Abstract

Pendidikan masa usia dini merupakan pendidikan yang sangat penting bagi perkembangan anak, maka diperlukan pendidik yang berkompeten dan profesional dalam mengelola pendidikan dan pembelajaran. Kompetensi pedaogogik merupakan hal wajib yang harus dimiliki oleh pendidik. Melalui penelitian ini peneliti berupaya mengungkap kompetensi pedagogik pendidik anak usia dini di Kabupaten Bandung Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian adalah para pendidik PAUD di Kabupaten Bandung Barat. Dari sejumlah partisipan pendidik yang mengisi kuisioner rata-rata skor adalah 74, skor tertinggi 96 dan skor terendah adalah 46. Dengan demikian, secara keseluruhan kompetensi pendidik anak usia dini di Kabupaten Bandung Barat dapat dikategorikan cukup baik. Meski, ada beberapa bagian dari kompetensi pedagogik belum maksimal, terutama dalam hal mengidentifikasi karakteristik dan perkembangan anak usia dini.

Abstract

Students at the age of primary education are faced with a challenge in using digital technology, namely (a) the ability to sort information that is suitable for use and follow; (b) addiction to digital technology and the internet; and (c) changes in behavior and character. The purpose of this study is to identify: (a) obtaining information from digital media by elementary school students; (b) the use of information from digital media by elementary school students using; (c) the challenges faced by elementary school students in obtaining information using digital media; (d) the expectations of elementary school students regarding learning using digital media. The research method used is the phenomenological research method. The results of the research, some students use digital literacy only to find information. Meanwhile, a few elementary students have carried out the learning process in the form of products from the use of digital literacy. Digital literacy can be a suitable learning medium in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0, but its use must be monitored and limited.

Abstract

Media pembelajaran adalah segala sesuatu yang dapat menyalurkan pesan, merangsang pikiran, perasaan, dan kemauan dalam komunikasi antara guru dan siswa sehingga dapat mendorong terjadianya proses belajar dan pembelajaran. Penelitian ini membahas pengunaan powtoon sebagai media pembelajaran pada materi puisi kelas IV. Media pembelajaran powtoon akan digunakan pada saat penelitian, untuk mengetahui keefektifan dan aktivitas pengunaan media powtoon pada pembelajaran puisi kelas IV. model pembelajaran discovery learning adalah model pembelajaran yang tujuan nya yaitu menemukan hal bermakna dalam proses pembelajaran di kelas. Model pembelajaran ini seusai dengan permasalahan yang penulis angkat dalam penelitian ini. Prosedur pelaksaanaan penelitian Tindakan ini terdiri dari tiga siklus masing-masing siklus dilaksanakan sesuai dengan perubahan yang dicapai seprti yang sudah didesain dalam faktor-faktor yang diselidiki untuk mengetahui efektifitas penerapan media powtoon di SDN 1 Purwawinangun dilakukan observasi terhadap kegiatan pembelajaran yang dilakukan guru,selain itu diadakan diskusi antara guru sebagai peneliti dengan para pengamat sebagai kolaborator dalam penelitian ini. Berdasarkan kriteria kelas IV akan dipilih dua sampel kelas terdiri dari kelas PTK berjumlah 30 siswa sesuai dengan karakteristik yang dibutuhkan. Penerapan Media Powtoon dengan Menggunakan Model Pembelajaran Discovery Learning dapat diterapkan dengan baik pada mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia Siswa Kelas IV Sekolah Dasar, hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil pada siklus I sebesar 74,4% dengan kriteria penilaian Baik, kemudian meningkat pada siklus II didapat nilai sebesar 89,71% dengan kriteria penilaian Sangat Baik.

Abstract

Numeracy literacy can be interpreted as the ability to reason or understand mathematical statements, symbols. The purpose of this study is to find out whether the problem-based learning model is able to improve students' numeracy literacy skills, to find out student activities in learning in improving students' numeracy literacy skills. This research is included in the classroom action research carried out in 3 cycles with the focus of the research being 47 grade IV students at UPTD SDN 4 Krangkeng. Data collection by observation, test and interview techniques. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique is by comparing test results and observations. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that using a problem-based learning model can improve students' numeracy literacy skills in mathematics subjects with stacked division materials. This can be seen from the results of the learning completeness test, which was initially only 30%. In the first cycle, there was an increase to 40% with a total of 19 students who completed. Cycle II increased to 66% with a total of 40 students who completed and in the third cycle increased by 85% with a total of 19 students who completed. Meanwhile, in student learning activities, which was originally 65% in cycle I, and increased by 77.5% in cycle II and increased even more in cycle III by 85%. Based on these results, it can be said that classroom action research with the implementation of a problem-based learning model in the subject of mathematics and stacked division materials in grade IV UPTD SDN 4 Krangkeng is able to improve students' numeracy literacy skills.

Abstract

Leadership development in elementary school children is a crucial aspect of 21st-century education because it encompasses not only leadership skills but also self-management, effective communication, decision-making, and fostering social responsibility from an early age. This study aims to systematically review theliterature related to elementary school curriculum development focused on fosteringleadership in children. The method used was a Systematic Literature Review (SLR)with reference to the PRISMA 2020 protocol and the PICOC framework to formulatethe research objectives. The search process was conducted through variousinternational and national databases (Scopus, ERIC, ScienceDirect, Taylor &Francis Online, Google Scholar, DOAJ, and Garuda) with a publication range of2020–2025. Of the 1,245 articles found, only 10 articles met the inclusion criteria forfurther analysis. The results of the study indicate that emerging research themesinclude school-based leadership programs, transformational leadership, distributedleadership, service-learning, expectation-based curricula, and arts and music approaches. Curriculum development methods also vary, ranging from project-based learning, service-learning, to learning-to-lead models. The research contexts included rural elementary schools, international schools, and schools with formalleadership programs. Methodologically, experiments, large-scale surveys,phenomenological studies, systematic reviews, and mixed methods were used. Thisstudy emphasizes the importance of integrating leadership into the elementarycurriculum and opens up opportunities for further research to strengthen the
