Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of partial integrity and loyalty on leadership policies at PT. South Aek Buru Plantation Asda. The population in this study were employees of PT. South Aek Buru Plantation Asda, totaling 78 employees, its mean population as a sample. The collecting data used questionnair and observations. The research method used is descriptive analysis method, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test and coefficient of determination test (R2). Based on the assurance coefficient test, it shows that R square 0.949 indicates that about 94.9% of the variation in the reliable variable (approach) can be explained by honor and devotion factors and the remaining 5.1% is affected. Based on the results of the fractional test (t test), this tends to be reasonable that honesty has no significant effect on the initiative approach because the value of tcount (1.170)> table (1.991) is 0.245 <0.05. Meanwhile, persistence affects the authority's strategy because the value of tcount (38.021)> table (1.991) with a large value of 0.000 <0.05. Considering the consequences of the F test, it tends to be concluded that the honor and reliability factors together significantly affect the regulatory authority.

Abstract

This study explores the impact of green economy-based English language learning on environmental awareness among students at Al Washliyah University Medan. Recognizing the role of education in addressing global environmental challenges, the research aims to assess how incorporating green economy principles into English learning influences students' attitudes and behaviors towards sustainability. The study employs a sample of 32 students and uses multiple linear regression analysis to examine the effects of promotion and environmentally friendly behavior on English language learning. Results show that while promotion does not significantly affect English learning, eco-friendly behavior has a substantial positive influence. Together, promotion and eco-friendly behavior account for 65.2% of the variance in English learning based on the green economy. The findings underscore the potential of integrating green economy concepts into educational curricula to promote environmental awareness and foster sustainable behaviors in higher education.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of security and trust on the interest in using QRIS as a digital payment method at Deni Store in Ajamu, Labuhanbatu. The research adopts a quantitative approach, utilizing primary data collected through surveys. Data analysis is conducted using descriptive tests, data quality tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. Data processing is carried out using SPSS version 22.0 to ensure the accuracy of the research findings. The results indicate that security significantly influences the interest in using QRIS. This is evidenced by the t-count value of 4.753, which is greater than the t-table value of 1.295, with a significance level of 0.000, which is below 0.05. Additionally, trust also has a significant impact on the interest in using QRIS, with a t-count value of 6.392, exceeding the t-table value of 1.295, and a significance level of 0.000, which is less than 0.05. Simultaneously, security and trust contribute 92.8% to the interest in using QRIS at Deni Store Ajamu, Labuhanbatu. These findings highlight that security and trust are key factors in driving QRIS adoption among users. Therefore, SMEs and digital payment service providers must enhance transaction security and build consumer trust to expand QRIS adoption in the business sector.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the extent to which service quality and trust influence customer loyalty at Koperasi Sepakat Jaya Rantauprapat. The population of this research includes all registered members of the cooperative over the past year, totaling 696 individuals. From this population, 89 respondents were selected as the research sample. Data was collected using a Likert scale, and the study employed a descriptive quantitative approach with data analysis conducted through instrument testing, multiple linear regression, and classical assumption tests. The research findings revealed that two items in the instrument did not meet the validity criteria. The resulting regression equation was Y = 2.704 + 0.25X1 + 0.736X2 + e. Furthermore, the data showed a normal distribution, indicated by a significance value of 0.684, which is greater than 0.05. Hypothesis testing demonstrated that both service quality (X1), with a t-value of 4.439, and trust (X2), with a t-value of 14.569, exceeded the t-table value of 1.99. Therefore, H0 was rejected and H1 was accepted, indicating that service quality and trust significantly influence customer loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of using QRIS and digital promotion on increasing sales at Trendz Store Rantauprapat, a modern clothing store that actively adopts technology in its business operations. The method used is descriptive with a quantitative approach through observation, interviews, and sales data before and after the implementation of QRIS and digital promotions. The results show that the use of QRIS facilitates transactions and increases customer convenience, while digital promotions through social media are effective in attracting new consumers and increasing the loyalty of existing customers. The synergy between the two has a significant impact on increasing sales of Trendz Rantauprapat stores with a joint effect of 40.3%. Therefore, the integration of digital payment technology and online marketing strategies is an important factor in the development of retail businesses in today's digital era.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penerapan e-government dan pelatihan sumber daya manusia terhadap efisiensi pelayanan di Kantor Desa Aek Goti, Kecamatan Silangkitang, Kabupaten Labuhanbatu Selatan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada aparatur desa dan masyarakat pengguna layanan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan e-government secara signifikan meningkatkan efisiensi pelayanan, terutama dalam hal transparansi, kecepatan, dan aksesibilitas layanan. Selain itu, pelatihan sumber daya manusia juga berperan penting dalam meningkatkan kompetensi aparatur desa dalam mengoperasikan sistem berbasis digital. Dengan demikian, kombinasi e-government dan pelatihan SDM dapat meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan publik di tingkat desa.

