Abstract

There are several products or instruments traded on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, that is Stocks, Bonds, Mutual Funds, Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs), and Derivatives, with stocks being the most popular instrument right now. The benefits of the existence of the capital market for investors are that it provides an opportunity for the public to have a healthy company that has good prospects in the future, and is an alternative investment beside gold and properties that provides potential profits with calculated risks (Kurniawan, 2019).Objectives: This study aims to determine the effect of the construct variable of the Theory of Planned Behavior on Investment Intention, and the role of Investment Intention as a mediating variable that connects these variables after being moderated by Risk Propensity and Herding Behavior on Investment Behavior of individual investors in IndonesiaMethodology: This study uses primary data which data was collected by distributing online questionnaires via google form.  This research was conducted from January to March 2022, from a sample of individual investors from some big islands in Indonesia (Java, North Sumatra, South Sulawesi, Kalimantan). To determine the sample, this study uses the Slovin formula with probability sampling technique - simple random and a total of 525 respondents were collected, but those who met the predetermined sample criteria were 468 respondents. The data analysis that is used is the path analysis Structural Equation Model (SEM).Finding: Herding behavior and Risk Propensity do not strengthen Investment Intention among individual investors towards Investment Behavior and can be a subject for further study.Conclusion: The results of this study is only that Product Involvement of Theory of Planned Behavior variables can positively influence Investment Intention. Furthermore, Investment Intention can mediate this variable on Investment Behavior, although not strengthened by the influence of Risk Propensity and Herding Behavior

Abstract

Kelompok Usaha Bersama (KUBE) adalah kelompok warga atau keluarga binaan sosial yang dibentuk oleh warga atau keluarga binaan sosial melalui proses kegiatan Prokesos untuk melaksanakan kegiatan kesejahteraan sosial dan usaha ekonomi dalam semangat kebersamaan sebagai sarana untuk meningkatkan taraf kesejahteraan sosial. Permasalahan yang terjadi saat ini sejak pandemi Covid-19 berdampak buruk bagi kondisi penjualan Kelompok Usaha Bersama (KUBE), dimana usaha yang mereka jalani mengalami penurunan penjualan dan berdampak pada berkurangnya keuntungan yang mereka peroleh. Tujuan utama kegiatan pengabdian Masyarakat pada Kelompok Usaha Bersama (KUBE) adalah meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam perencanaan usaha dan pemasaran secara online yang berguna untuk pengembangan usaha KUBE. Metode Pengabdian masyarakat dengan memberikan pelatihan yang dilakukan secara virtual melalui zoom meeting. Materi pelatihan yang berikan meliputi motivasi kewirausahaan, strategi pemasaran online, desain kemasan produk dan penyusunan laporan keuangan sederhana. Hasil kegiatan pelatihan adalah Kelompok Usaha Bersama (kube) lebih memiliki pemahaman atas prosedur pemasaran secara online, memiliki kemampuan untuk mendesain kemasan produk secara menarik, kemampuan untuk membuat laporan keuangan secara sederhana serta memberikan semangat baru untuk mempertahankan usaha dan bersaing dalam bisnis, sehingga menumbuhkan kondisi perbaikan usaha dan keberlanjutan usahanya.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of ratings, online consumer reviews and sales promotion on purchase intention. This research is causal research, using multiple linear regression analysis methods. The population in this study were people who had bought food through Go-food during the last 3 months in the Jabodetabek area. The sample in this study used purposive sampling method with a total of 200 respondents. The results of this study indicate that rating, online consumer review and sales promotion simultaneously affect purchase intention. Rating has no positive effect on purchase intention. Online consumer review has a positive effect on purchase intention. Sales promotion has a positive effect on purchase intention. Then rating is not a variable that has a dominant effect on purchase intention

