Abstract

Aims: This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of I-CARE-based self-efficacy nurses training for the development of organizational commitment at Panti Rapih Hospital Yogyakarta. Methods: The research has been designed as a quasi-experiment one group pretest and posttest. The respondents are 143 nurses, mostly from D3 (associate degree) in Nursing (82.5%), female (88.1%), and young adult age or generation X (48.8%). Most of them have also been working for 6-15 years (51.8%). Ordinal regression discrimination test and SEM Smart PLS.4 with path analysis were also conducted. The data is analyzed by using software SPSS.25 and Wilcoxon pretest and posttest on I-CARE-based self-efficacy training and organizational commitment. Results: I-CARE-based self-efficacy has been found “high” (55.9%). Nurses’ organizational commitment is “high” (77.6%), “average” (18.2%) and “low” (4.2%). It is also found that I-CARE-based self-efficacy does not have a significant relation with organizational commitment, which P value is >0.005. The variables like age, gender and length of working have also been insignificant to the enhancement of organizational commitment, which P value is >0.005. The level of education gives a significant influence to organizational commitment, which P value is 0.02 (<0.005). The enhancement of education level will reinforce organizational commitment. Conclusion: I-CARE-based self-efficacy training is effective in enhancing organizational commitment, but for significant impact, it should be supported by a higher level of education. This research recommends increasing formal education levels to enhance staff organizational commitment.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Rasio antara jumlah tenaga perawat dan tingginya tuntutan kerja menempatkan perawat sebagai salah satu profesi kesehatan dengan prevalensi kelelahan emosional dan fisik yang tinggi. Salah satu metode bimbingan yang digunakan RS dalam mengatasi isu – isu yang dapat memengaruhi kinerja perawat, adalah melalui metode coaching. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat pengaruh pelaksanaan coaching terhadap peningkatan self-efficacy dan penurunan burnout perawat pelaksana. Metode: Penelitian dilakukan secara kuantitatif dengan desain quasi- experimental, melibatkan 76 responden yang terbagi atas 55 responden yang diberikan intervensi dan 21 responden kontrol. Hasil: ada pengaruh signifikan secara simultan antara variabel pelaksanaan coaching, usia, lama kerja dan tingkat pendidikan terhadap penurunan burnout perawat pelaksana pada kelompok intervensi dan kelompok kontrol (p 0.008). Coaching direkomendasikan untuk dilakukan secara kontinyu dengan evaluasi progress aktual dalam rentang waktu tertentu. Kesimpulan: Penelitian ini menemukan adanya pengaruh variabel coaching perawat supervisor klinis, usia, lama kerja dan tingkat pendidikan secara simultan terhadap penurunan burnout pada perawat pelaksana kelompok intervensi (p 0.008). sehingga diharapkan hasil penelitian ini dapat menjadi masukan dalam implementasi dan pencapaian salah satu fungsi manajemen keperawatan terutama dalam peran bimbingan supervisor klinis.

Abstract

This research analyzes the influence of policy and competitiveness on service quality and its implications on customer satisfaction related to the Foreign Ship Agency Approval at the Directorate of Sea Traffic and Transport. The sea transportation sector plays an important role in Indonesia's international trade, with nearly 90% of the trade volume conducted by sea. The Foreign Ship Agency Approval Service is the initial entry point for foreign ships into Indonesian waters which has undergone digital transformation through the Sea Transportation Traffic Management Information System since 2016. This quantitative research involved 92 customer respondents who were selected using a simple random sampling technique. Data analysis using Structural Equation Modeling with the help of SmartPLS showed that policy had a significant influence on service quality by 64.4% and competitiveness contributed by 28.9%. Service quality has proven to be a full mediator in policy relations and competitiveness to customer satisfaction with the strongest contribution of 75.6%. The dimensions of policy compliance, technology infrastructure, service reliability, and information accessibility are the dominant factors that affect customer satisfaction. The findings of the research show the importance of improving service reliability and information technology integration between agencies to improve the efficiency of coordinating foreign ship agency approval services.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Skin trauma caused by Medical Adhesive Related Skin Injury (MARSI) is a common problem among infants in the NICU and may increase the risk of infection and negatively affect clinical outcomes. To analyze the effect of hydrocolloid skin barrier use on the occurrence of MARSI among infants treated in the NICU of Hospital X, Jakarta Barat. This study employed a quantitative method with a cross-sectional design and a retrospective approach conducted from March to July 2025. A total of 70 infants were selected using total sampling. Data were collected using the Neonatal Skin Risk Assessment Scale (NSRAS), Statistical analysis was performed using Spearman’s Rho test. The used of Hydrocolloid skin barrier showed no significant effect on MARSI (p 0.05). Gestational age had a significant effect on MARSI on day 1 (p = 0.037), while birth weight had a significant effect on MARSI on day 1 (p = 0.000) and day 3 (p = 0.015). No significant effects were found on day 5 (p 0.05). Hydrocolloid skin barriers were not shown to significantly reduce MARSI incidence. Gestational age and birth weight were identified as important risk factors for MARSI, particularly during the early days of NICU care, emphasizing the need for careful skin monitoring and strengthened preventive protocols in neonatal units Keywords: Infants, Hydrocolloid, MARSI.  ABSTRAK Trauma kulit pada bayi di NICU sering terjadi akibat Medical Adhesive Related Skin Injury (MARSI) yang dapat meningkatkan risiko infeksi serta memengaruhi kondisi klinis bayi. Menganalisis pengaruh penggunaan hydrocolloid skin barrier terhadap kejadian MARSI pada bayi yang dirawat di NICU RS X Jakarta Barat. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain cross-sectional dan pendekatan retrospektif yang dilaksanakan pada Maret–Juli 2025. Sampel sebanyak 70 bayi diperoleh melalui teknik total sampling, data dikumpulkan dengan instrumen NSRAS (Neonatal Skin Risk Assessment Scale) dan Analisis data dilakukan dengan uji Spearman’s Rho. Hydrocolloid skin barrier tidak menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan terhadap kejadian MARSI (p0,05). Usia gestasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap MARSI pada hari pertama (p=0,037), sedangkan berat badan lahir berpengaruh signifikan pada hari pertama (p=0,000) dan hari ketiga (p=0,015), namun tidak berpengaruh pada hari kelima (p0,05). Hydrocolloid skin barrierbelum terbukti secara signifikan menurunkan kejadian MARSI, sementara faktor usia gestasi dan berat lahir berperan penting terhadap risiko MARSI terutama pada awal perawatan, sehingga diperlukan pemantauan kulit yang ketat serta penguatan standar prosedur pencegahan MARSI di NICU. Kata Kunci: Bayi, Hidrokoloid, MARSI.
