Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has a major impact on the economic sector, especially the MSME sector which is the largest sector in the economy. Disnakerkumkm provides training for MSME facilitators to increase the capacity and ability of MSME facilitators. This training aims to increase the capacity of MSMEs accompanying MSMEs, they can provide more appropriate solutions based on theory and practice so that they can help MSMEs to rise up in the post-pandemic.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh konflik peran ganda dan stres kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan wanita di Universitas Muhammadiyah Gombong. Dalam pengumpulan data digunakan data primer yang diperoleh dari kuisioner dengan metode purposive sampling. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah karyawan Universitas Muhammadiyah Gombong yaitu sebanyak 120 karyawan. Kriteria sampel yang digunakan yaitu hanya karyawan wanita yang sudah menikah yang bisa dijadikan sampel, totalnya adalah sebanyak 58 karyawan. Analisis regresi linier berganda merupakan metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitan ini menunjukan bahwa konflik peran ganda berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan dan stres kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan wanita di Universitas Muhammadiyah Gombong.

Abstract

This research aims to study the influence of market knowledge and responsiveness to competitors on marketing agility on MSMEs producers of strawberries in Kebumen district, as well as the role of market agitation mediation in the relationship. This research uses a quantitative method with a questionnaire distributed to the owner of MSMEs genteng in Kebumen district. The data obtained was analyzed using SPSS software to test the hypothesis put forward. Research data is obtained from questionnaires designed to gather information related to market knowledge, competitor responsiveness, marketing agility, and market turmoil. The respondents consisted of the owner of MSMEs producer of strawberries in Kebumen district. Research has shown that market knowledge and responsiveness to competitors have a significant influence on marketing agility. MSMESs with market knowledge and high responsiveness are better able to adapt and make quick decisions in the face of market dynamics, improving their marketing agility.