Abstract

The use of technology at this time affects today's lifestyle, especially in the banking world, this development is reflected in the service system to customers in the form of mobile banking. Mobile Banking serves to make it easier for users to make transactions without the need to (ATM) or to the bank. There are 28 questions in this research questionnaire, so the minimum number of questionnaire samples required is 140 respondents. Sampling used in this population is purposive sampling. The data is then processed using Path Analysis. Based on the results of the research that has been done, it can be concluded that the perception of usefulness and the perception of convenience have a direct influence on trust. The better the perception of usefulness and the perception of convenience provided, the more user trust will increase. Then the user's interest is directly influenced by the perception of usefulness, the perception of convenience and trust, this means that with a good perception of usefulness and perception of convenience and a high sense of usertrust, it will increase the interest of users of mobile banking services. This means that they consider the benefits and convenience of mobile banking services in generating user interest, because they must be supported by trust in the perceived usefulness and convenience of mobile banking services as a service that can assist users in improving performance and effectiveness by transacting using mobile banking.Key words: Perceived Usefulness, Perception of Ease, Trust and User Interest

Abstract

Desa Tempuran memiliki potensi pengolahan ikan menjadi produk makanan siap jual karena bersebelahan dengan Desa Ciparagejaya yang merupakan lokasi TPI terintegrasi. Produktivitas tangkapan ikan nelayan Ciparagejaya seluruhnya masuk ke TPI. Jika dihitung, perharinya mencapai 10 – 20 ton ikan. Desa Tempuran yang memiliki jumlah wanita 2.641 jiwa (data tahun 2019). Berdasarkan survey awal, diketahui bahwa jumlah wanita di desa ini berpotensi untuk melakukan kegiatan produktif pada fase proses produksi maupun pasca produksi sehingga pendapatan ekonomi masyarakat meningkat. Wanita di desa ini dapat mengembangkan hasil ikan dari Desa Ciparagejaya dengan mengolahnya menjadi produk makanan bergizi dan siap jual. TIM PKM melakukan pelatihan pembuatan 3 olahan makanan bergizi berbahan dasar ikan dan siap jual serta pelatihan digital marketing, kemasan, perencanaan keuangan dan akuntansi sederhana. Luaran kegiatan ini adalah, peningkatan pengetahuan wanita di Desa Tempuran tentang pengolahan produk makanan berbasis ikan.

Abstract

Pandemi covid-19 yang melanda dunia memberikan dampak kepada seluruh sektor kehidupan di dunia. Sektor ekonomi merupakan sektor yang tidak terlepas dari dampak pandemi tersebut. Kebijakan pemerintah Indonesia dalam menangani pandemi covid-19 dengan melakukan pembatasan sosial bersklala besar membuat pergerakan ekonomi menjadi lambat dan terbatas. Kebijakan pembatasan sosial bersekala besar mempengaruhi keleluasaan perusahaan-perusahaan di Indonesia untuk melakukan kegiatan usaha yang secara langsung berdampak pada kondisi keuangan perusahaan-perusahaan tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak pandemi covid-19 di Indonesia terhadap cash holding perusahaan. Hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan metode difference in difference menunjukkan bahwa pandemi covid-19 memiliki dampak negatif yang signifikan terhadap cash holding perusahaan sebagai konsekuensi penurunan kemampuan perusahaan dalam menghasilkan laba.

