Artikel ini menganalisa sikap skeptis yang dilakukan orientalis bernama Joseph Schacht terhadap otentisitas hadis Nabi Muhammad sebagai hukum Islam. Ia mengadopsi gagasan pendahulunya dengan memodifikasi metode Projecting Back, Common Link dan Argumentum e Silentio. Pendalaman Schacht mengaplikasikan ketiga metode tersebut terlihat dalam karyanya The Originis of Muhammadan Jurisprudence. Penelitian yang menggunakan studi literatur terhadap pustaka yang terkait menghasilkan kesimpulan yang menyatakan bahwa sikap skeptisisme Schacht dapat terbantahkan seperti yang dilakukan oleh Wael B. Hallaq yang memasukkan artikelnya sebagai pengantar buku Schach edisi Bahasa Indonesia. M. Azami, sebelumnya juga telah membantah tuduhan Schacht yang meragukan validasi Hadis sebagai sumber hukum Islam. Kedua Ulama populer tersebut mengatakan bahwa Schacht tidak merujuk kepada kitab induk Hadis ketika berusaha mengkritik originalitas Sabda Muhammad, melainkan hanya beberapa kitab yang berspesifikasi ke bidang Fikih.

Teachers in the learning process at MDTA Diya’ul Islamiah Islamiah Tanjung Jae Village have not used viriety of teaching styles to the maximum. So, it affects the activities of students in following the learning process. The purpose of this service is to provide training on viriety of teaching styles to improve the pedagogic competence of teachers at MDTA Diya’ul Islamiah Islamiah Tanjung Jae Village. The method used to solve problems in this service is service learning. The results of this service are (1) the MDTA Diya’ul Islamiah Islamiah teacher in Tanjung Jae Village has been given material on viriety of teaching styles to improve pedagogic competence; (2) MDTA Diya’ul Islamiah Islamiah teachers in Tanjung Jae Village are trained to practice the use of viriety teaching styles in the learning process; and (3) the MDTA Diya’ul Islamiah Islamiah teacher in Tanjung Jae Village has been able to use viriety of teaching styles in the learning process. The conditions found during the implementation of the training on viriety of teaching styles at MDTA Diya’ul Islamiah Tanjung Jae Village were (1) teachers did not know beforehand about viriety of teaching styles; (2) teachers are still clumsy in practicing viriety of teaching styles; and (3) teachers are still unable to practice viriety of teaching styles according to the material being taught. The findings during the training have been evaluated, so that teachers can practice viriety of teaching styles well and maximally. When viriety of teaching styles can be used properly and maximally by teachers in the learning process, it will automatically affect the achievement of learning objectives and increase the teacher's pedagogic competence. After this training is carried out, it is hoped that viriety of teaching styles will continue to be used by teachers. Hopefully, through the implementation of this training, the pedagogic competence of the MDTA Diya’ul Islamiah teacher in Tanjung Jae Village will increase.

Pengenalan media digital sebagai penunjang pembelajaran dinilai penting untuk diorientasikan kepada pelajar kajian ilmu keislaman, khususnya Hadis sebagai sumber kedua hukum Islam setelah Alquran, agar efektifitas waktu dan efisiensi pencarian referensi terpenuhi oleh pelajar. Oleh karenanya, pengabdian mengenai fokus penggunaan media digital dalam perkembangan ilmu hadis di kelas persiapan pelajar kuliah Timur Tengah di Yayasan Islam AnNajah Centre Medan dilaksanakan selama dua hari berurutan. Metode ceramah, diskusi dan praktik pengenalan penggunaan aplikasi al-Maktabah asy-Syamilah diterapkan pada kegiatan. Antusiasme pelajar saat pertama kali mengetahui keberadaan aplikasi ini tergambar dari beberapa pertanyaan yang diajukan saat diskusi dan praktik penelusuran hadis.

The term "Orientalist" refers to scholars, mostly from the West, who specialize in studying Eastern cultures, including Islamic texts such as the Quran and Hadith. This study explores the views of a contemporary Orientalist, namely Jonathan Andrew Cleveland Brown, on Hadith. Grounding on Brown's works on hadith and related topics as the main data, this study found that Brown has introduced a distinctive concept known as “the canonization theory”, typically applied as a stage in the cult or development of the Bible and Torah. Brown has applied the theory to explore the history of the books of hadith composed by Bukhari and Muslim. His perspective ultimately supports the consensus of Muslim scholars who consider Sahih Bukhari and Muslim as the primary source of Islamic law after the Quran. The canonization of Sahihain has undergone extensive study and critique from hadith experts. The reception of Sahih Bukhari has also experienced dynamics, such as the rejection by the Naisabur community, who favored Sahih Muslim, until Sahih Bukhari was established as the foremost reference on hadith, inspiring the development of a new epistemology in the study of hadith. Overall, Brown advocates for a balanced approach to Hadith, respecting Islamic tradition while maintaining a critical and scientific perspective in understanding and interpreting hadith.

This qualitative research using a literature review method examines the profile of an orientalist named Michael Cook as a developer of Western revisionist methods with the creation of his own method which is famously known as The Spread of Isnad. The initial Orientalist mission focused on the spread of missionary liberalism under colonialism with intellectual academic methods such as philology, manuscripts and language studies when studying the Koran and Hadith. The results of Orientalist studies are of course that the majority are skeptical and even weaken Islamic teachings. Most Orientalists claim that Muhammad was an adopter of at least two previous teachings, namely Judaism and Christianity, so there are many similarities in the two products. Polemics of differences between fellow orientalists also cannot be avoided. In reality, not all orientalists agree that the Koran and Hadith are fake products that support Islamic teachings. M. Cook comes with the character of neo-skepticism, namely an attempt to doubt the Prophet's hadith through attempts to develop the theoretical ideas of predecessors such as Schacht.

