Abstract

The aim of this research is to propose a tourism observatory design to support strategic decision-making in tourist destinations. The proposed methodology uses input-output analysis. We propose the destination survey as a model for randomly selecting visitors at tourist attractions. The research results reveal that the observatory concept serves as a viable tool for tourism policy, addressing the information gaps at the destination level, where national statistical operations fall short. Observatories act as management tools that generate and concentrate scientific and statistical information, becoming the main source of official tourist data about a destination. However, in almost provinces, existing information does not fully meet the needs of users. Therefore, this research suggests a tourism observatory model to enhance the availability of systematic and timely information for decision-making at the provincial level. We hope that provinces and territorial units on a sub-national scale, lacking a complete tourism information system, will find the proposed model useful. We expect them to implement tourism observatory projects as a means to address specific needs, resolve local issues by uniting various tourism system participants, and address deficiencies in their current tourism statistics system. In this regard, provincial tourism observatories are expected to play a decisive role in the development of indicators and the calculation of trends, and the results obtained will provide feedback on the actions taken in relation to tourism policy.

Abstract

Program optimalisasi lahan dengan budidaya tanaman dapur selain dengan mengoptimalisasikan lahan yang tidak terpakai sekaligus memanfaatkan tanaman dapur untuk konsumtif masyarakat di pualu pramuka dan inovasi lainnya yang dapat memberikan keuntungan bagi masyarakat di pulau pramuka kurangnya kesadaran dan pengetahuan masyarakat tentang pemanfaatan lahan untuk budidaya tanaman dapur. Metode yang digunakan untuk kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah Survey/wawancara dilakukan kepada masyarakat sekitar yang akan menjadi target pelaksanaan program pengabdian masyarakat, guna mengetahui kebutuhan materi yang diperlukan Di Pulau Pramuka, terdapat lahan kosong milik Rumah Literasi Hijau yang dapat kami manfaatkan untuk menanam bibit cabai dan tomat yang nantinya bisa dimanfaatkan Program Optimalisasi lahan dengan budidaya tanaman dapur di Pulau Pramuka, Kepulauan Seribu Utara, Kabupaten Administrasi Kepulauan Seribu, mendapatkan respond yang baik dari masyarakat dan pemerintah karena dapat meningkatkan faktor ekonomi dan pendapatan masyarakat, penanaman bibit tanaman dapur di laksanakan dengan penanaman 100 bibit tanaman tomat dan 100 bibit tanaman cabai. diharapkan dengan 200 bibit tanaman dapur tersebut dapat dibudidayakan dan dikembangkan oleh masyarakat di pualau pramuka secara maksimal.

Abstract

Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah memberikan sosialisasi peluang bisnis digital di tengah perlambatan ekonomi dan strategi pemasaran bisnis digital bagi Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah Indonesia. Metode kegiatan dalam pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dimulai dari tahap sosialisasi peluang bisnis digital bagi Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah Indonesia di tengah perlambatan ekonomi, setelah itu masuk ke tahap strategi pemasaran bisnis digital yang berisikan tahap pembuatan akun pemasaran bisnis digital, tahap postingan di akun pemasaran bisnis digital, tahap pemantauan, dan tahap evaluasi. Abstract

The mentoring program for Posbindu Dahlia Indah Petuakan Selatan MSMEs aimed to enhance business competitiveness through digital marketing strategies and human resource management strengthening. The challenges faced by this MSME included suboptimal use of digital platforms, unattractive packaging, and ineffective human resource management. The community engagement activity was conducted over three months using a participatory approach involving direct training, consultations, and periodic evaluations. The results showed significant improvements in the activation and optimization of e-commerce accounts, packaging quality enhancement, and a more structured division of tasks. Increased HR competencies contributed to higher production capacity and operational efficiency. This activity concluded that the synergy between digital marketing and HR management strengthening successfully improved product visibility and the competitiveness of MSMEs in the digital marketplace.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how Generation Z behaves towards Traditional Drinks, where the current generation has a modern lifestyle but is less aware of Traditional Drinks which are rich in history and culture. Current developments by Generation Z can have a negative effect in forgetting the history and cultural knowledge of these drinks. Therefore, in this research it can be seen how behavior and lifestyle can unite cultures in their lives. The method used in this research was to distribute questionnaires to students of the Tourism Study Program at Budi Luhur University, then provide samples of Pletok Betawi Beer as their opinion regarding whether the drink was well received, and knowing the existing culture and history. Then, the collected data will be processed using SPSS version 29 to identify patterns and relationships between Generation Z behavior and lifestyle   Keywords: Betawi Pletok Beer, Consumer Behavior, Generation Z, Lifestyle
