Abstract

The guarantee of management and utilization of natural resources stated in the constitution should be the basis in managing the natural resources by taking into account the broad aspects of the interests of the community and the environment.This research aims to answer questions regarding the basis of the constitutional guarantee of management and utilization of natural resources in West Satui Village, Tanah Bumbu Regency towards environmental justice, and how the distribution of risks and benefits of management and utilization of natural resources in West Satui Village, Tanah Bumbu Regency. The research approach method used is doctrinal approach, with the target of norms, and linkages with facts found in the field. The result of this research is that unfair distribution of environmental risks will certainly lead to consequences in the form of environmental injustice. If the environment is damaged and unbalanced due to coal mining in Satui Barat Village, Tanah Bumbu Regency, it means that the risk is not felt by the government and mining business actors, but only a high risk for people's lives, as a result in terms of environmental risk distribution in coal mining in Satui Barat Village, Tanah Bumbu Regency can be said to be unfair.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has caused an economic downturn, an increase in the number of unemployed, a decrease in the number of jobs, and a decrease in people's purchasing power. In these circumstances, online business is a solution to survive and improve the economy. Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) were also affected by the decline in sales due to changes in consumer behavior switching to online-based purchases. MSMEs must quickly adapt to changes in consumer behavior to survive amid the economic downturn. Digital marketing training is a solution to help MSMEs adapt to changes in consumer behavior to seek business opportunities and entrepreneurship through digital media. In line with the vision and mission of the Demak Regency Cooperatives and UMKM Trade Office, one of which is to strengthen the community's economy through UMKM, the team is trying to help make it happen in community service activities in digital marketing training. The purpose of this activity is to provide digital marketing training, help participants do marketing through digital media, and carry out digital-based entrepreneurship activities. The method used in this community service activity is in the form of participants attending lectures, discussions, questions, and answers about digital marketing given by practitioners who are experts in their fields then participants follow digital marketing practices. Evaluation of activities is carried out, both before, during, and after the activity is carried out. The results of this activity made 30 MSMEs in Demak Regency able to practice marketing through digital media in their businesses and obtain training modules that can be used as daily practice guides.

Abstract

The intensifying competition in Indonesia’s coffee industry necessitates a deep understanding of the factors influencing purchase decisions. This study examines the effects of Consumer Value, Consumer Trust, and Product Variety on Purchase Decision, with Perceived Quality serving as a moderating variable. An associative quantitative approach employing moderation analysis was conducted on 675 urban coffee consumers who drink coffee at least four times per week, using a 1–6 Likert scale questionnaire. Classical assumption tests indicated no multicollinearity (VIF < 10) or heteroscedasticity (Sig. > 0.05). Although the data were not normally distributed, regression analysis remained valid due to the large sample size. Multiple regression results revealed that Consumer Value (β = 0.337; p < 0.001), Consumer Trust (β = 0.164; p < 0.001), and Product Variety (β = 0.173; p < 0.001) have significant positive effects on Purchase Decision, with Consumer Value being the strongest predictor. The Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) further indicated that Perceived Quality significantly strengthens the relationship between Consumer Trust and Purchase Decision (β = 0.125; p < 0.001), but does not moderate the effects of Consumer Value or Product Variety. These findings reinforce the commitment-trust theory and the means-end model, highlighting the synergistic role of perceived quality in enhancing the influence of trust on purchase decisions. Practically, coffee businesses should maintain a high perception of quality through quality assurance, certification, and product consistency to maximize the impact of trust, while simultaneously sustaining product value and variety to achieve competitive advantage.

Abstract

Tingkat kesadaran hukum yang rendah di antara siswa di dunia pendidikan disebabkan oleh kurangnya sosialisasi hukum, kurangnya akses ke informasi hukum dan budaya siswa sendiri. Sebagai mahasiswa Politehnik Negara Semarang karena salah satu tugas utamanya adalah menghasilkan kreasi yang ditulis baik dalam bentuk kertas atau laporan tugas akhir sebagai syarat untuk mencapai lulusannya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah mahasiswa di Politehnik Negeri Semarang menyadari hak kekayaan intelektual dalam penulisan ilmiah, serta faktor-faktor apa yang mempengaruhi kesadaran ini. Menggunakan teknik sosiologi empiris, para peneliti melihat bagaimana individu berperilaku dan berinteraksi ketika norma-norma sosial dipaksakan. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan hukum mahasiswa tentang hak cipta secara tertulis masih kurang, dengan hanya persentase kecil dari mereka yang akrab dengan Hak Kekayaan Intelektual dan Hak Cipta. Selain itu, ada kurangnya pengetahuan tentang mengutip buku orang lain atau makalah ilmiah dengan benar, yang mengakibatkan fotocopy dibuat tanpa sesuai dengan aturan atau hukum. Pemahaman mahasiswa tentang hukum dan bagaimana mereka seharusnya digunakan, serta sikap dan perilaku mereka yang terkait dengan hukum, semua memiliki dampak pada tingkat kesadaran hukum mereka.