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to determine the effects of financial literacy, financial well-being, overconfidence bias, risk tolerance, herding behavior, and social interaction on investment intention, as well as the role of investment intention as a moderating variable that relates these variables to the participation of millennial employees in the stock market during the COVID-19 pandemic. The target population of this research is millennial employees who have participated in the stock market. For sampling, this study uses the purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique used is the structural equation method. The results of this study are that financial literacy, financial well-being, risk tolerance, and social interaction are proven to positively influence investment intention. Furthermore, investment intention has a positive effect on stock market participation. Furthermore, investment intention cannot mediate the relationship between financial literacy, financial well-being, overconfidence bias, risk tolerance, herding behavior, and social interaction on stock market participation. Overconfidence bias and herding behavior do not have a positive effect on investment intention. This study proves that financial literacy, financial well-being, risk tolerance, and social interaction among millennial employee investors can encourage their intention to invest. However, the uncertainty of investment returns during the COVID-19 pandemic mitigated the investment intention of these millennials and did not encourage them to participate in the stock market. Thus, the research provides empirical evidence on the Theory of Planned Behavior for millennial employee investors in encouraging their intention to invest in the stock market.Keywords: Financial literacy, financial well-being, risk tolerance, social interaction, and investment intentions.Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh literasi keuangan, kesejahteraan keuangan, bias terlalu percaya diri, toleransi risiko, perilaku menggiring, dan interaksi sosial terhadap niat investasi, dan peran niat investasi sebagai variabel moderasi yang menghubungkan variabel-variabel tersebut dengan partisipasi karyawan milenial pada pasar saham selama pandemi Covid 19. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai milenial yang berinvestasi saham di pasar modal. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Metode Persamaan Struktural. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa literasi keuangan, kesejahteraan keuangan, toleransi risiko, dan interaksi sosial dapat mempengaruhi niat investasi secara positif. Selanjutnya niat investasi berpengaruh positif terhadap partisipasi pasar saham. Selanjutnya, niat investasi tidak dapat memediasi hubungan antara literasikeuangan, kesejahteraan keuangan, bias terlalu percaya diri, toleransi risiko, perilaku menggiring, dan interaksi sosial terhadap partisipasi pasar saham. Bias terlalu percaya diri dan perilaku menggiring tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap niat investasi. Penelitian ini memberikan bukti bahwa literasi keuangan, kesejahteraan keuangan, toleransi risiko, perilaku menggiring dapat mendorong niat karyawan milenial untuk berinvestasi. Akan tetapi kondisi ketidakpastian ketika mereka berinvestasi selama pandemi Covid 19 tidak mendorong niat mereka untuk berpartisipasi dalam pasar saham. Dengan demikian penelitian ini memberikan bukti empiris atas Teori Perilaku yang Direncanakan pada karyawan milenial dalam mendorong niat mereka berinvestasi di pasar saham.Kata kunci:Literasi keuangan, kesejahteraan keuangan, toleransi risiko, interaksi sosial, dan niat investasi.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of intellectual capital and profitability on firm value. This research can provide information about factors that can increase firm value in the midst of intense global competition, especially consumption companies that require a good image in the eyes of consumers. Intellectual capital in this study is measured by the VAIC formula, while profitability uses the ROE proxy, and firm value is measured by the TOBINSQ. There were 61 company samples and 305 observational data were obtained with a range of research years from 2017 – 2021. This study used a panel data regression model using stata research tools and the most powerful model, namely Command Effect model. The regression results show that VAIC has effect on TOBINSQ but not significant, and ROE has a significant positive effect on TOBINSQ.

Abstract

Perbankan merupakan salah satu perusahaan jasa keuangan yang berperan penting dalamkegiatan ekonomi dan pertumbuhan ekonomi masyarakat Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Non Performing Loan (NPL), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Total asset turnover (TATO),Debt To Equty Ratio (DER) dan Return on Assets (ROA) terhadap nilai perusahaan (PBV) pada perusahaan bank BUMN. Populasi penelitian ini adalah bank BUMN yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2016-2022. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 4 perusahaan perbankan yang dipilih berdasarkan metode purposive random sampling. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan analisis jalur menggunakan analisis regresi data panel pada Eviews 12. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan sebagai berikut: NPL berpengaruh negaif terhadap Nilai perusahaan PBV, CAR dan ROA berpengaruh positif terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Sedangkan DER dan TATO tidak berpengaruh terhadap PBV

Abstract

This research aimed to test whether the implementation of governance in banking in Indonesia influenced the possibility of unethical creative accounting which had an impact on the quality of banking financial reporting. The sample used in this research were accountants who worked at banks in the DKI Jakarta and Bandung areas, totaling 315 respondents. The data analysis technique used was the Structural Equation Model. The research results showed that the implementation of good governance influences the occurrence of unethical creative accounting and the quality of financial reports. The implementation of good governance also influenced the occurrence of creative accounting which had an impact on the quality of financial reports. This showed the importance of implementing good corporate governance in limiting the occurrence of creative accounting which led to unethical actions, to provide reliable quality financial reports for its users. This research contributed to empirical testing of decision-usefulness theory which states the need for rules that must be fulfilled in presenting accounting information reports so that they could be useful in making decisions for users.