Abstract

Kopi merupakan salah satu komoditas global yang memiliki nilai ekonomi tinggi dan menjadi bagian dari gaya hidup masyarakat modern. Industri kopi terus berkembang seiring dengan meningkatnya minat konsumen terhadap berbagai jenis kopi dan pengalaman yang ditawarkan oleh kafe maupun kedai kopi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi preferensi konsumen dalam mengonsumsi kopi, termasuk variasi menu, suasana kafe, kualitas layanan, serta strategi pemasaran yang diterapkan oleh pelaku usaha kopi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui survei, wawancara, dan observasi langsung di berbagai kedai kopi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor utama yang mempengaruhi keputusan konsumen adalah cita rasa kopi, suasana tempat, serta interaksi sosial yang terjadi di dalam kafe. Selain itu, tren kopi spesialti dan keberlanjutan dalam produksi kopi juga menjadi perhatian utama bagi konsumen yang semakin sadar akan aspek lingkungan dan etika dalam industri ini. Dengan memahami preferensi konsumen, pelaku usaha dapat mengembangkan strategi yang lebih efektif dalam meningkatkan daya tarik produk serta loyalitas pelanggan.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to ascertain whether customer satisfaction with the CV is significantly impacted by the speed at which customer goods are delivered and whether they arrive at the destination on time. Transportation services offered by Perdana Express. Quantitative methodologies are used in the study. Interviews and observation are the methods utilized to get data. In this study, 82 respondents/customers made up the sample. Simple random sample with a 5% significance level is the method used for sampling. Utilizing statistical methods and SPSS, the data analysis approach examines the validity and reliability of surveys and performs multiple linear regression analysis using the T and F tests to support the hypothesis. Research findings indicate that the timeliness variable has a close/significant impact on customer satisfaction (Y) in CV transportation services, while the delivery speed variable has a close/significant impact on customer satisfaction. At Perdana Express Rantauprapat, delivery timeliness and speed account for 98.3% of the total, with other variables and factors influencing the remaining 1.7%.Keywords: Delivery speed, timeliness, customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh strategi penjualan dan pengembangan UMKM terhadap minat beli konsumen di Pasaran Ranto. Dengan menggunakan metode survei dan analisis kuantitatif melalui SPSS, dengan jumlah sample sebanyak 50 responden, data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada konsumen yang pernah melakukan pembelian produk di UMKM Pasran Ranto di Jl.Dewi sartika Padang pasir, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa strategi penjualan yang efektif, seperti pemasaran digital, promosi, dan peningkatan kualitas layanan, serta pengembangan usaha melalui inovasi produk dan ekspansi pasar, berkontribusi signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen. Kedua faktor ini secara simultan mempengaruhi minat beli sebesar 39,4%. Hasil ini menegaskan bahwa semakin baik strategi pemasaran dan pengembangan usaha yang diterapkan UMKM, semakin tinggi pula daya tarik konsumen untuk membeli produk. Oleh karena itu, UMKM perlu terus beradaptasi dengan perkembangan teknologi dan tren pasar agar tetap kompetitif, berkembang, dan memiliki daya saing yang kuat.
