Abstract

Betung Kerihun National Park (BKNP) is a transboundary conservation area. BKNP region has various attractive ecotourism activities are covered in the context of the nature, culture and 55adventure. But the number of foreign tourists who have visited is still low. BKNP has not been a major tourist destination yet, because the stakeholders have not synergistic in the management of ecotourism in BKNP. The study of stakeholders in accordance with its role and function is urgently needed. This research aims to identify the stakeholders and determine the relationship between stakeholders who are involved  in the ecotourism development at BKNP. The data were analyzed using stakeholders analysis methods. There were 23 stakeholders identified involved in the ecotourism development in BKNP. The stakeholder mapping resulted in four as subject (high interest but low influence), six stakeholders as  key player (high influence and high importance), eight stakeholders as setter context (high influence but low interest), and five stakeholders as crowd (low influence and low interests). There were three relationships between each stakeholder that were identified, which are communication, cooperation, and coordination.

Abstract

The Perumnas III Complex is one of the residential areas in the Tanjung Hulu Village, East Pontianak District. The main problem in the housing area of ​​Perumnas III, especially RW 09, Tanjung Hulu Village, East Pontianak District, is that it is vulnerable to flooding during the rainy season. This condition will get worse when high tide occurs. Drainage channels are no longer able to accommodate high rainfall. The efficiency of the existing line has been reduced. Sedimentation and garbage that clog causes the flow of water can not flow optimally and smoothly. The daily activities of residents are disrupted and the environment becomes unhealthy. Based on the background of these problems, residential areas require real knowledge and action in the implementation of making good drainage. The purpose of this PKM implementation will be to provide education to the community and examples of drainage modeling to be applied in the residential area. The method used in this PKM is the lecture/discussion method, and the demonstration method. The results of this PKM activity are expected to increase the knowledge of residents after socializing the urban drainage system, Operation-Maintenance (OP) of drainage channels and Clean and Healthy Life Behavior (PHBS). This PKM activity will also produce examples of drainage modeling to be applied in the residential area of ​​Perumnas III, especially RW 09.

Abstract

Indonesia adalah negara tropis yang memiliki dua musim, yaitu musim kemaran dan musim hujan. Salah satu bentuk bencana yang terjadi dari perubahan iklim yaitu banjir. Banjir terjadi akibat dari pola curah hujan yang tinggi dimana air hujan tersebut tidak terserap/tertampung lagi di sungai. Kabupaten Sanggau merupakan salah satu wilayah di Kalimantan Barat yang pernah terendam banjir akibat dari curah hujan yang tinggi. Selain itu, Kabupaten Sanggau dialiri oleh Sungai Kapuas dengan luas DAS 80.320,28 km2 meluap hingga air sampai ke daratan dan membanjiri permukiman warga. Dalam meminimalisis terjadinya banjir akibat curah hujan yang tinggi, maka diperlukan pengendalian banjir salah satunya analisis debit puncak pada Sungai Kapuas dengan menggunakan pendekatan metode Hidrograf Satuan Sintetis (HSS) Snyder. Debit banjir rencana Sungai Kapuas dengan periode ulang 25 tahun untuk Sungai Kapuas berdasarkan hasil analisis menggunakan metode HSS Snyder adalah 4.165,35 m3/detik. Dari hasil tersebut, debit terkecil adalah 2333,116 m3/detik pada periode ulang 2 tahun dan debit banjir rencana terbesar adalah 5287,04 m3/detik pada periode ulang 100 tahun. Ketersediaan Air/Debit andalan Sungai Kapuas dengan menggunakan hasil perhitungan debit Metode Mock menunjukan bahwa debit andalan 90% didapat rata-rata 1687,07 m3 /detik, dan 95% didapat rata-rata 1547,10 m3 /detik.Kata Kunci : banjir, Sungai Kapuas, debit, HSS Snyder, curah hujan

Abstract

Daerah Irigasi Rawa (DIR) of Kakap Komplek has a potential land area of 10,725.43 Ha and a functional land area of 2,367.2 Ha. DIR Kakap Komplek is divided into 3 regions, namely Daerah Rawa (DR) Kapuas Kecil 1, DR Kapuas Kecil 2, and DR Kapuas Kecil 3. To make the DIR Kakap Komplek area a rice barn for Kubu Raya Regency, an irrigation system with sufficient water discharge is needed. and suitable irrigation water quality. Good irrigation water quality will increase plant growth and increase production yields. The problem that arises is how the suitability of the quality and status of water quality in DIR Kakap Komplek, Kubu Raya Regency based on Government Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia No. 22 of 2021. The purpose of this study was to determine whether the irrigation water quality of DIR Kakap Komplek Kakap District, Kubu Raya Regency was suitable for irrigation purposes. The research method used is descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The results of the water quality test showed that the values of TDS, TSS, NO3, Faecal Coliform and DHL were below the quality standard. Meanwhile, the values of pH, BOD, DO, COD, PO4, and MBAS are above the required quality standards. So it can be said that the quality of irrigation water in DIR Kakap Komplek still does not meet the overall quality standard parameters that have been set.

