Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui korelasi dan hubungan antara variasi gaya mengajar guru Pendidikan Agama Islam dan Budi Pekerti dengan hasil belajar peserta didik kelas XI di SMA N 1 Rambatan Semester Genap T.A 2019/2020. Metode yang digunakan metode korelasional. Hasil korelasi variasi gaya mengajar guru PAI-BP dengan hasil belajar PAI-BP peserta didik kelas XI di SMA N 1 Rambatan : tidak terdapat korelasi yang signifikan antara penerapan variasi gaya mengajar dengan hasil belajar PAI-BP peserta didik kelas XI di SMA N 1 Rambatan. Hasil penelitian : korelasi variasi gaya mengajar dengan hasil belajar terdapat harga rxy sebesar -0,114, dilihat pada tabel indek korelasi “r’ product moment pada kelas interval 0,00-0,20 dinyatakan dengan harga r_xy dengan interpretasi variasi gaya mengajar dan hasil belajar peserta didik terdapat korelasi, akan tetapi sangat lemah atau rendah. variasi gaya mengajar guru pendidikan agama Islam memberikan konstribusi terhadap hasil belajar PAI-BP peserta didik di SMA N 1 Rambatan sebesar 1,3%, sedangkan sisanya 98,7% berasal dari variabel lain yang tidak termasuk dalam penelitian.

The purpose of this study is to provide an overview of the optimization of the role of Islamic Education teachers as teachers and evaluators of student learning outcomes during the Covid-19 pandemic at SMA Negeri 1 Payakumbuh, and to provide an understanding of the importance of the role of PAI teachers as teachers and evaluators of student learning outcomes at the time. the Covid-19 pandemic at Payakumbuh 1 High School. Using field research (field research). Collecting data by observation, interviews and documentation. Using a qualitative descriptive approach. The main informants are 4 PAI teachers at SMA Negeri 1 Payakumbuh and the supporting informants are a list of the learning outcomes of the Odd PTS for the 2020/2021 academic year. The results of this study are the role of PAI teachers as teachers and evaluators of student learning outcomes during the Covid-19 pandemic at SMA Negeri 1 Payakumbuh being applied in the following ways: 1. The teacher and the school try to maximize the existence of alumni to procure mobile phones (HP) for online learning. 2. The teacher seeks face-to-face learning with limited time for students who have poor internet coverage for online learning. 3. The teacher implements online learning for students who have information communication technology devices and internet networks through the Zoom application, Google Class Room and Whatsaap. 4. After the teacher carries out his role as a teacher during the Covid-19 pandemic, student learning outcomes are obtained in the PAI-BP Subject with scores above the KKM.

The purpose of this study is to provide an overview of the inculcation of student independence carried out by the teacher through the habituation of the good deeds of students at the Darul Ulum Islamic Boarding School as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors in its implementation. This research is a qualitative research with a phenomenological approach because it will describe certain facts in detail and depth. Research data were collected by means of observation; interview or conduct direct questions and answers with students and teachers on duty at Darul Ulum Islamic Boarding School; and documentation. Data analysis using descriptive qualitative, namely describing data from interviews from informants as a whole. The main informants were 12 teachers and 83 students of class VI. While the supporting informants are supporting documents related to the independence of students through the concept of good deeds in Islamic boarding schools. The results of this study are. The planting of self-reliance education for students through the concept of good deeds at the Darul Ulum Islamic Boarding School Muara Mais Jambur, namely: (1) making a commitment between teachers and students; (2) students are independent in personal activities; (3) the teacher monitors, provides examples, rewards and punishments to students. The supporting factors for the implementation of the inculcation of santri independence education through the concept of pious charity, namely: maximum teacher performance in monitoring and fostering students, good interaction between fellow stakeholders, facilities and infrastructure that support and support student activities, and support from the surrounding community. The inhibiting factors for the implementation of the inculcation of santri independence education through the concept of pious charity, namely: lack of awareness of students, students who have not been able to manage time as well as possible, the emergence of a sense of laziness in students, and the use of dormitory facilities that are not good.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan optimalisasi Membaca Al-Qur’an Melalui Metode Al-Hira’ di kelas II SD IT Al-Husnayain.Mengetahui kemampuan membaca Al-Qur’an anak di kelas II SD IT Al-Husnayain setelah menggunakan metode Al-Hira’. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, yang memperoleh data, menggunakan metode dokumentasi yaitu suatu metode penelitian untuk memperoleh keterangan dengan cara memeriksa dan mencatat laporan, dengan unsur manusia, dengan informan Kepala sekolah SD IT Al-Husnayain, Guru Kelas II SD IT Al-Husnayain dan siswa Kelas II SD IT Al-Husnayain. selanjutnya menggunakan teknik wawancara, yakni digunakan untuk mengetahui secara mendalam, detail, dan jelas dalam upaya menemukan pengalaman-pengalaman informan atau responden tentang rumusan masalah atau situasi spesifk yang dikaji. Peneliti juga memakai teknik observasi, dengan melibatkan diri meneliti, mengumpulkan data secara sistematik dalam bentuk catatan lapangan. Hasil temuan penelitian ini ada dua yaitu: pertama, Metode Al-Hira’ yang diterapkan untuk optimalisasi kemampuan membaca Alquran di SD Swasta AlHira’ dengan 20 langkah-langkah pembelajaran. Kedua,. Kemampuan membaca Alquran siswa kelas II SD IT Al-Husnayain dapat dikategorikan mampu yang telah sesuai dengan tajwid dan makhroj huruf.