Korupsi secara bahasa berasal dari bahasa Latin, yaitu corruptio dari kata kerja corrumpere yang bermakna busuk, rusak, menggoyahkan, memutarbalik, menyogok atau mensogok.korupsi bisa disamakan dengan tindak pencurian; selama mencuri itu diartikan sebagai mengambil sesuatu yang bukan hak milik pengambil tersebut. Jika demikian redaksi hadis tadi bisa diartikan menjadi: “Koruptor tidak mungkin korupsi dalam keadaan beriman”.Pendekatan agama dalam pemberantasan korupsi secara operasional berangkat dari dasar berpikir bahwa semakin kuat keimanan dan ketakwaan masyarakat, semakin baik pula moral, akhlak, dan tingkah laku masyarakat tersebut. pendidikan dalam keluarga yang megajarkan nilai-nilai integritas dan Akhlak Karimah sebagaimana yang diajarkan dan dicontohan Nabi Muhammad saw. Semoga tindakan korupsi dapat dicegah dengan adanya kemauan tegas dari para penegak hukum dan dibantu dengan segenap aspek yang terkait dengannya.

Bullying has become a significant social problem due to frequent misunderstandings and has negative impacts on both the perpetrators and the victims in the form of intimidation, verbal/physical abuse or discriminatory actions. This research aims to explore the preventive solutions offered by hadith in addressing bullying. The major research includes the classification of relevant hadith literature using the HadistSoft digital application, while the minor research involves the analysis of ḥadīth that provides preventive solutions to bullying. The research locus is the general public. The purpose of this study is to identify and articulate the teachings of hadith that can be applied as preventive measures against bullying. This research adopts a qualitative approach using descriptive-analytical methods in a library research type. The results show that hadith offers various preventive solutions that can be applied to reduce and prevent bullying, such as emphasizing spiritual advice, fostering cooperation to eliminate conflicts, and removing the inferiority complex of bullying victims. These solutions are expected to be integrated into educational programs and school policies to create a safer and more harmonious environment.Perundungan telah menjadi masalah sosial yang memiliki dampak negatif bagi pelaku dan korban dalam bentuk intimidasi, pelecehan verbal/fisik ataupun tindakan diskriminatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi ajaran-ajaran hadis yang dapat diterapkan sebagai langkah preventif terhadap perundungan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif-analitis dengan pendekatan studi kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hadis menawarkan berbagai solusi preventif yang dapat diterapkan untuk mengurangi dan mencegah perundungan, seperti penekanan pada pemberian nasihat spiritual, menjalin kerjasama untuk menghilangkan konflik dan menghilangkan sikap inferior bagi korban perundungan. Solusi ini diharapkan dapat diintegrasikan dalam program pendidikan dan kebijakan sekolah untuk menciptakan lingkungan yang lebih aman dan harmonis.

Early Childhood Education (ECE) plays a vital role in shaping children's character and personality. In Islam, the integration of Islamic values into early childhood education is a strategic step to develop a generation with noble character from an early age. This article aims to analyze the approach to integrating Islamic values in early childhood education based on the perspective of hadith. The study employs a library research method with content analysis on various literatures, scholarly journal articles, and relevant research reports. The primary data are derived from hadiths focusing on children's education, such as faith values, morals, and the development of Islamic character. The findings reveal that hadith contains fundamental principles for educating children, such as fostering proper manners, compassion, and habituating acts of worship. These principles align with the concept of early childhood education, which emphasizes value-based parenting. The integration of Islamic values can be implemented through thematic and interactive approaches, such as storytelling, educational games, and experiential learning. The main challenges in implementation include limited understanding of Islamic values among teachers and the lack of relevant teaching materials. Source triangulation is used to test data validity and ensure consistency among findings from various literatures. This article concludes that integrating Islamic values in early childhood education based on hadith can establish a strong foundation for Islamic character. Teacher training and the development of value-based curricula are essential to support effective implementation in early childhood education institutions.

ABSTRACT This study aims to identify the quality of the sanad and hadith regarding the emergence of the Dajjal in human form from the descendants of the Bani Adam who have powers like God and have been denied by some groups such as Mu'tazilah. The controversy regarding the status of the Prophet's hadith tends to be high against those of a futuristic nature because not all scientific facts can and have succeeded in proving it like the arrival of the Dajjal. The analysis of sanad criticism and hadith observations in this study uses the hadith takhrij method. The result was that no hadiths were found related to research that had absolute validity based on their knowledge or eyes. . ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi kualitas sanad dan hadis mengenai kemunculan Dajjal dalam bentuk manusia dari keturunan Bani Adam yang memiliki kekuatan layaknya Tuhan telah diingkari sebagian golongan seperti Mu’tazilah. Kontroversi penilaian terhadap status hadis Nabi cenderung tinggi terhadap hadis yang bersifat futuristik karena tidak semua fakta ilmiah bisa dan telah berhasil membuktikannya seperti halnya kedatangan Dajjal. Analisis kritik sanad dan matan hadis penelitian ini menggunakan metode takhrij hadis. Hasilnya tidak ada ditemukan hadis terkait penelitian yang berstatus sahih mutlak berdasarkan sanad maupun matannya.

This research, which is a literature review, discusses several standards of understanding Hadith formed by experts in Islamic studies with a well-known textual and contextual basis known as the methodology of hadith experts. The research includes the definition of the methodology of hadith experts, techniques and processes for developing understanding of hadith, as well as an overview of modern methodologies that are currently developing. Modern typologies in understanding hadith in particular include the orientalist method, the rational method, the method of the salaf hadith experts and the moderate method.
