Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the variables Current Ratio, Debt To Equity Ratio, Return On Assets, and Total Asset Turnover on share prices in property and real estate companies. The population used in this research is property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with a research observation period of 2018 - 2022. The sample selection used a purposive sampling method based on certain criteria that were adjusted to the objectives of the research problem. The number of samples used in this research was 43 from 87 companies. The data analysis technique used in this research is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis using SPSS version 26 program tools. The results of this research show that the Current Ratio and Debt To Equity have a negative and significant effect on stock prices. Return On Assets has a positive and significant effect on share prices. Meanwhile, Total Asset Turnover has no significant effect on share prices.

Abstract

Kebudiluhuran dan pekerti luhur merupakan nilai fundamental yang menopang moral masyarakat di tengah tantangan modernisasi dan globalisasi. Artikel ini membahas pergeseran nilai-nilai tradisional akibat perkembangan teknologi, arus globalisasi, dan pengaruh budaya populer. Tantangan seperti individualisme, materialisme, dan pragmatisme menggerus nilai-nilai luhur seperti kesederhanaan, kejujuran, dan hormat. Meskipun demikian, peluang untuk menguatkan kebudiluhuran tetap ada melalui pendidikan karakter, peran keluarga, kolaborasi sektor publik-swasta, dan pemanfaatan teknologi secara bijak. Pendidikan tinggi, seni budaya, dan kebijakan publik juga berperan strategis dalam menjaga nilai-nilai luhur ini. Dengan kolaborasi berbagai pihak dan strategi holistik, kebudiluhuran dapat menjadi landasan etis dalam menciptakan masyarakat yang harmonis, beradab, dan berkelanjutan. Artikel ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya komitmen kolektif dalam mempertahankan kebudiluhuran di tengah arus perubahan global.

Abstract

Waste management is a global issue and not a glamorous topic. On the global stage, climate and development discussions related to waste management have not yet become a top priority. Despite facing a global climate crisis, pollution, and biodiversity loss, the issue of waste management remains neglected, even at the household level. In Indonesia, the Integrated Waste Management Sites (TPST) are still predominantly managed through operational systems such as controlled landfills, open dumping, and sanitary landfills, which create mountains of toxic waste that pollute the air, contaminate water, harm public health, and accelerate environmental degradation. 54.43% of waste in Indonesia comes from households, with the total in 2024 reaching 19,502,650.23 tons, and 8,046,428.49 tons (41.26%) of household waste remains unmanageable. The impact of the COVID-19 pandemic has led to a decrease in household income, prompting community service activities aimed at solving two problems simultaneously: waste management and efforts to increase household income. As part of this initiative, the introduction of maggot farming technology (Hermetia illucens larvae) was implemented to improve household income. The community service was carried out at Posbindu Dahlia RW 001, Petukangan Selatan, as the area is a residential neighborhood with available vacant land not yet utilized by the operators of the Jakarta Outer Ring Road toll. This community service activity ran smoothly, achieving all its targets and bringing about changes in the knowledge and behavior of the participants, as well as enabling them to optimize small land areas for maggot cultivation, thereby increasing household income.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of social media advertising and electronic word of mouth (e-WOM) on purchasing decisions for healthcare services, with brand image as an intervening variable at Bogor Senior Hospital (RS BSH). The approach used is quantitative with a descriptive causal method. Data was collected through a Google Form questionnaire distributed to 103 respondents who had been exposed to RS BSH advertisements on social media and had made repeat visits (cross-selling). Data analysis was conducted using SPSS software to test the relationships between research variables. The study results show that social media advertising does not significantly affect brand image or healthcare service purchasing decisions. In contrast, e-WOM has a positive and significant influence on both brand image and patient purchasing decisions. Furthermore, brand image is proven to mediate the relationship between e-WOM and purchasing decisions but does not mediate the relationship between social media advertising and purchasing decisions. These findings indicate that e-WOM plays a more dominant role in building brand image and influencing purchasing decisions than social media advertising. Therefore, RS BSH is advised to focus more on e-WOM-based marketing strategies, such as patient testimonials and online reviews, to enhance the hospital’s image and attract more patients

Abstract

Internalization of moral values is a control mechanism for balancing consumer behavior. This study aims to analyze how moral values can be internalized in the consumer behavior of the millennial generation, particularly in the online shopping phenomenon. The development of sophisticated technology, the availability of online ordering for all needs, and the ease of transactions have given rise to new consumption patterns that often lead to excessive consumer behavior. Moral values, which include honesty, simplicity, responsibility, and local wisdom, can serve as a moral control mechanism in addressing consumer culture. This study used a qualitative approach with literature review and observation of millennial online shopping behavior. The results show that internalization of moral values can foster wise consumption behavior, prioritizing needs over wants, and maintaining a balance between material satisfaction and spiritual values. The implications of this research are the importance of culturally based values education and digital literacy in efforts to shape a healthy consumer generation of millennials.

