Abstract

The subject selection process for eleventh-grade students at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Brebes faces challenges including misalignment between student interests and academic abilities, and imbalanced teacher-to-subject ratios across Natural Sciences, Social Sciences, and Religious Studies. This study develops a decision support system using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method to provide objective recommendations that consider both academic performance and student preferences. A quantitative descriptive analytical approach was applied with data from 30 tenth-grade students, incorporating four criteria: Natural Sciences scores, Social Sciences scores, Religious Studies scores, and student interests, weighted 0.25, 0.25, 0.10, and 0.40 respectively. The SAW implementation included decision matrix construction, normalization, weighted preference calculation, and recommendation determination. Results showed optimal distribution with 19 students recommended for Natural Sciences, 7 for Social Sciences, and 4 for Religious Studies, achieving 96.67% accuracy in aligning preferences while optimizing academic potential. The system preserved preferences for all students initially interested in Social Sciences and Religious Studies, while reassigning two Natural Sciences–interested students to Social Sciences based on superior performance. Top-performing students identified were Mohammad Abian for Natural Sciences (0.9802), Julia for Social Sciences (0.87243), and a student with 0.75995 for Religious Studies. The SAW method proves effective in addressing multi-criteria decision-making while ensuring transparency, objectivity, and balanced resource use in Islamic secondary education.

Abstract

The problem that was used as the object of the research is that in the operational journey carried out by Kopsyah, BMI for the past 5 years in providing services to members was very maximal and this could not be proven with supporting data, from the financial statements that members could quit , the need for this research was made to find out from the form of satisfaction and loyalty of members in Kopsyah Benteng Mikro Indonesia. This study aims to 1) Know the Effect of Service Quality on Member Satisfaction in Kopsyah Benteng Mikro Indonesia 2) Know the Effect of Service Quality on Loyalty of Koperasi Benteng Mikro Indonesia’s Members 3) Know the Effect of Member Satisfaction on Loyalty of Koperasi Benteng Mikro Indonesia’s Members. The data collection technique is use a questionnaire given to respondents (members) of 457 people. The population in this study is a member of the BMI Sharia Cooperative who has a membership period of at least 2 years in Kopsyah BMI. The sampling technique uses Simple Random Sampling from all members who have been members for at least 2 years. The analytical tool used is SPSS 20. The results of the study showed that the service quality of Kopsyah Benteng Mikro Indonesia had an effect on member satisfaction and loyalty.

Abstract

Peningkatan Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) dapat disebabkan oleh branding dan pemanfaatan teknologi yang semakin berkembang.Branding yang kuat dan pemasaran online yang tepat dapat membantu terhadap merek dan jangkauan pasar yang luas Namun masih terdapat pemilik UMKM yang belum mengenal pentingnya merek usaha dan pemanfaatan teknologi dalam dunia dagang. Sehingga hal ini menyebabkan sulitnya pengenalan identitas usaha kepada orang banyak sehingga kehilamgan kesempatan dalam pemanfaatan fitur iklan dan promosi yang dapat membantu dalam penjualan secara online. Kegiatan ini sebagai bentuk untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pemahaman UMKM terhadap konsep branding sebagai indentitas usaha dan mengetahui bagaimana strategi pemasaran online pada peningkatan UMKM Desa Sindangkasih Kabupaten Cirebon. Metode dalam penulisanartikel ini menggunakan pelatihan kepada masyarakat yang memiliki usaha mikro kecil menengah dengan bentuk pelaksanaan workshop, pemilihan responden melalui teknik purposive sampling, yaitu memilih peserta yang paling sesuai dengan tujuan pelaksanaan berdasarkan kriteria tertentu. Responden yang dipilih adalah pelaku UMKM di Desa Sindangkasih yang memiliki usaha aktif serta menunjukkan minat dan motivasi tinggi dalam meningkatkan keterampilan branding dan pemasaran online. Hasil pelaksanaan workshop ini berhasil memperkenalkan branding kepada pelaku UMKM dengan membantu pembuatan merek dari gabungan komponen logo, symbol, nama, garis sebagai perancangan merek branding usaha mereka, juga membantu memperkenalkan marketplace dengan memanfaatkan perkembangan teknologi yang ada, memberikan penjelasan fitur promosi, iklan hal ini dapat menarik perhatian konsumen terhadap produk yang dijual. Hingga mendaftarkan usaha mereka ke E-commerce yaitu sebagai bentuk untuk memperluas jangkauan usaha dagang yang dapat memberikan banyak keuntungan. Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the travel performance of the performance of Hajj and Umrah at PT.Gadika Travel Medan. This reseach was obtained by the formance of the executor of travel that the performance of Hajj and Umrah could improve the walfare of the pligrims. This reseach method uses qualitative research with the type of case study reseach. Data collection tecniques used in this study were observation, interviews and documentation. Based on the result of reseach and analysis of key data that with the performance of this Umrah pilgrimage can improve the welfare of the Umrah pligrims at PT.Gadika Travel Medan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini guna mengetahui pengaruh Personal Selling terhadap minat beli produk halal network international (HNI ) pada business center medan 1. Penelitian ini ialah penelitian  kuantitatif di metode kuesioner diisi oleh responden. Di penelitian ini memakai uji validitas juga reabilitas, uji normalitas, uji hipotesis melalui uji t serta analisis koefisien determinasi (R2) di pengolahan data memakai  SPSS. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh persamaan regresi Y – 4,215 + 1,191 x. Hasil analisis diatas dapat disimpulkan bahwasanya variabel personal selling (x) berpengaruh kepada variabel minat beli(Y) yang bernilai positif, kemudian dengan indeks determinasi sebesar 57,3% ini berarti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli produk halal network international (HNI) pad Business center medan 1, dan sebesar 42,7% dipengaruhi variabel lain yang tidak diteliti di penelitian ini.

