Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of work ability and workload on the employee performance and work stress as a mediation variable in the General Election Supervisory Agency in DKI Jakarta. The population of this study were Non-Government Employees with a sample of 100 employees. Data analysis method used structural Equation model Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The results revealed that the variables of work ability affected the variable of work stress negatively and significantly. The workload variables affected the work stress variable positively and significantly. Work stress variables affect negative employee performance but not significantly. Meanwhile, variable work ability affects positive employee performance and significantly. Besides, workload variables affect positive employee performance but not significantly.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine of changes model on turnover intention on the effect of job stress and organizational climate through job satisfaction in oil palm plantation companies during the COVID-19 pandemic. The analysis was conducted using 120 respondents comprising field and office employees identified in strategic positions as respondents. Data were collected using online questionnaires and tested for normality using Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis with SmartPLS 3.2.7. The results showed that all the p-value indicators of the latent variable < 0.05 and this implies they are all valid and reliable to be used in the construct. The direct effects of X1 (JobStress) and X2 (Organizational Climate) on Y (Job Satisfaction), and X1 (Job Stress) on Z (Turnover Intention) were found to be significant while the other direct effects were insignificant. Moreover, all indirect effects were not significant but the effects of Total X1 (Job Stress) and X2 (Organizational Climate) on Y (Job Satisfaction) and the effect of X1 (Job Stress) on Z (Turnover Intention) were significant while the other total effects were insignificant. A strong indicator was discovered to be often thinking about leaving and actively looking for other job opportunities. This indicates that managers need to maintain work stress through the implementation of better policies related to work conditions. This is important because it was observed to affect job satisfaction, thereby, leading to turnover intention, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Basically, this study aims to examine and analyze the importance of competence and career development on employee performance by using the motivation variable as a mediating variable in the BI Money Management work unit in Java. By using a quantitative research design with an explanatory survey method , namely data collection using a questionnaire with a Likert scale model. The sample collection of organic employee respondent data is 300 respondents. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) PLS Version 3.2.9 is used as a tool to process data. In this study using four variables, fourteen dimensions and thirty-six indicators. From the results of this study it can be concluded that all variables have a significant effect on employee performance, namely: 1) Competence on employee performance. 2) Career development on employee performance, 3) Motivation on employee performance, 4) Competence on motivation, 5) Career development on motivation, 6) Motivation mediates the effect of competence on employee performance, 7) Motivation mediates the effect of career development on employee performance.

Abstract

Waste management is a global issue and not a glamorous topic. On the global stage, climate and development discussions related to waste management have not yet become a top priority. Despite facing a global climate crisis, pollution, and biodiversity loss, the issue of waste management remains neglected, even at the household level. In Indonesia, the Integrated Waste Management Sites (TPST) are still predominantly managed through operational systems such as controlled landfills, open dumping, and sanitary landfills, which create mountains of toxic waste that pollute the air, contaminate water, harm public health, and accelerate environmental degradation. 54.43% of waste in Indonesia comes from households, with the total in 2024 reaching 19,502,650.23 tons, and 8,046,428.49 tons (41.26%) of household waste remains unmanageable. The impact of the COVID-19 pandemic has led to a decrease in household income, prompting community service activities aimed at solving two problems simultaneously: waste management and efforts to increase household income. As part of this initiative, the introduction of maggot farming technology (Hermetia illucens larvae) was implemented to improve household income. The community service was carried out at Posbindu Dahlia RW 001, Petukangan Selatan, as the area is a residential neighborhood with available vacant land not yet utilized by the operators of the Jakarta Outer Ring Road toll. This community service activity ran smoothly, achieving all its targets and bringing about changes in the knowledge and behavior of the participants, as well as enabling them to optimize small land areas for maggot cultivation, thereby increasing household income.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of work environment work motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT Sumber Alfaria Tijaya Tbk Balaraja Branch. The employee population of PT. Sumber Alfaria Tnjaya Tbk is 85 employees. Data was collected using a questionnaire with a liker scale which was processed using SPSS software. The research method used is multiple linear regression. The results of this research indicate that work motivation influences employee performance and the work environment influences employee performance. Job satisfaction influences employee performance. The results of this research are expected to improve employee performance at PT. SAT.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of emotional intelligence, work culture and work environment on employee performance. Population of PT employees. Plastech Dinamika has 50 employees. Data were collected using a questionnaire with a Likert scale which was processed using SPSS software. The research method used is multiple linear regression. The results of this research show that the Emotional Intelligence variable has a partial effect on employee performance, Work Culture has a partial effect on employee performance and the Work Environment has a partial effect on employee performance. It is hoped that the results of this research can improve employee performance at PT. Plastech Dinamika.