Abstract

Used plastic bottles are one of the wastes whose amount always increases every year, therefore an alternative use is needed, namely as a biofilter media. Biofilter is a biological treatment technology that utilizes microorganisms in treating wastewater. In a biofilter, media is needed as a place for bacteria to attach. Materials that can be used as biofilter media have certain criteria such as high intensity, high cavity volume fraction, large surface area, hydrophilic nature and so on. In order to reduce the negative impact of used plastic bottle waste, various types of technology for the use of plastic bottles were developed, including the use of plastic bottles as biofilter media. According to research conducted by (Putra & Karnaningroem, 2016) proving that used plastic bottles of probiotic drinks can reduce COD 73.24%-80.53%. The advantages of the biofilter process are the high efficiency of removing COD, BOD, and suspended solids, easy management, low operating costs, and relatively little sludge production compared to the activated sludge process (Said, Application of Bio-Ball for Biofilter Media Case Study Processing). Jeans Washing Wastewater, 2005). According to (Salas, 2016) Biofiltration is a processing activity in which absorption, oxidation and filtration of pollutants occur due to the activity of certain microorganisms in the biofilm. Biofilm is a biological slime layer that contains microorganisms (aerobic, anaerobic, facultative bacteria, fungi, and protozoa) that have the ability to degrade pollutants in wastewater. (Chaudhary, Vigneswaran, & H, 2003) Several criteria that can be met in determining the biofilter media according to (Said, Application of Bioball Filter Media, Case Study of Washing Wastewater Treatment, Jean, 2005) are materials that can be used as biofilter media having certain criteria such as inertia. high volume fraction, high cavity volume fraction, large surface area, hydrophilic nature, and so on are found in used plastic bottles so it is expected that used plastic bottles can be used as biofilter media and have high COD and BOD removal capabilities.)

Abstract

The development of residential development in the city of Pontianak is growing rapidly. Changes in land use to residential areas will reduce the rainwater catchment area. One of the residential areas that often experiences inundation due to rain runoff is the Sunrise Residence Housing. The problem of standing water becomes more difficult to overcome because the existing drainage channels are not able to drain runoff water by gravity. An alternative drainage system is needed to solve the problem of standing water, especially in residential areas. To overcome the above problems, it is necessary to conduct research on the handling of runoff water that occurs especially in residential areas. In this study, the hydrological analysis method used in calculating the probability distribution uses the Log-Pearson III distribution method. The distribution test uses the Chi Square Test method. Calculation of rainfall intensity using the Mononobe method. Meanwhile, for the hydraulic analysis of the maximum discharge calculation, the Rational method is used. The purpose of this study is to control runoff when it rains with a polder drainage system in residential areas. The results of this study are the Sunrise Residence Housing Area has an area of 2.192 Ha, the maximum discharge / flood discharge planned for a 5 year return period Q = 0.003 m3/s, with an average soil permeability coefficient of 0.00000036 cm/s. If there is a rain duration of 5 hours, the volume of the retention pond in the constructed polder drainage system must be able to accommodate water with a minimum capacity of 54.0 m3.The application of the polder system can be built on the Parit Tokaya outlet channel. The polder system is one of the engineering alternatives that are considered appropriate and effective to control floods and support the development of urban areas.

Abstract

Wilayah Perumnas 3 sering terjadi genangan air dan banjir saat musim penghujan. Curah hujan yang tinggi dapat menyebabkan permasalahan bagi lingkungan. Air dari saluran drainase meluap ke jalan disekitar saluran drainase. Banjir yang terjadi sangat mengganggu aktifitas maupun kesehatan warga. Untuk itu perlu dilakukan penelitian terhadap permasalahan di atas. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian evaluative. Data primer diambil dengan menggunakan metode survey melalui observasi dan wawancara. Data sekunder diambil menggunakan metode studi literatur. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah memetakan zonasi banjir wilayah Perumnas 3 Tanjung Hulu dan menganalisis upaya untuk mengantisipasi genangan air/banjir di Perumnas 3 Tanjung Hulu. Hasil penelitian ini adalah bahwa wilayah Perumnas 3 terbagi menjadi 4 zona banjir dengan pembagian arah aliran saluran outlet. Tindakan antisipasi sebagai upaya untuk pengendalian banjir yaitu: (1) Perbaikan infrastruktur drainase; (2) Normalisasi saluran drainase; (3) Kegiatan operasi dan pemeliharaan secara rutin; (4) Merubah perilaku masyarakat melalui program Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat.
