Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji kesetaraan dalam jodoh Q.S. al-Nu>r [24] : 26 dengan pendekatan tafsi>r maqa>sidi> Q.S. al-Nu>r[24]:26 dengan tiga sub masalah; 1) Tafsir Q.S. al-Nu>r[24:26. 2) Subtansi tafsi>r maqa>s}idi> Q.S. al-Nu>r [24] : 26. 3) Konsep kesetaraan jodoh dalam al-Qur’an dan Masyarakat. Jenis penelitian ini deskriptif kualitatif, menggunakan metode tah}lili yang mengumpulkan muna>sabah, asba>b al-nuzu>l, makna lugawi, i’ra>b dan bala>gah serta penafsiran ulama tentang Q.S. al-Nu>r [24] : 26. Kemudian diinterpretasi dengan interpretasi tekstual, kontekstual dan intertekstual. Adapun hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan: 1) Tafsir Q.S. al-Nu>r [24] : 26 adalah tentang pembelaan Allah terhadap A<isyah ra. dan Safwan dalam hadi>s} al-ifkih, 2) Subtansi tafsi>r maqa>s}idi> Q.S. al-Nu>r [24] : 26 adalah bagaimana kesetaraan jodoh akan memberi peluang yang lebih besar untuk membentuk keluarga yang langgeng, saki>nah mawaddah warrahmah.Kata Kunci: kesetaraan, jodoh, tafsi>r maqa>s}idi>.

Abstract

Background: Dementia, a progressive cognitive decline syndrome affecting memory, orientation, and daily activities, is a global health concern. At Tanjung Paku Health Center, Solok City, five cases of dementia in the elderly were recorded from January to December 2024 out of 315 total elderly individuals, highlighting the urgency of comprehensive nursing care. Objective: This study aims to describe nursing care for the elderly with dementia, from assessment to evaluation. Method: Using a descriptive design with a single case study approach, the research was conducted from March 24-29, 2025, in RT 001/RW 006, Tanjung Paku Village, Solok City. The subject was one elderly person (Medical Record No. 003574) selected by purposive sampling based on inclusion criteria. Nursing care involved data collection and analysis, diagnosis formulation, intervention planning, action implementation, and evaluation of changes in the patient's condition. Results: The patient exhibited primary symptoms of dementia such as frequent forgetfulness, difficulty recalling past events, verbal communication and comprehension difficulties, and blurred vision. Environmental observation revealed a high fall risk due to the absence of handrails in the bathroom. Nursing diagnoses established were impaired memory, impaired verbal communication, and risk for falls. Implemented interventions included memory exercises (puzzle play therapy), communication strategies for hearing deficits, and fall prevention. Conclusion: Comprehensive nursing care is crucial in addressing cognitive impairment, communication issues, and physical safety problems in elderly individuals with dementia. Specific interventions like puzzle therapy and family education show positive potential in symptom management and improving patient quality of life.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas latihan lompat katak terhadap kemampuan tendangan jauh dalam permainan sepak bola. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen menggunakan rancangan penelitian yang digunakan one grup pre test post test design. Populasi penelitian ini siswa SMA Negeri 2 Tongkuno berjumlah 30 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel berdasarkan puposive sampling dengan pertimbangan jenis kelamin laki-laki, bisa bermain sepak bola, dan rekomendasi guru penjas sehingga sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 30. Instrumen penelitian yaitu tes kemampuan tendangan jauh. Berdasarkan analisis uji t diperoleh pengaruh kekuatan otot tungkai dengan kemampuan tendangan jauh, dimana nilai thitung 8,204 > ttabel 2,042 pada taraf signifikan 0,000 < 0,05. Terbukti bahwa terdapat persentase peningkatan sebesar 32,22% pre test dan post test setelah melakukan latihan kekuatan otot tungkai. Hasil tersebut diartikan latihan kekuatan otot tungkai memberi pengaruh terhadap kemampuan tendangan jauh pada permainan sepak bola