Abstract

The mentoring program for Posbindu Dahlia Indah Petuakan Selatan MSMEs aimed to enhance business competitiveness through digital marketing strategies and human resource management strengthening. The challenges faced by this MSME included suboptimal use of digital platforms, unattractive packaging, and ineffective human resource management. The community engagement activity was conducted over three months using a participatory approach involving direct training, consultations, and periodic evaluations. The results showed significant improvements in the activation and optimization of e-commerce accounts, packaging quality enhancement, and a more structured division of tasks. Increased HR competencies contributed to higher production capacity and operational efficiency. This activity concluded that the synergy between digital marketing and HR management strengthening successfully improved product visibility and the competitiveness of MSMEs in the digital marketplace.

Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim of analyzing the influence of work discipline, workload, and work environment on employee performance, with a focus on Indomaret employees located in the West Jakarta area. The number of samples used in this study was 110 respondents who were directly selected from the employee population, with the data collection technique through the distribution of questionnaires using a Likert scale. The collected data were then analyzed using the multiple linear regression method with the help of SPSS software version 30. The results of the study indicate that partially, the variables of work discipline, workload, and work environment are proven to have an influence on employee performance, where each factor makes a different contribution in supporting or hindering work productivity. Meanwhile, simultaneously, the three independent variables are proven to have a significant influence on the dependent variable, namely employee performance. This finding confirms that the combination of good work discipline factors, balanced workload management, and a conducive work environment is very important in creating sustainable performance improvements. Thus, this study is expected to provide practical contributions as input for Indomaret management in the West Jakarta area in designing more effective human resource management strategies, both through policies to improve discipline, proportional workload management, and the creation of a work environment that is more supportive of employee comfort and motivation.

Abstract

Ketahanan pangan dan kesehatan masyarakat merupakan tujuan strategis yang saling terkait dalam pembangunan berkelanjutan Indonesia. Urbanisasi pesat di Kota Bekasi menimbulkan tantangan ketahanan pangan akibat konversi lahan pertanian dan masalah gizi kompleks, termasuk malnutrisi ganda. Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini berfokus pada revitalisasi Keboen Gizi RT 13, sebuah kebun urban komunitas yang memanfaatkan lahan terbatas untuk produksi tanaman pangan, tanaman obat, ikan, dan unggas. Pendekatan zero waste dan ekonomi sirkular diterapkan dengan mengolah limbah organik menjadi pupuk dan pakan, menciptakan siklus produksi tertutup yang ramah lingkungan dan produktif. Pelatihan berbasis teknologi digital meningkatkan kapasitas masyarakat, terutama ibu rumah tangga, dalam pengelolaan kebun, produksi, dan pemasaran hasil. Evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan produktivitas, keberlanjutan, serta nilai ekonomi dan edukatif kebun. Model ini mengintegrasikan teori ketahanan pangan dan pemberdayaan masyarakat, menawarkan solusi inovatif dalam menghadapi keterbatasan lahan dan tantangan urbanisasi. PKM ini memperkuat sinergi antara perguruan tinggi, komunitas, dan pemerintah dalam mendukung ketahanan pangan perkotaan yang mandiri dan berkelanjutan.
