Abstract

Pemanfaatan bahan alami diperoleh dari lingkungan sekitar dan diolah menjadi berbagai jenis karya seni. Salah satunya pembuatan karya seni dari tote bag menggunakan teknik ecoprint. Penggunaan teknik ecoprint berkaitan dengan bagian tanaman yang dimanfaatkan sebagai bahan baku, meliputi daun, bunga, dan batang. Pemilihan bahan baku tersebut bersifat praktis, efisien, dan menghemat biaya. Hal ini bertujuan dapat menciptakan hubungan antar sesama siswa dan mengembangkan tingkat kreativitas pada produk karya seni. Tingkat kreativitas sebagai bentuk kemampuan dalam memberikan gagasan baru. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini berupa pelatihan dan edukasi. Pelatihan dan edukasi ditujukan kepada siswa SDN 01 Sidomulyo dengan sasaran peserta kelas VI. Sumber data diperoleh menjadi bahan edukasi siswa melalui pengamatan secara langsung dan tanya jawab kepada pihak yang bersangkutan mengenai potensi siswa di bidang seni. Hasil pengabdian masyarakat ini menjelaskan bahwa masih banyak ditemukan siswa belum mengetahui adanya pembuatan karya seni dari tote bag dengan menggunakan bahan alami melalui penggunaan teknik ecoprint.

Abstract

The majority of individuals with vision difficulties prefer other solutions, primarily the use of glasses or contact lenses. The objective of the study is to investigate and analyze the impact of brand image, design, and product diversity on purchasing decisions at Pranoto Laweyan Optics. This research strategy combines descriptive and quantitative methodologies. The participants were all Pranoto Laweyan Optics customers. By mailing questionnaires using Google Form, 100 samples were collected using the approach of purposive sampling. This investigation employs the classical assumption test, the multiple linear regression test, the F-test, the T-test, and the determination coefficient test. Positive and major influences on purchasing decisions for glasses at Pranoto Laweyan Optics are brand image, design, and product diversity. The greater the brand's reputation, the variety of available designs, and the variety of products, the more they can influence customer buying decisions. Abstract

This research is important because various complex dynamics have occurred in governance planning for the development of management resources in the bureaucratic apparatus in Industry 5.0, ready to face technological advances and also able to pay attention to aspects of changes in people's lives in a sustainable manner. This research aims to analyze how the implementation of Industry 5.0 affects the Indonesian economic sector and the challenges faced in adopting this technology. Research method A comprehensive literature review was carried out to understand the Opportunities and Challenges of Sharia Business in Industry 5.0 and then applied in the Indonesian context. The findings of this research provide an explanation of the current conditions regarding Opportunities, Sharia Business Challenges in Industry 5.0, aspects such as digital infrastructure, workforce skills, and government policies that support or hinder the development of Industry 5.0 in Indonesia. The results of this research can provide input for policy and stakeholders in understanding the contribution of sharia business in Industry 5.0 to the Indonesian economy and formulating appropriate strategies to encourage sustainable economic growth. Abstract

This research aim to identify how Organizational Culture, Motivation and Workload gives impact to Employee’s Performance at the Sukoharjo Regency National Land Agency Office. Civil Servants (PNS) at the Sukoharjo Regency National Land Agency Office is used as research’s population with total 70 employees. Researcher used saturated sample technique on research with 70 sample. There are 3 methods being used in this research, such as the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, hypothesis test, coefficient of determination test with SPSS 21 program. This research categorized as quantitative descriptive research that used primary data and secondary data obtained by observation, documentation, questionnaires, interviews and literature study. Final results of this research higlights positive and significant impact from Organizational Culture and Motivation variable on Employee’s Performance, while there is a positive and insignificant effect on Workload variable to Employee’s Performance. The coefficient of determination (R2) of all variables has a contribution of 41.4% and the remaining 58.6% is explained by variables outside this research model.

Abstract

The domestic textile market and exports abroad have been eroded by manufacturers from other countries in recent years. The threat of a decline in the industry due to the trade war that occurred and also the industry was under heavy pressure due to the impact of the corona pandemic. This study aims to examine the Incentive, Promotion Jabatan, And Work Discipline on the performance of employees of CV.Bintang Mitra Mulya Surakarta The date used in this journal are observation, interviews, distribution of questionnaires and documentation to employees of CV. Bintang Mitra Mulya The research sample was purposive sampling as many as 75 employee with multiple linear regression method. The data analysis techniques in this study included several compilation data, validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, Goodness Of Fit Model multiple linear regression, f test, t test and determination test. The results showed that Incentive, Promotion Jabatan, And Work Discipline had a significant effect on the performance of CV. Bintang Mitra Mulya Surakarta. employee performance of CV.Bintang Mitra Mulya Surakarta can be explained by the variables of incentive, promotin jabatan, and work dicipline by 40.4% and others are influenced by other variables.
