Abstract

At this time, chicken diseases often occur, especially for broiler and laying hens, so that it will cause a decrease in the production of meat and eggs. Diseases that attack chickens sometimes cannot be overcome by breeders because farmers do not understand the early symptoms of chicken illness, so farmers allow these conditions to cause chicken disease to get worse. If it gets worse then the disease will spread to other chickens quickly. Farmers also rarely consult with livestock extension workers at the Livestock Service Office of Asahan Regency and the agency cannot visit the farm because the road to the farm is far away and in a damaged condition. In order to be able to conduct good consultations between farmers and the service, it is necessary to design an application based on an expert system to facilitate farmers in diagnosing chicken diseases so that they do not have to come for consultation with livestock extension workers. With this web-based system used, it makes it easier for farmers to diagnose broiler and layer chicken diseases by simply selecting the symptoms that may be experienced by chickens in the system and the system will provide decisions about what diseases the chickens are experiencing. In the expert system application designed using data analysis with the Dempster Shafer method. The results of the decision with the case studied in the form of symptoms experienced by chickens resulted in 38.44% of snot disease, besides being able to determine the disease, this application can also provide a solution for handling it

Abstract

Cholesterol disease can attack humans, both young and adult, in this case it is necessary to do a quick diagnosis to provide basic knowledge about cholesterol disease to sufferers. Advances in expert systems can overcome this problem, namely by designing a web-based computer system that is integrated with databases and programming languages ​​such as PHP-MySQL so that it can help cholesterol patients to diagnose the disease. The expert system application in its decision making uses a forward chaining inference engine where the goal driven data will start a search on the initial node to the goal node until it gets results. The results of the implementation of the system, namely the system provides questions in the form of symptoms that must be answered by the patient based on the symptoms experienced by the patient and the results of the process the system will provide information on what type of cholesterol disease he is experiencing in order to get a solution with treatment and handling. System that works with a knowledge base search that is able to provide decisions by utilizing an expert knowledge base.

Abstract

Petugas administrasi dikampus AMIK Royal selalu melaksanakan tertib adminstrasi sehingga selalu melakukan pemindahan buku-buku. Untuk mempermudah pekerjaan mereka dibutuhkan robot yang dapat mengangkat barang (buku) tersebut yang dikendalikan dari jarak jauh. Dalam pembuatan robot ini memerlukan perangkat dalam bentuk hardware dan software. Serta dalam proses penelitian ini menggunakan metode perancangan dan pembuatan alat yang di implementasikan melalui percobaan dan pengujian-pengujian sistem. Untuk mendesain perangkat keras dibutuhkan aplikasi komputer seperti proteuse dan circuit wizard, akan dibangun teknologi yang dapat mengangkat barang dengan kontrol smartphone berbasis android. Dalam pengimplementasiannya menggunakan motor dc yang digunakan sebagai penggerak dari roda untuk memindahkan barang dengan beban maksimum 5 kg. Perintah suara yang diberikan ke smartphone akan mengendalikan gerakan dari robot seperrti maju, mundur, belok kiri dan kanan sehingga robot nantinya sampai ke tujuan sambil mengangkat barang. Data dari keluaran arus dari relay akan dikontrol  oleh Arduino Uno yang kemudian dihubungkan ke motor dc sehingga berputar untuk menggerakkan roda. Adanya alat ini dapat memberikan manfaat kepada petugas untuk dapat memindahkan buku-buku ke ruang kantor biro AMIK Royal dengan mudah.

