-19 yang meliputi cuci tangan, menggunakan masker, menjaga jarak, menjauhi kerumunan, serta mengurangi mobilitas. Desain penelitian ini adalah deskriptif analitik, Penelitian dilakukan di kecamatan Rowokele. Pengambilan sampel  dengan menggunakan simple random sampling  jumlah sampel 76 responden. Hasil Penelitian kepatuhan protokol covid-19 pada remaja di kecamatan Rowokele sebagian besar tidak patuh, yaitu sebanyak 69,7%, dan  responden dengan kategori patuh sebanyak  30,3%. Rekomendasi : pemerintah kecamatan  membuat kebijakan untuk meningkatkan  kepatuhan remaja  terhadap penerapan protokol covid-19.

Abstract

Diabetic Mellitus (DM) is able to change the psychology of patient such as the changing of self concept and depression. Psychological stress can happen when someone accepts diagnosis of DM. they ought DM can give many problems such as Diet Controlling and long term complex and therapy. The purpose of this research is to know the relation between self concept and level of depression in Ungaran Public Hospital. The design used in this research was cross-sectional descriptive. The taking of samples used purposive sampling method, the number of sample is 37 persons. The data analysis was to know whether there is a correlation between variables using pearson product moment test. The result of this research using pearson product moment test showed that there was a relation (p value 0,000 < 0,05) between self consept and depression level of DM in Ungaran Public Hospital. During perform nursing hospital care, nurse need to know the worries of patient, the causes of self consept and depression disorder and to identify the coping that was used in handling the problems of self concept and depression of DM sufferer.   Keywords: self concept, depression, Diabetic Mellitus

Abstract

Abstract Qatar, as the host of the World Cup 2022, has released a music video to enliven the euphoria. The music video is believed to indirectly present several issues including environmental issues. This research aims to examine the depiction of nature in the Dreamers music video by Jungkook and Fahad Al Kubaisi for the official soundtrack of FIFA World Cup 2022. This paper uses ecocriticism interest which takes an earth-centered approach to a literary study by looking at the role nature plays in a given work proposed by Cheryll Glotfelty. The result of the study shows that the music video contains some nature representations which are the existence of pearls as Qatar's main income source before oil discovery, the whale shark as the country's representation to signified its new image, and the white snowy tree emphasizing a climate change that has been a serious concern in the Arab world. Abstract

Black Swan (2010) is a psychological horror movie that explores themes of ambition, perfectionism, and the psychological toll of obsession in the competitive world of professional ballet. The movie delves into Nina's descent into madness as she strives for artistic perfection, blurring the lines between reality and hallucination. The aim achieved in this analysis includes examining how psychological stress manifests itself, how high-pressure artistic circumstances can distort reality, and how these factors influence the protagonist's spiral toward mental instability. This is qualitative-descriptive research. The researchers follow a four-step process involving data identification, classification, analysis, and concluding. The main data collection comes from Black Swan (2010), focusing on scenes when Nina Sayers experiences mental breakdowns. The researchers collected data from the film itself and several journals, focusing on Nina's mental disorders and applying Freudian concepts to analyze her behavior and personality. The research results show that obsession and strong demands for perfection from herself and others have disturbed Nina's mental instability in Black Swan (2010).

Abstract

Understanding the growth and development of toddlers and nutritional status, breast milk and breast milk in mothers requires increased knowledge. So far, many mothers of toddlers don't know what growth and development is, let alone what it has to do with nutrition, breast milk and breast milk. This research aims to see the relationship between understanding growth and development with nutritional status, breast milk and breast milk. The respondents were mothers who have toddlers in Tanggeran Village totaling 90 people. Data collection was carried out directly by asking mothers who had children under five. The researcher explains the purpose and objectives of the research in order to solve problems in dealing with toddlers. Information submitted by mothers will be kept confidential and can be used to improve services for toddlers. The research method uses a cross-sectional approach, considering that data collection is carried out simultaneously on mothers who have toddlers. From the results of the research, it was found that 60 people (66.7%) still don't understand the growth and development of mothers under five, 60 people (66.7%) give breast milk when they are 13 to 24 months old, 60 people give breast milk for under 6 months (66.7), and nutritional status according to the KMS. 63 people (70%) are on the green line. The relationship between understanding growth and development with MP-ASI and nutritional status shows that there is a relationship where the Palue p value = 0.0001. What is not related is the understanding of mothers of toddlers with the length of time they provide breast milk, where Palue's p value = 0.417. Thus, it is necessary for mothers of toddlers to understand how to care for them so that they grow into healthy teenagers.
