Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has had a significant impact on various aspects of human life. All aspects start from changes in the way manual work towards digitalization, one of which is the application of information systems that support human resources in hospitals in following these changes. Acceptance of implementing new information systems such as the Online Education and Training Information System in hospitals that do not meet user expectations can cause system user discomfort which has an impact on hospital employee performance. To anticipate this, it is necessary to understand the basic factors that contribute to acceptance in the implementation of online education and training information systems using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) approach. This study aims to describe the evaluation of the acceptance of the online education and training information system using the TAM model approach at General Hospital X Denpasar. The analysis used in this study uses Partial Least Square (PLS) with a total of 99 respondents using the measured system. The results of the evaluation of the TAM model show that the acceptance of the online education and training information system has a positive assessment seen from the attitude of the user in responding to the acceptance of new technology.

Abstract

Introduction: The development of the tourism sector in Indonesia is so fast, but since the COVID-19 pandemic, tourist visits have decreased. In the new normal era, there is a change in behavior to continue to carry out activities by implementing health protocols. Several tourist attractions began operating with the implementation of health protocols. The government issued guidelines for the implementation of Cleanliness, Health, and Safety Environmental Sustainability (CHSE). CHSE rafting tour is guided to meet the needs of tourists for clean, healthy, safe, and environmentally friendly tourism products and services during the COVID-19 pandemic. Payung Rafting Managers try to implement health protocols to the maximum. This study was conducted to determine the extent to which Payung Rafting managers apply the CHSE Guidelines. Methods: This research is quantitative study with cross sectional design. Analysis of the fulfillment of the CHSE rafting guidelines at the Payung Rafting tourist attraction was carried out, using the CHSE rafting instrument released by the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy. This activity has been carried out on August 9, 2021. Results: The results showed that Payung Rafting was able to meet 69% of the CHSE guidelines, while based on the results of the Pearson Chi-Square test, a value of 0.119 was obtained with a significance value of 0.730 (p> 0.05). Conclusion: This study statistically shows there is no difference between the CHSE guidelines and implementation in Payung Rafting, but descriptive analysis shows that Payung Rafting can apply 69% of the CHSE guidelines.

Abstract

The government in providing public services to the community is required to be effective and efficient, therefore it is continuously expected to be able to innovate services in a better direction to improve quality. Service quality is an important thing that determines public trust in public services to be able to realize community participation by increasing knowledge, trust and developing community habits regarding the concept of healthy behavior in adopting new habits and closer government relations with the community. This study aims to determine the description of public service innovations in Denpasar City in increasing public confidence to behave healthily in adapting to new habits, especially in the community in Denpasar City. Data analysis in this study used Partial Least Square (PLS) with a sample of 200 respondents who accessed the measured SIK-KBS. The results of the SIK-KBS public service innovation assessment show that the Bali Provincial Government has a positive assessment with a score of 75.3 and is in the BB (innovative) public service innovation qualification level. Based on this value, it is known that the SIK-KBS public service innovation that has been carried out in Denpasar City in improving information access services has been innovative and able to increase public confidence in healthy behavior which has a significant positive effect as seen from the t-statistic value > 1.96.

Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 memaksa pariwisata Bali untuk berhenti sejenak. Pengharapan kemudian muncul ketika Bali secara resmi dibuka untuk dunia pada tanggal 14 Oktober 2021. Namun, dibukanya Bali untuk wisatawan asing tak lantas membuat Bali ramai dikunjungi. Faktanya tidak ada penerbangan internasional yang datang. Festival bulu tangkis di Nusa Dua, menjadi contoh menarik dengan menggunakan gelembung wisata, konsep ini bisa menjadi solusi bagaimana desain penerimaan wisatawan di Bali. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis penatalakasanaan sistem gelembung wisata dalam pelaksanaan festival bulutangkis di Nusa Dua, Bali. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain kualitatif dengan pendekatan Rapid Assesment Procedures. Partisipan sebanyak 5 orang yang dianggap mampu menjelaskan proses gelembung wisata. Hasil tabulasi data menyatakan jika pelaksanaan gelembung wisata pada festival bulutangkis memiliki 3 alur yaitu penataan protokol dalam hotel, penatalaksanaan logistik dan penatalaksanaan protokol di destinasi wisata, selama pelaksanaan festival bulutangkis tidak ada yang terpapar Covid-19. Gelembung wisata dapat menjadi alternatif sistem penerimaan wisatawan dengan skala besar maupun skala kecil untuk berlibur di Bali.

Abstract

Clinical laboratory units must meet safety requirements such as temperature stability and room humidity because the materials and substances used are sensitive to changes in temperature and environmental conditions, so it is important to carry out routine monitoring. The purpose of this research is to design an internet of things (IoT)-based thermohygrometer that can make it easier for users to monitor temperature and humidity even though the user is outside the laboratory. This tool can also store the results of temperature and humidity measurements making it easier for the user to monitor changes in temperature and humidity that occur. The method used is descriptive exploratory with a prototype system, namely the system development process, users and the required data and results obtained through a tool that has been designed. The results of research conducted using an IoT-based thermohygrometer prototype after statistical testing, there was no significant difference between the reference thermohygrometer and the IoT-based thermohygrometer prototype and the readings from the thinkspeak web. For temperature and humidity measurements that have been carried out at the X clinical laboratory in Denpasar, it still does not meet the standards.