Abstract

Penulis berkeingin membuat suatu desain sebagai lanjutan dari prototype dari robot pemotong rumput ini. Sehingga desain ini nantinya sebagai awal dari pembuatan proyek jadi sistem, sehingga alat dapat bekerja dengan proses yang diinginkan. Sistem ini bertujuan untuk menghubungkan komunikasi antara robot beroda dengan smartphone melalui media komunikasi bluetooth. Dari hasil pengujian, penulis berhasil mengaplikasikan teknologi bluetooth pada robot beroda dengan memberikan instruksi seperti maju, mundur, berhenti, belok kanan, belok kiri, dan berhenti. Disinilah mikrokontroler memiliki memory sendiri, serta proses-proses yang dapat berdiri sendiri, sehingga ketika dihubungkan dengan input dan output yang lain, penulis juga dapat mengontrol alat tersebut.     Robot ini digunakan untuk memotong rumput dengan lahan yang luas sehingga tidak perlu lagi dikerjakan oleh banyak cukup dengan dua atau tiga orang secara bergantian mengerjakan pemotongan rumput dalam hal pembukaan lahan baru. Robot dikendalikan dengan Android, untuk mengerakkan motor dc tersebut, serta menggunakan driver motor agar robot dapat bergerak sesuai dengan perintah yang tersimpan di dalam program.Penelitian ini telah berhasil dan nantinya akan dikembangkann kearah yang lebih baik dengan alat yang nyata dengan kapasitas besar.

Abstract

The Asahan District education office requires a decision-based system application that can determine the location of teacher transfers. To design and build a decision-making system for determining the placement of junior high school teachers in the teacher transfer process in Asahan Regency. This system can help Regional Leaders as decision makers to weigh and determine a teacher candidate who is eligible to occupy a school location from several alternative teacher candidates who meet the criteria. Data was analyzed using the AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) method. This application is designed using the Visual Basic 6.0 programming language using the Microsoft Access database and Crystal Report as a report which is a support for the process of designing this system. Abstract

Data on the development of Covid-19 cases globally and in Indonesia and predictions of an increase in the number of cases, of course, it is necessary to take several steps in dealing with Covid-19, the community must implement physical distancing and maintain personal hygiene and the surrounding environment as preventive measures to suppress the spread of Covid-19. This is in accordance with WHO's appeal regarding strategic steps in dealing with the global Covid-19 pandemic. As in other countries, suspect Corona (people who show symptoms of being infected with COVID-19 and are suspected of having had contact with positive COVID-19 patients) are increasing in Indonesia so that requests for specimen tests at laboratories that have been appointed by the government have also increased. For this reason, another way is needed to detect COVID-19 that is more practical and faster by analyzing data using the Certainty Factor method. With the Covid-19 Early Detection expert system, so that it can provide convenience for Aek Kanopan Regional General Hospital (RSUD) doctors and patients in carrying out the Covid-19 Early Detection process in the database. Can help the Regional General Hospital Doctor (RSUD) Aek Kanopan and provide services to patients in terms of the existing Covid-19 Early Detection and successfully conclude the early symptoms of covid-19 and their handling solutions

Abstract

In the voting process in general elections, committee errors often occur in carrying it out. So the results of the number of votes took a long time to obtain due to the dynamics that existed during the process and the occurrence of counting errors. The purpose of this research is to build a system by applying the SAW method in determining the voting committee selection committee.  The type of research used is Research and Development with the system development model using a prototype model with the stages of requirements gathering and analysis, quick design, building prototypes, user evaluation, implementing products and maintaining them, and requirements gathering and analysis. Then the data is analyzed using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method by providing certain types of criteria that have weights so that the final value obtained through ranking becomes the final decision. The application was built using the PHP language and a MySQL database. The results of members who pass are then reported to the sub-district voting committee as a research object. The data was calculated from 10 people from each electoral district where they served. So from those 10 people, 7 people will be selected.

