Abstract

Asfiksia merupakan gejala yang disebabkan oleh cedera pada sistem saraf pusat, yang meliputi otak dan sumsum tulang belakang. Asfiksia dapat dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor secara langsung atau tidak yaitu pada ibu, bayi dan saat persalinan. Makalah ini mengusulkan klasifikasi menggunakan algoritma multilayer perceptron untuk pengklasifikasian faktor yang mempengaruhi kejadian Asfiksia. Pada penelitian ini ada 13 faktor yang digunakan untuk mendukung metode MLP Neural Network dalam mengklasifikasi faktor yang mempengaruhi asfiksia, sehingga didapatkan tingkatan pada kejadian asfiksia yaitu asfiksia sedang dan asfiksia berat. Hasil training dan testing, pada hasil training MLPNN dengan menggunakan fungsi aktivasi output layer identitas hanya dapat menghasilkan akurasi klasifikasi 84,3% dan 81,5%. Untuk pengujian didapatkan akurasi 87,7% dan 84,4%. Sedangkan untuk hasil training MLP dengan menggunakan fungsi aktivasi output layer sigmoid menghasilkan akurasi 94,5% dan 91,6%. Untuk hasil pengujian didapatkan akurasi lebih baik yaitu 90,5% dan 89,0%.

Abstract

INTISARIBidan Praktek Mandiri (BPM) merupakan bentuk pelayanan kesehatan di bidang kesehatan dasar. Praktek bidan adalah serangkaian kegiatan pelayanan kesehatan yang diberikan oleh bidan kepada pasien sesuai dengan kewenangan dan kemampuannya. Salah satunya adalah perkiraan tanggal persalinan. Untuk mengurangi resiko kesalahan perkiraan, diperlukan suatu sistem berbasis IT yang dapat diandalkan, dan memudahkan bidan dalam memperkirakan tanggal persalinan. Sistem menggunakan perhitungan metode Neagele, Parikh’s dan pregnancy wheel. Sistem ini dibangun  berbasis web. Input terdiri dari input data registrasi, data pasien, perhitungan taksiran persalinan, berat janin, sedangkan outputnya berupa laporan data pasien, registrasi, perkiraan persalinan, dan taksiran berat janin. Dengan adanya aplikasi perkiraan persalinan dapat membantu bidan pada suatu BPM mengurangi kesalahan hitung perkiraan dan dengan demikian pelayanan antenatal care mengalami peningkatan.Kata kunci—perawatan ibu dan bayi, perkiraan persalinan, perkiraan bobot janin. ABSTRACTBidan Praktek Mandiri (Independent Clinic of Midwives) is a form of health services in the basic health field. Midwife practice is a series of health service activities provided by midwives to patients according to their authority and abilities. One of them is the estimated date of birth. To reduce the risk of forecast errors, an IT-based system that is reliable is needed, and makes it easier for midwives to estimate birth dates. The system uses the Neagele, Parikh’s and pregnancy wheel methods. The system built is web-based. Input consists of registration data input, patient data, estimated birth, fetal weight. The output is a report: patient data, registrations, estimated births, and estimated fetal weight. With the application of birth estimates, it can help midwives in a BPM to reduce estimation errors and thus increase antenatal care service. Abstract

Lime peel extract contains quercetin with sunscreen activity. It could make into gel preparations, which has a transparent semisolid and generally gives a cooling sensation to the skin. A combination of semi-refined carrageenan and glucomannan as a gelling agent can be an alternative to form the strength and elasticity of the gel mass. This study aimed to determine the effect of concentration variations of gelling agents on the physical evaluation of gel preparation results and the optimal formulation for lime peel extract gel as sunscreen. Lime peel extract would make into gel preparation with variations in the concentration of the gelling agent, which are 1%, 1.25%, 1.5%, and 1.75%. Afterward, the physical evaluation included organoleptic, homogeneity, pH, viscosity, spreadability, and adhesion tests. The organoleptic, homogeneity, pH, and adhesion test results show that all formulations meet the requirements. Viscosity test results obtain the best formula III with 3940,00 cPs at 60 rpm . The results of the dispersibility test show the best formulas I and II with 6,10 cm and 5,50 cm. Based on the data analyzed, variations of gelling agents affect the pH, viscosity, spreadability, and adhesion test results. The optimal lime peel extract gel formulation has not defined from the physical evaluation results.