This service is carried out because the MTs-MA Darul Azhar teacher's understanding has not been maximized to prepare the Latest RPP in accordance with the Minister of Education and Culture's Circular Letter Number 14 of 2019. The purpose of this service is to socialize and provide training on making the Latest RPP to MTs-MA Darul Azhar teachers. The method used to solve problems in this community service program is service learning. The results of this service are (1) the MTs-MA Darul Azhar teacher has been given trick material for compiling the Latest RPP; (2) MTs-MA Darul Azhar teachers have been able to prepare the Latest RPP properly and according to components. There were several things that were found during the socialization and training for the preparation of the Latest RPP, as follows: (1) The latest RPP compiled by the participants of the socialization still exceeded one page; (2) the preparation of learning objectives that have not followed the Audience, Behavior, Condition, and Degree (ABCD) format; (3) participants still have difficulty choosing the right learning model with the material and characteristics of students; (4) several student learning activities that are in accordance with the syntax of the selected learning model; and (5) participants were confused in determining the assessment related to the cognitive, psychomotor and affective domains. The findings during the socialization and training have been improved, so that participants understand and are able to prepare the Latest RPP well. This socialization and training is expected to improve the pedagogic abilities of teachers as participants. Hopefully in the future the pedagogic competence of teachers in compiling the latest RPP will improve.

Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan peran rumah belajar dalam melaksanakan proses pembelajaran secara tatap muka di masa pandemi Covid-19, sehingga para anak-anak usia sekolah di Desa Ranto Nalinjang tetap bisa belajar efisien dan efektif walaupun dengan keterbatasan kepemilikan alat teknologi komunikasi dan informasi serta lemahnya jaringan internet untuk mengikuti pembelajaran secara daring. Metode yang digunakan untuk memecahkan masalah pada program pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah service learning. Hasil pengabdian ini adalah rumah belajar dapat membantu anak usia sekolah (SD dan SMP) di Desa Ranto Nalinjang yang mengikuti proses pembelajaran di rumah belajar bisa tetap mengikuti pembelajaran dengan efektif dan efisien. Orang tua yang anaknya mengikuti proses pembelajaran di rumah belajar Desa Rannto Nalinjang merasa terbantu dalam hal membimbing dan mengawasi anak belajar. Rumah Belajar Desa Ranto Nalinjang berupaya menjadi tempat yang nyaman dan menyenangkan bagi anak usia sekolah (SD dan SMP) untuk belajar. Potensi suatu daerah yang tinggi seharusnya disejajarkan dengan membaiknya kualitas SDM di daerah tersebut melalui jalur pendidikan sehingga pada masa mendatang potensi daerah dapat dikembangkan dan dikelola oleh putra/i daerah yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesejahtraan masyarakat. Semoga kedepannya program Rumah Belajar Desa Ranto Nalinjang dapat terus berinovasi untuk kemajuan pendidikan.