Abstract

Di jaman modern ini, perkembangan teknologi di dalam kehidupan sehari-hari dapat di rasakan oleh semua orang di dunia. Teknologi pun sudah berkembang ke bidang medis. Teknologi di bidang medis sekarang sudah dapat melakukan medical check up. Medical check up adalah tahap awal pemeriksaan pasien. Hasil dari medical check up dapat digunakan untuk mendiagnosa pasien. Medical check up yang paling wajib dilakukan salah satunya adalah pemeriksaan detak jantung dan suhu tubuh manusia. Untuk mengetahui kondisi ini, tidak perlu pergi ke Rumah Sakit untuk melakukan pengecekannnya. Biaya yang dikeluarkan untuk melakukan pengecekan pun terbilang mahal untuk kalangan menengah kebawah. Ini disebabkan peralatan yang dibutuhkan untuk pengecekan mahal. Maka dari itu, dibutuhkan alat dengan harga yang terjangkau untuk dapat mengetahui kondisi jantung dan suhu tubuh manusia. Dari penjelasan di atas maka muncullah sebuah ide untuk membuat alat yang bisa berguna untuk membantu melakukan pengukuran dan monitoring detak jantung dan suhu tubuh manusia secara mudah dengan menggunakan pulse sensor dan sensor suhu MLX90614 Hasil hipotesa dari sebuah pengukuran menggunakan sensor yang di kontrol lewat sebuah mikrokontroler NodemCu, dan dapat di tampilkan di layar laptop. Dengan ada alat ini dapat membantu untuk mengetahui secara dini detak jantung dan suhu tubuh manusia tanpa harus mengunjungi rumah sakit atau konsultasi ke dokter.

Abstract

Abstract: The inability to accurately monitor the lifespan of motorcycle batteries can lead to sudden failures, disrupt user activities, and increase maintenance costs. This issue is exacerbated by the absence of a predictive system that can assist users and workshops in planning maintenance and managing battery inventory effectively. This study aims to develop a battery lifespan prediction model for motorcycles using the Double Moving Average (DMA) method. The model is built based on historical data from 12 motorcycle units, including usage frequency, duration, terrain conditions, and maintenance habits. Forecasting is conducted through two stages of moving averages followed by trend parameter calculations. Evaluation results show that the model has a high level of accuracy, with MAPE = 0.10, MAD = 1.68, and RMSE = 2.14, indicating very low prediction errors. In addition, DMA is also used to forecast product demand at PT Anugerah Karya Abiwara Kisaran to prevent stock shortages. The system is developed using Visual Studio 2010 and Microsoft Access and has proven effective in supporting maintenance planning and inventory control. With its high accuracy and efficiency, the results of this study provide tangible contributions to decision-making in battery maintenance and inventory management. Abstrak: Ketidakmampuan dalam memantau usia pakai aki sepeda motor secara akurat dapat menyebabkan kerusakan mendadak, mengganggu aktivitas pengguna, serta meningkatkan biaya perawatan. Permasalahan ini diperburuk oleh tidak tersedianya sistem prediktif yang membantu pengguna dan bengkel dalam merencanakan perawatan serta mengelola persediaan aki secara efisien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model prediksi usia pemakaian aki sepeda motor dengan menggunakan metode Double Moving Average (DMA). Model dibangun berdasarkan data historis dari 12 unit sepeda motor yang mencakup frekuensi penggunaan, durasi, kondisi medan dan kebiasaan perawatan. Proses peramalan dilakukan melalui dua tahap perataan bergerak, yang kemudian diikuti dengan perhitungan parameter tren. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa model ini memiliki tingkat akurasi yang tinggi, dengan nilai MAPE sebesar 0,10, MAD sebesar 1,68, dan RMSE sebesar 2,14, yang mengindikasikan tingkat kesalahan prediksi yang sangat rendah. Selain itu, metode DMA juga diterapkan untuk meramalkan permintaan produk pada PT Anugerah Karya Abiwara Kisaran guna mencegah terjadinya kekurangan stok. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan Visual Studio 2010 dan Microsoft Access, serta terbukti efektif dalam mendukung perencanaan perawatan dan pengendalian persediaan. Dengan akurasi dan efisiensi yang tinggi, hasil penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi nyata dalam pengambilan keputusan terkait pemeliharaan aki dan manajemen inventori.