Abstract

The lack of knowledge of tile craftsmen regarding ergonomic working attitudes, lack of knowledge regarding business management starting from bookkeeping and marketing strategies, as well as knowledge regarding innovation in clay-based products has caused the tile crafts industry in Darmasaba Village to experience many problems ranging from health problems and economic problems. This community service implementation is carried out to overcome partner problems through training in work attitudes, business management and product innovation to increase the productivity of roof tile craftsmen. This method of implementing community service is generally carried out through several stages, namelypreliminary survey, coordination with related parties, socialization of activities, and implementation of activities and evaluation of activities. The results of community service showed that roof tile craftsmen had an understanding of appropriate work attitudes for ergonomics, business management and product innovation based on the results of the pre-test and post-test questionnaire assessments. Roof tile craftsmen were also enthusiastic about participating in community service events from start to finish. Of all the participants who attended the implementation of community service, they showed an increase in knowledge of the material presented.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the evaluation of strategic planning in an effort to improve the quality of services at the Sanjiwani Gianyar regional general hospital. This research method was carried out using a descriptive qualitative approach using interview data collection methods and document review. The preparation of strategic planning at the Sanjiwani Gianyar Regional General Hospital begins with establishing a vision and mission, then a SWOT analysis is carried out, consisting of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, the gradual implementation of a business strategic plan carried out over five years every year. The process in implementing the annual strategic planning work program carried out by the hospital includes the procurement and improvement program for hospital facilities, maintenance of hospital infrastructure, purchase program for health support equipment, formal education and training, procurement of room equipment, building rehabilitation program. This is related to the quality of services provided such as BOR (bed occupancy rate), BTO (bed turn over) LOS (length of stay), TOI (turn over interval), NDR (net death rate), GDR (gross death rate), Implementation of strategic planning begins with socialization to units in the hospital and each unit has duties and responsibilities in carrying out strategic planning in accordance with the main tasks and each unit. Abstract

Introduction: The death rate due to Covid in Bali province in 2021 will reach 2.80%, which could affect religious expression in Bali. There is a new normal policy imposed by the government to emphasize the application of health protocols in carrying out religious activities, where Hindus in Bali before the pandemic tended to involve contributions from many people so there was a need for the role of using social media and self-efficacy in supporting healthy behavior in changing religious behavior activities in the new normal. Aims: To describe the use of social media and self-efficacy toward implementing healthy behaviors in changing local wisdom-based religious behavior activities in Bali. Methods: This study used a quantitative method. The variables in this study were the use of social media, self-efficacy, healthy behavior, and religious behavior. Data collection used an online questionnaire with a total sample of 400 respondents. Partial Least Squares (PLS) was used in data analysis in this study. Result: There is a significant relationship between the use of social media and self-efficacy, and there is a significant relationship between self-efficacy on healthy behavior and religious behavior as seen from the t-value>1.96 or the p-value p<0.05. Conclusion: Dissemination of information through social media helps provide encouragement and public confidence in correct information regarding policy information in the Covid-19 era and ways to deal with it. Understanding and knowledge obtained through social media can influence a person's behavior in healthy behavior in changing religious behavior activities.

Abstract

Tingginya tuntutan masyarakat terhadap kesehatan, menuntut rumah sakit untuk memberikan pelayanan prima kepada pasien. Grooming merupakan salah satu hal yang penting diperhatikan oleh karyawan rumah sakit dalam memberikan pelayanan prima kepada pasien. RSU Dharma Yadnya sebagai salah satu RS Swasta yang senantiasa berproses meningkatkan mutu pelayanan.  Pengabdian Masyarakat oleh Program Studi Administrasi Rumah Sakit Universitas Bali Internasional, bertujuan memberikan informasi dan meningkatkan pengetahuan dari karyawan di RSU Dharma Yadnya terkait grooming dan sikap dalam memberikan pelayanan kepada pasien.  Metode Pemberian informasi dilakukan dengan ceramah, tanya jawab dan simulasi. Dilakukan pretest dan posttest untuk mengetahui tingkat pengetahuan peserta sebelum dan sesudah pemberian informasi. Peserta penyuluhan berjumlah 25 orang dari unit pelayanan medis maupun unit administratif. Rata-rata nilai pretest yaitu 57.2 dari total nilai 100 poin, dan 84% responden memiliki nilai pretest dibawah nilai 70. Setelah pemberian materi, Rata-rata nilai posttest yaitu sebesar 74.8 poin. Sebanyak 20 responden (80%) mendapatkan nilai 70 keatas. Kegiatan penyuluhan berjalan lancar didukung dengan atensi yang baik dari karyawan Rumah Sakit. Terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan karyawan mengenai Grooming dengan selisih rata-rata pretest dan posttest sebesar 17.6 poin. Evaluasi serta penyegaran materi secara berkala perlu dilaksanakan oleh Rumah Sakit, serta dapat mengintensifkan kerjasama dengan institusi pendidikan.