Abstract

Character education is an education system that aims to instill certain character values in society which includes components of knowledge, awareness or will, as well as actions to implement community education values in realizing the life of the nation by instilling character education. This research aims to identify and improve relevant character values in society. This research uses a qualitative case study type with data analysis methods. This research was conducted in Indramayu Regency using Indramayu Regency Strategic Plan study materials and the 2020 Indramayu Figures book. Pure Enrollment Rates (APM) and Gross Enrollment Rates (APK) According to Level of Education in Indramayu Regency in 2019 and 2020 at SMA/SMK/MA is 69.79. Even though there has been an increase in the Education Human Development Index (HDI) in Indramayu Regency since 2008, the School Enrollment Rate (APS), Net Enrollment Rate (APM), and Formal Gross Enrollment Rate (APK) are still low. The low level of education at this age is a problem in the human development index.

Abstract

Problematika dalam kelembagaan merupakan sebuah keniscayaan, masalah dan  kenadala yang dihadapi oleh semua lembaga pendidikan. Problematika dalam sebuah lembaga pendidikan biasa terjadi karena  dalam hal manajerial yang sering kali seorang pemimpin tidak menjalankan secara maksimal, tidak melaksankan fungsi-fungsinya sebagai seorang pemimpin, kurikulum yang tidak sesuai dengan perencanaan program dan visi misi lembaga.  Lembaga Pendidikan Islam merupakan lembaga pendidikan yang dapat memberikan contoh yang baik dalam melaksanakan menejerial, kinerja dan kurikulum. Tujuan pendidikan Islam adalah untuk mencerdasakan kehidupan bangsa, bermoral dan berakhlak karimah. Kelembagaan pendidikan yang bermutu adalah kelembagaan yang dapat diterima oleh semua masyarakat, stakeholder dan komponen lapisan lembaga pendidikan yang memberikan motivasi, inspirasi dan inovasi dalam meningkatkan kelembagaan pendidikan Islam sesuai dengan contoh model-model kepemimpinan dari masa yang lalu sampai masa sekarang.  Dalam penulisan jurnal ini dengan metode library reashet yakni studi pustaka yang menjadikan literatur sebagai rujukan utama dalam penelitian ini.  Problematika kelembagaan pendidikan Islam akan menjadi pelajaran dan tolak ukur dalam meningkatkan mutu lembaga pendidikan Islam yang lebih bermutu, maju dan berkembang jika kelembagaan tersebut mengikuti langkah-langkah yang sesuai dengan prosedur kelembagaan, menejerial dan kurikulum yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan masyarakat dan stakeholder. Abstract

This study delves into the impact of the "Free Shipping" tagline on online purchase decisions, concentrating on students enrolled in the Sharia Business Management program at Muhammadiyah University, North Sumatra. Employing quantitative research, data was collected through distributed questionnaires utilizing the Likert scale to gauge respondents' reactions. A sample size of 82 participants was chosen using purposive sampling. Simple regression analysis was applied, with data analyzed using SPSS version 26. The findings reveal a significant correlation between the presence of the "Free Shipping" tagline and online purchase decisions among the student population. These results contribute to understanding consumer behavior in e-commerce and offer insights for businesses aiming to optimize their online sales strategies. This study underscores the importance of incorporating promotional incentives, such as free shipping, in online marketing campaigns to attract and retain customers.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran BMT Mawaridussalam dalam pengelolaan keuangan Pondok Pesantren Mawaridussalam dan pemberdayaan masyarakat sekitar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa BMT Mawaridussalam telah memainkan peran integral dan berdampak luas dalam pengelolaan keuangan pesantren dan pemberdayaan masyarakat. BMT Mawaridussalam berhasil dalam menghimpun dana, menyalurkan pembiayaan, dan menyediakan layanan jasa keuangan lainnya yang dibutuhkan masyarakat. Keberadaannya memberikan manfaat yang signifikan bagi pesantren, santri, alumni, dan masyarakat sekitar. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah bahwa BMT Mawaridussalam merupakan contoh BMT yang berhasil dan patut dicontoh oleh BMT lain di Indonesia. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of Knowledge of Shariah Bank Products, Shariah Bank Services, and Income on students' preference for saving in Shariah Banks. The research method used is quantitative, with a questionnaire as the data collection tool. The questionnaire was analyzed using SPSS 26 software. The research population consists of students in the Sharia Banking study program at the University of Muhammadiyah North Sumatra, with a sample of 30 students selected using quota sampling techniques. Hypotheses were tested using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that preference for saving in Shariah Banks is positively influenced by knowledge of Shariah bank products. However, services and income do not have a significant individual influence, although collectively, all three have a significant influence. This suggests that efforts to increase knowledge about Shariah bank products can enhance the preference for saving in Shariah Banks.