Abstract

Digitalization has become a transformative force reshaping how organizations innovate and sustain competitive advantages in an interconnected global economy. This study explores the intricate relationship between business digitalization, innovation capabilities, and sustainability outcomes. Employing a comprehensive literature review, it examines how digital transformation fosters innovative practices and supports sustainable business models. Key findings reveal that integrating digital technologies, such as artificial intelligence, IoT, and blockchain, significantly enhances innovation capacity by accelerating product development cycles, improving decision-making precision, and fostering collaborative innovation ecosystems. Moreover, digitalization optimizes resource utilization, minimizes environmental impact, and strengthens stakeholder engagement, contributing to measurable economic, environmental, and social sustainability outcomes. The synergy between digital transformation and sustainability initiatives provides organizations with strategic advantages, including improved operational efficiency, customer loyalty, and competitive positioning. However, challenges such as implementation barriers, balancing digital-sustainable priorities, and managing unintended environmental impacts persist. Future research should focus on empirical validation, industry-specific applications, and longitudinal studies to further elucidate the pathways through which digitalization supports sustainable innovation and long-term business resilience. This study underscores the imperative for organizations to strategically align digital transformation with sustainability objectives, ensuring their future success in a rapidly evolving business environment.

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of organizational innovation on management strategy in the education sector, focusing on the mediating role of strategic change. Quantitative data were collected through a structured survey (Cronbach’s Alpha > 0.7) and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with a sequential explanatory mixed-methods approach. Key relationships were identified: organizational innovation significantly impacts management strategy (β = 0.45, p < 0.01), while strategic change mediates this relationship (β = 0.30, p < 0.01). Qualitative data from semi-structured interviews with 20 educational leaders revealed three critical themes: strategic alignment with institutional goals, the importance of participative leadership, and barriers such as resource constraints and bureaucratic inertia. These findings highlight the necessity of integrating innovation with strategic change to optimize management practices. The study contributes to literature by validating the dynamic capabilities framework in the education sector and addressing gaps related to the operationalization of innovation. Practical implications include fostering participative leadership, aligning innovation with institutional objectives, and streamlining resources to support transformative strategies. Policymakers and educational leaders are advised to implement context-sensitive frameworks to sustain innovation and enhance institutional adaptability.

Abstract

Kegiatan ini merupakan rangkaian program KKN mahasiswa UNIQHBA Bagu yang berlangsung selama 43 hari. Tujuannya adalah untuk mengurangi angka penderita infeksi DBD di kabupaten Lombok tengah, Khususnya Di Dusun Selong Paok Desa Bonder Kecamatan Praya Barat. Tahapan kegiatan ini meliputi Perencanaan, pelaksanaan program, dan evaluasi. Tahap perencanaan dilakukan dengan wawancara kepada kepala desa dan kepala dusun serta melakukan eksplorasi wilayah desa untuk mengetahui potensi kebutuhan desa. Pelaksanaan program Efektifitas Bank Sampah Dalam Penanganan DBD dilakukan dengan berbagai cara yang meliputi dua aspek, yaitu aspek fisik dan mental. Aspek fisik meliputi kerja bakti membersihkan lingkungan yang dilakukan pada hari Kamis, 21 September 2023, serta pengadaan fasilitas pembuangan sampah di lingkungan dusun selong paok desa bonder yang dipasang pada minggu ke empat tanggal 21 Oktober 2023. Adapun aspek mental meliputi penyuluhan tentang pengelolaan sampah dan kesehatan bagi warga desa yang dilakukan pada Selasa, 18 Oktober 2023. Adapun evaluasi dilakukan setiap selesai pelaksanaan masing-masing tahapan kegiatan serta evaluasi akhir yang dilaksanakan pada tanggal 21 Oktober 2023. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah desa Bonder yang memiliki warga peduli kebersihan dan kesehatan karena membuang sampah pada bank sampah yang sudah disediakan.

Abstract

The application of business ethics and moral integrity in Toyota's management system through the Kaizen philosophy as the basis for establishing a sustainable global strategy. The research approach uses a descriptive-analytical qualitative method with secondary data sources in the form of official Toyota Global reports, academic literature, and modern management theories. The analysis was conducted using the Miles and Huberman interactive model which includes data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study indicate that business ethics is placed as the main foundation of Toyota's management system, where the values ​​of Continuous Improvement and Respect for People serve as moral guidelines in decision-making, governance, and relationships between stakeholders. The integration of ethics with global strategy strengthens corporate legitimacy and public trust, while increasing corporate sustainability through a balance of economic, social, and environmental aspects. These findings confirm that the Kaizen philosophy is not only a management system, but a model of sustainable corporate ethics that can be adapted by other global companies as a guide to realizing corporate sustainability based on moral values ​​and social responsibility.