Abstract

Penjadwalan mata kuliah merupakan kegiatan yang sangat penting sebagai awal dari proses belajar mengajar agar dapat terlaksana dengan teratur, baik bagi dosen yang mengajar maupun mahasiswa yang mengambil mata kuliah. Dalam penggambaran sistem ini menggunakan metode pendekatan berorientasi objek dengan alat bantu pemodelan UML (Unified Modeling Language) dan menggunakan metode pengembangan sistem model prototipe sebagai acuan tahapan penelitian. Penelitian ini merupakan tahap awal dalam membangun sistem informasi penjadwalan kuliah. Hasil penelitian ini berupa model penerapan algoritma Fuzzy Simple Additive Weighting (FSAW) untuk optimasi sistem informasi penjadwalan mata kuliah.

Abstract

The monitoring of children's nutritional status serves as a crucial tool for assessing the health of both children and society as a whole. In this regard, machine learning has been employed to predict nutritional status for monitoring purposes. This topic has been extensively discussed; however, the question remains as to which algorithm or machine learning framework can yield the highest accuracy in predicting the nutritional status of children within a specific region. Furthermore, determining the appropriate dataset for predictions is also crucial. Therefore, this review aims to identify and analyze the research trends, dataset characteristics, algorithms, and frameworks utilized in studies pertaining to the nutritional status of children under the age of five from 2017 to early 2022. The selected papers focus on the application of machine learning techniques in predicting nutritional status. The findings of this research reveal that the Bangladesh DHS 2014 dataset is among the popular choices for machine learning applications in this field. The most commonly employed algorithms include Neural Networks, Random Forests, Logistic Regression, and Decision Trees which demonstrated promising performance. Lastly, the data preprocessing stage within a framework plays a significant role in models aimed at predicting nutritional status.

Abstract

The development of education in Indonesia is growing rapidly along with technological advances. The use of technology can be an excellent supporter in learning English in universities. Learning media such as online quiz applications should be an alternative way to teach foreign languages, especially English. The focus of this research was to identify the students' satisfaction and motivation in learning grammar mediated by Quizizz. This research used a qualitative approach through sampling techniques with Saturated Sampling (census) on English Language Education Study Program at Sari Mulia University in Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan. From the results obtained through interviews and questionnaires, each student has various opinions regarding learning grammar mediated by Quizizz. Students feel satisfied and considered Quizizz is more interesting than other learning media because it is easy to use with an attractive appearance and it is self-paced so each student gets a chance to answer without feeling rushed. Students consider Quizizz to be an easy-to-use application and one of the teaching media that can increase students’ motivation to learn grammar easier even though there are several limitations and problems experienced by students using Quizizz, including the limitations of internet connections but it doesn't make them give up in learning and keep feeling excited.

Abstract

The case of malnutrition affecting many toddlers of Banjarmasin in isolated areas, remote areas, and remote villages. It is caused by the resultant of economic problems, facilities, infrastructures, and the lack of medical personnel. One of the ways undertaken by the government to overcome this problem is to carry out Posyandu activities. The posyandu program is organized to improve and monitor the nutrition of children under five. However, the reporting of posyandu data by each puskesmas is sometimes delayed because of the large amount of bureaucracy that must be passed to get to the center. Therefore a system feeder application is needed to monitor and mapping on the number of toddlers with potential malnutrition in the city of Banjarmasin.

Abstract

Plasa Telkom Muara Teweh is one of the shelters of PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia in charge of providing telecommunications services to the public. The new product under the name IndiHome is one of the programs from Telkom's main project by cooperating with a number of communication technology developments to build a digital concept house. In connection with the constant requests for installation of IndiHome services, complaints or reports will often be found in the form of internet network connection disturbances from IndiHome customers. At this time the disturbance report received by the technician is in the form of not being able to connect to the internet network. Therefore, technicians always contact the customer first by telephone before going to the customer's house to fix it. From this interaction, the technician asks questions in the form of what indicator lights are on and off on the subscriber's modem. The result is that technicians are only limited to recording disturbance reports manually without being able to provide direct solutions. This ability can be applied in the form of computer software using an expert system. The expert system method used is forward chaining where later this method is used to find facts about internet disturbances that occur from browsing the modem used by customers to symptoms of internet disturbances, so that solutions are found for these internet disturbances.
