Abstract

This study aims to describe the Effect of Lobster Farming Business Development on Sales Volume in Lamanggau Village, Tomia District, Wakatobi Regency. The research was conducted in January 2016 in Lamanggau Village, Tomia District, Wakatobi Regency. In this study, researchers used a quantitative approach to data analysis carried out with stages, including; Data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results showed that Lobster Cultivation in Lamanggau Village, Tomia Subdistrict, Wakatobi Regency was very large because it had a large number of cultivation places (karamba) so that the level of lobster production in this village experienced an increase in each harvest and each sale. The suggestions from this research are for the government and related parties in economic empowerment and to strengthen the Lobster Cultivation Business and are expected to the relevant agencies to be able to help market the Lobster Business products so that Lobster Business in Lamanggau Village can be widely known by the community and obtain capital and financial assistance to develop their business, it is expected that Lobster entrepreneurs will improve their skills and product quality so that in carrying out production and marketing activities more efficiently

Abstract

Garbage is a part of human life that?s an object/remaining substance that?s no longer useful. Waste should receive attention and serious treatment. However, due to the lack of understanding from the community and the government, insufficient funding and revenue of the majority of community, hence this waste problem has been neglected. Today, most people have already understood the problems that may be caused by the garbage, for instance floods, diseases and smell that can disrupt the daily lives of our community. However, this isn?t accompanied by the action of the people themselves. The purpose of this study is to spread public awareness on how to properly treat waste and how to distinguish types of organic and inorganic waste. This study is also to find out the benefits that can be obtained from waste, build a healthy environment that?s free from pollution, and find a solution to environmental sanitation, specifically rural waste management. This research was conducted at Tanjung Uncang RT 01 RW 15. Research data collection was done based on our observations. The result obtained from the research shows a lack of action from Tanjung Uncang community against waste. From the research conducted by the author, it can be concluded that the people of Tanjung Ucang have good knowledge about waste but bad behavior towards garbage management, mostly due to the lack of attention from the local government who are supposed to be able to handle waste problems.

Abstract

This research aimed to evaluated the growth performance of eyespot rasbora (Brevibora dorsiocellata) feeding with different feed in cultured conditions on early stage of domestication. The fishes was collected from river among Balunijuk Village, Bangka Residence. It’s conducted on February until March 2019 at  Laboratory of Aquaculture Sub-Laboratory of Hatchery, University of Bangka Belitung. A kinds of feed on this tretment was blood worms (Tubificidae) and commercial feed (pellet). The parameters observed in this research was surival rates, absolute weight and length and feed consumptions level. The result showed that the survival value ranged on 90-100%., the absolute weight was 0,12±0,02 until 0,17±0,02 grams, the absolute length was 0,69±0,17 until 0,79±0,06 cm and a feed consumptions level was 10±0,58 until 11±1,00 gram. In common, the eyespot rasbora (Brevibora dorsiocellata) showed the postively responses on early stage of domestications with different feed on cultured medium.Keywords : Bangka Island, Brevibora dosrsiocellata, Domestication, Eyespot Rasbora

Abstract

Salah satu harta terpenting didalam dunia IT adalah Data. Data biasanya dapat digunakan kembali walaupun sudah beberapa lama tidak dipakai, dan oleh karena itu penyimpanan data merupakan suatu masalah serius yang harus diperhatikan. Data pada komputer server sangat penting terjaga keamanannya sehingga diperlukan suatu proses backup pada data tersebut ke komputer lain yang dijadikan sebagai cadangan apabila terjadi kerusakan pada hardware maupun software komputer server, oleh karena  itu seorang administrator perlu menjamin agar backup dilakukan secara berkala dan untuk itu diperlukan suatu aplikasi yang dapat melakukan proses backup data secara otomatis dari server ke client. FTP merupakan salah satu penyelesaian masalah dalam menghadapi permasalahan diatas, dimana FTP dapat digunakan untuk melakukan proses Download maupun Upload antara komputer server dan client. Apalgi perancangan ini dilengkapi dengan sebuah sistem Autobot yang dapat bekerja secara otomatis dalam hal penyimpanan data dari client ke server sehingga dapat mempermudah administrator.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Company Size, Current Ratio, Debt to Equity ratio, Good corporate governance on Company Values in the metal subsector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2012-2016. The results of the study show that firm size, current ratio, debt to equity ratio, good corporate governance have an effect on and are significant to the value of the company. Partially, the size of the company influences the value of the company, the current ratio affects the value of the company, the debt to equity ratio does not affect the value of the company, does not affect the value of the company.

