Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation on employee performance and the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance. This research is a qualitative research which is sourced from existing theories and relevant empirical research journals. The results of this study showed that compensation has a positive effect on employee performance and job satisfaction has a positive effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi dan pelatihan terhadap kinerja pengurus Pondok Pesantren melalui komitmen organisasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan tehnik sampel jenuh yakni menjadikan seluruh anggota populasi sebagai sampel. Sampel penelitian adalah 88 pengurus putra di Pondok Pesantren Zainul Hasan Genggong. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur (path analysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi dan pelatihan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pengurus Pondok Pesantren. Komitmen organisasi berpengaruh dalam memediasi kompetensi dan pelatihan terhadap kinerja pengurus Pondok Pesantren.