The purpose of this research and development is to describe the learning process before and after using the problem-based learning Akhlak-Sufism module, the validity and practicality of the problem-based learning Akhlak-Sufism module in Class XI Religion of MAN 1 Mandailing Natal. This research is an R&D research using the ADDIE model (Analysis-Design-Develop-Implementation-Evaluation) to produce a Problem-Based Learning Morals-Sufism Module. The test subjects in this study were Religious Akhlak-Sufism teachers of Class XI MAN 1 Mandailing Natal. The research subjects were students of Class XI Religion at MAN 1 Mandailing Natal. There are 2 types of data in this development research, namely: qualitative data and quantitative data. Data collection techniques are: 1. Needs analysis instruments, 2. Validity instruments, and 3. Practicality instruments. The results of the validation of the RPP for the Morals-Sufism Subject were 90% in the very valid category. The validation results of the Problem Based Learning Akhlak-Sufism Module with a percentage of 90% are very valid categories. The results of practicality or limited trials of the Problem Based Learning Akhlak-Sufism Module with a total percentage result of 94% in the very practical category.

Teachers in the learning process at MDTA Diya’ul Islamiah Islamiah Tanjung Jae Village have not used viriety of teaching styles to the maximum. So, it affects the activities of students in following the learning process. The purpose of this service is to provide training on viriety of teaching styles to improve the pedagogic competence of teachers at MDTA Diya’ul Islamiah Islamiah Tanjung Jae Village. The method used to solve problems in this service is service learning. The results of this service are (1) the MDTA Diya’ul Islamiah Islamiah teacher in Tanjung Jae Village has been given material on viriety of teaching styles to improve pedagogic competence; (2) MDTA Diya’ul Islamiah Islamiah teachers in Tanjung Jae Village are trained to practice the use of viriety teaching styles in the learning process; and (3) the MDTA Diya’ul Islamiah Islamiah teacher in Tanjung Jae Village has been able to use viriety of teaching styles in the learning process. The conditions found during the implementation of the training on viriety of teaching styles at MDTA Diya’ul Islamiah Tanjung Jae Village were (1) teachers did not know beforehand about viriety of teaching styles; (2) teachers are still clumsy in practicing viriety of teaching styles; and (3) teachers are still unable to practice viriety of teaching styles according to the material being taught. The findings during the training have been evaluated, so that teachers can practice viriety of teaching styles well and maximally. When viriety of teaching styles can be used properly and maximally by teachers in the learning process, it will automatically affect the achievement of learning objectives and increase the teacher's pedagogic competence. After this training is carried out, it is hoped that viriety of teaching styles will continue to be used by teachers. Hopefully, through the implementation of this training, the pedagogic competence of the MDTA Diya’ul Islamiah teacher in Tanjung Jae Village will increase.

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh hasil belajar yang baik seharusnya sesuai dengan perilaku siswa yang baik. Kenyataannya ada saja siswa yang memperoleh hasil belajar yang baik tapi memiliki perilaku yang kurang baik. Namun, tidak jarang terdapat siswa yang nilainya kurang baik tapi perilakunya baik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif korelasional. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh Santri di pondok Pesantren Roihanul Jannah Pasar Maga berjumlah 468 santri dan diambil sampel menggunakan teknik sampel random. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah tes, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik pengolahan data melalui: editing, tabulating, coding dan analizing. Teknik analisis data dengan analisis statistik korelasi product moment. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Prestasi belajar berada pada kategori sangat baik dengan perolehan skor rata-rata sebesar 85 yang berada pada interval 70-100. (2) Akhlak Santri berada pada kualifikasi baik dengan perolehan Persentase 85,45%. (3) Ada Hubungan positif antara Prestasi belajar dan Akhlak Santri di pondok Pesantren Roihanul Jannah Pasar Maga. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai korelasi rxy= thitung > ttabel (0,386 > 0,300). Dengan demikian penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi Prestasi belajar Santri yang diraih maka semakin baik Akhlaknya, dan sebaliknya semakin rendah Prestasi belajar Santri maka semkin rendah pula Akhlaknya

This research project aims to create teaching materials in the form of textbooks specifically designed for English courses, focusing on "English for Daily Activities" within the PAI study program at STAIN Mandailing Natal. The research methodology employed in this study is research and development, utilizing the ADDIE model (Analysis-Design-Develop-Implement-Evaluate). Data collection involves three main instruments: 1) needs analysis tools, 2) validity assessment tools, and 3) practicality evaluation tools, with the practical stage serving as the project's concluding phase. The outcomes of the research and development process yielded a positive impact on both lecturers and students during the learning process. The validation results indicate high levels of validity, with a total validation percentage of 83.85%, falling within the "very valid" category. Limited trials or practicality testing of the textbooks were conducted by gathering feedback from lecturers and students. The results show strong practicality, with its total percentage of 86.09%, classifying the developed textbook as "very practical" to use by lecturers and students within the Islamic Education Study Program at STAIN Mandailing Natal.