Abstract

Perilaku menabung berperan penting dalam meningkatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi masyarakat. Budaya menabung yang tinggi pada masyarakat akan menghasilkan uang dalam sebuah sistem perbankan yang teratur dan mendorong ketersediaan dana segar yang berfungsi dalam menggerakkan pembangunan dan ekonomi masyarakat, dimana dana yang terkumpul tersebut akan disalurkan melalui kredit pada masyarakat yang membutuhkan dana untuk pengembangan usaha. Dalam melakukan pengujian ini, maka penulis membagikan kuesioner untuk meminta pendapat dan opini dari masyarakat Batam mengenai perilaku menabung. Sejumlah 250 kuesioner disebarkan dan sebanyak 243 kuesioner yang kembali dan selanjutnya dilakukan uji regresi. Pengujian ini membuktikan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antar variabel independen dan dependen yang sesuai dengan rumusan hipotesis. Hasil uji membuktikan bahwa semua variabel independen yaitu literasi keuangan, bimbingan orang tua, dan rekan sebaya berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap dependen yaitu perilaku menabung.

Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze tax aggressiveness in various industrial sector Indonesia Stock Exchange manufacturing companies (IDX). The variables tested include Transfer Pricing, Corporate Governance, Corporate Social Responsibility, Earnings Management and Tax Aggressiveness. This research involves various industrial sector Indonesia Stock Exchange manufacturing companies (IDX) in 2017-2019. Sample selection was done by using the purposive sampling method. The data used is external data, which is obtained by accessing IDX website. The data analysis process is carried out by calculating the PLS Algorithm using SmartPLS and then testing the hypothesis. The results show that Corporate Governance and Earnings Management have effect with positive relation direction on Tax Aggressiveness, Transfer Pricing and Corporate Social Responsibility have no effect on Tax Aggressiveness, Transfer Pricing has an effect with positive relation direction to Earnings Management, Corporate Governance and Corporate Social Responsibility have no effect on Earnings Management.

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to examine the impact of CEO Education on Firm Performance. The sample covers 180 observations from IDX LQ45 listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange for period 2017 until 2020. The CEO Education is defined by the field of study in economic, management, business, or accounting. Firm Performance is measured by Tobin’s Q from market based perspective. Board characteristics and Stock Returns are used as control variables in this paper. The result shows that there’s a relationship between CEO Education and Firm Performance. CEO with economic, management, business, or accounting background have a positive and significant impacts on Firm Performance. The result becomes stronger with additional test of CEO Education measured by the level and quality of education on Firm Performance, supporting that CEO Education does enchance the Firm Performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bermaksud guna menganalisis dampak ukuran perusahaan, profitabilitas, leverage, dan pertumbuhan penjualan pada penghindaran pajak/tax avoidance dengan menggunakan data perusahaan dagang yang tercatat di BEI periode 2014 hingga 2019. Perhitungan penghindaran pajak penilitian ini memakai CETR (Cash Effective Tax Rate). Teknik sampling memanfaatkan metode purposive sampling didapat sejumlah 6 (enam) perusahaan. Analisis data mempergunakan analisis ujiiasumsi klasik dan ujiihipotesis dengan bantuan program SPSS versi 20 dengan sebelumnya dilakukan pengolahan data secara perhitungan matematis. Hasil uji menyimpulkan, ukuran perusahaan, profitabilitas, dan pertumbuhan penjualan berdampak negatif terhadap penghindaran pajak. Ini membuktikan bahwa bertambah tinggi atau besarnya profitabilitas, pertumbuhan penjualan, dan ukuran perusahaan, maka tingkat penghindaran pajaknya akan rendah. Adanya pengaruh positif leverage terhadap penghindaran pajak. Maknanya, bertambah tingginya leverage maka tingkat penghindaran pajaknya juga bertambah tinggi. Dari hasil-hasil uji tersebut peneliti menyimpulkan, ukuran perusahaan, profitabilitas, leverage dan pertumbuhan penjualan terhadap penghindaran pajak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan.

Abstract

Dalam penyajian laporan keuangan yang berkualitas, perusahaan dihadapkan oleh pertimbangan yang salah satunya adalah penerapan konservatisme akuntansi. Peneltian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan bukti empiris pengaruh leverage, intensitas modal dan risiko litigasi terhadap konservatisme akuntansi dengan kepemilikan manajerial sebagai variabel moderasi. Objek penelitian ini berupa perusahaan manufaktur sektor makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sample dan sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 140 sampel yang diperoleh dari 28 perusahaan dengan periode selama lima tahun pengamatan 2018-2022. Dengan menggunakan teknik analisis data berupa metode analisis regresi berganda dengan menggunakan aplikasi sofware Eviews. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial dan simultan variabel leverage, intensitas modal dan risiko litigasi berpengaruh terhadap konservatisme akuntansi.Dan untuk pengujian MRA menunjukkan intensitas modal dan risiko litigasi berpengaruh terhadap konservatisme akuntansi yang dimoderasi kepemilikan manajerial, sedangkan untuk leverage tidak berpengaruh terhadap konservatisme akuntansi yang dimoderasi kepemilikan manajerial.
