Abstract

This study aims to determine the competence, work discipline and motivation for the performance of employees of the Palembang City Government Regional Secretariat. The object of this study is the Employee of the Regional Secretariat of the Palembang City Government. The research method used is associative research using primary and secondary data. The population in this study was 202 employees at the Palembang City Government Regional Secretariat; the sample was taken using the Slovin formula, so the number of samples used was 135 employees. Sampling technique with probability sampling with the cluster sampling method. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study show that:1)simultaneously, competence, work discipline and motivation have a significant effect on the performance of employees of the Palembang City Government (Regional Secretariat.2) competence has a significant effect on the performance of employees of the Palembang City Government Regional Secretariat. 3) Work discipline significantly affects the performance of employees of the Palembang City Government Regional Secretariat. 4) motivation has a significant effect on the performance of employees of the Palembang City Government Regional Secretariat

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the work environment, work discipline, and work compensation on employee performance at the Marine and Fisheries Department of South Sumatra Province. The research method used is associative research using a population of 109 employees of the Marine Affairs and Fisheries Department of South Sumatra Province, the sampling technique is random sampling using the Issac and Michael formulas obtained by 78 employee respondents. The analysis technique uses an Instrument Test, Classical Assumption Test. Based on the results of the study known that the Work Environment, Work Discipline and Work Compensation both partially and together can explain the variables of the Employee Performance of the Maritime and Fisheries Department of South Sumatra Province

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline, motivation and leadership jointly on the performance of ASNs at the Department of Public Works, Highways and Spatial Planning, South Sumatra Province. To determine the effect of work discipline on the performance of ASN at the Department of Public Works, Highways and Spatial Planning for the Province of South Sumatra. To determine the effect of motivation on the performance of ASN Public Works Department of Highways and Spatial Planning of South Sumatra Province. To find out the influence of leadership on the performance of ASN at the Department of Public Works, Highways and Spatial Planning for the Province of South Sumatra. This type of research is associative. The sample in this study was 151 respondents with a sample collection technique using the Cluster Sampling technique (sample area). The data used in this study are primary data, namely the number of respondents, agency profiles and secondary data collection methods, namely the questionnaire. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that: (1) there is a significant influence of work discipline, motivation, and leadership variables together on performance (2) Work discipline does not have a significant effect on performance (3) Motivation has a significant effect on performance (4) Leadership has influence on performance.

Abstract

The problem in this study is whether there is an influence of leadership and work discipline on the employees’ performance of PT.Sucofindo Palembang City. This research includes associative research. The sample in this study were 88 respondents, with propotionate random sampling analysis technique. The data used were primary data and secondary data. Data collection method through questionnare. Analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis, F test (Simultaneoys) and t test (partial) and determination coeffiecient. The results show that there is influence of leadership and work discipline on the performance of PT.Sucofindo Palembang City.

Abstract

Purpose – This study aims to determine the influence of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) and motivation on employee productivity at PT. Pupuk Sriwijaya Palembang. This research is associative in nature. The variables used in this study are Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), motivation, job satisfaction, and employee productivity. Design/methodology – The sample consists of 120 employees of PT. Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang, selected using Cluster Random Sampling. The data used in this study is primary data collected through questionnaires. The data analysis technique employed is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using the Lisrel software. Findings - The results of this study show that: Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction, Motivation has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction, Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) has a positive and significant effect on Employee Productivity, Motivation has a positive and significant effect on Employee Productivity,) Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Employee Productivity, Occupational Health and Safety has a positive and significant effect on Employee Productivity through Job Satisfaction, Motivation has a positive and significant effect on Employee Productivity through Job Satisfaction at PT. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation, discipline, and organizational culture on employee performance at the Personnel and Human Resource Development Agency in Palembang City. This research uses associative research. The total number of respondents was 133 BKPSDM employees. Data analysis used multiple linear regression. The research results show that: (1) Motivation, discipline, and organizational culture simultaneously influence motivation, discipline, and organizational culture on employee performance at the Palembang City Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency. (2) In particular, motivation, discipline, and organizational culture. Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) the effect of organizational commitment, work motivation, and compensation on the performance of marketing employees at Bank Syariah Indonesia in the South Sumatra and Bangka Belitung regions; (2) the effect of organizational commitment on the performance of marketing employees; (3) the effect of work motivation on the performance of marketing employees; and (4) the effect of compensation on the performance of marketing employees at Bank Syariah Indonesia in the South Sumatra and Bangka Belitung regions. This research is an associative study. The variables examined in this study include organizational commitment, work motivation, compensation, and employee performance. The population consists of all marketing employees at Bank Syariah Indonesia in the South Sumatra and Bangka Belitung regions, totaling 101 employees. The sampling technique applied was proportionate stratified random sampling. Primary data were collected using questionnaires. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results indicate that: (1) organizational commitment, work motivation, and compensation have a significant effect on the performance of marketing employees at Bank Syariah Indonesia in the South Sumatra and Bangka Belitung regions; (2) organizational commitment has a significant effect on employee performance; (3) work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance; and (4) compensation has a significant effect on the performance of marketing employees at Bank Syariah Indonesia in the South Sumatra and Bangka Belitung regions

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Loyalty, motivation, and work discipline on the performance of public junior high school teachers in Prabumulih City. To determine the effect of Loyalty on the performance of public junior high school teachers in Prabumulih City, To determine the effect of motivation on the performance of public junior high school teachers in Prabumulih City, To determine the effect of Work Discipline on the performance of public junior high school teachers in Prabumulih City. This type of research is associative-causal quantitative research, which is a study that examines cause-and-effect relationships, where there are independent variables (influencing variables) and dependent variables (influenced variables) (Paramita, 2021: 33). This study was designed to determine the effect of the variables of teacher Loyalty, teacher Motivation, and teacher Discipline on teacher performance variables at public junior high schools in Prabumulih City. The sample in this study consisted of 245 respondents, using cluster random sampling. The data used in this study were primary data, including the number of respondents and the agency profile, and secondary data, using a coequal analysis method. The analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that: (1) Loyalty, motivation, and work discipline have a positive and significant influence on teacher performance at junior high schools (SMP) in Prabumulih City. (2) Loyalty, motivation, and work discipline have a positive and significant influence on teacher performance at junior high schools (SMP) in Prabumulih City. (3) Motivation has a positive and significant influence on teacher performance at junior high schools (SMP) in Prabumulih City. (4) Loyalty, motivation, and work discipline have no positive and significant influence on teacher performance at junior high schools (SMP) in Prabumulih City.
