Abstract

The research problem raised in this study is to analyze the effect of training programs, career development and performance appraisals on intention to stay with organizational commitment as an intervening variable. The population in this study were all employees at PT. Life Insurance Generali Indonesia IV Semarang, totaling 48 officers. The sampling technique is a census, which uses the entire population as the research sample. The analysis tool uses multiple linear regression using two stages. The results of this study prove empirically that training programs, career development, and performance appraisals have a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Training programs, career development, performance appraisals, and organizational commitment have a significant positive effect on Intention to stay.

Abstract

Koperasi jasa keuangan Syariah adalah Lembaga Keuangan mikro yang dalam pengoperasiannya menggunakan prinsip-prinsip ekonomi Syariah yaitu dengan kesepakatan bagi hasil. Koperasi jasa keuangan Syariah sama dengan tujuan koperasi pada umumnya yaitu meningkatkan perekonomian dan mengembangkan bisnis usaha mikro dan menengah dalam rangka mengangkat harkat dan martabat kaum kecil dan menengah.Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Human Capital, Structural Capital dan Modal Social terhadap Kinerja Koperasi Jasa Syariah Kota Semarang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan populasi 35 karyawan Koperasi Jasa Syariah Kota Semarang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sensus sebanyak 35 orang. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan onservasi, kuesioner dan Uji instrument penelitian. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, uji hipotesis dan uji koefisien determinasi degan menggunakan program Software SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Human Capital berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Koperai di Koperasi Jasa Syariah Kota Semarang dengan hasil t hitung (2,136) > t tabel (2,036) Structural Capital berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Koperasi Jasa Syariah Kota Semarang dengan hasil t hitung (2,410) , t tabel (2,036) dan Modal Social berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Koperasi Jasa Syariah Kota Semarang dengan hasil t hitung (2,354) > t tabel (2,036). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, penulis menyarankan organisasi Koperasi Jasa Syariah Kota Semarang lebih banyak lagi perhatian untuk Human Capital, Struktur Capital, Modal Sosial dan Kinerja Koperasi tersebut

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of brand image, brand trust, and perceptions of product quality on purchasing decisions for refill bulgari extreme sport perfume. This research method uses a type of quantitative research, purposive sampling research sample which amounted to 96 people. Data analysis using multiple linear regression. (1) H1 = H0, (2) H2 = H2 + H0, (3) H3 = H0. Significant F test (0.00 <0.05) means that it is declared feasible because the independent variable has a positive and significant effect on the dependent. The determination coefficient (R2) is 041,2 or 41.2%. 41.2% of purchasing decisions are influenced by brand image, brand trust and perceived quality. The conclusion of this study is brand image, brand trust and perceived quality have a significant influence on the sale of perfume products. Results the research use for market improvment bulgari extreme in Indonesia.

Abstract

Kemampuan untuk menstabilkan emosi akan membantu membentuk persepsi organisasi yang berorientasi pada realitas individu, meningkatkan kemampuan untuk menilai dan mengevaluasi kemampuan dan membantu dalam memahami realitas kehidupan dan untuk menghadapi situasi yang merugikan dalam kehidupan. Dalam menghadapi kondisi organisasi yang tidak menyenangkan, seseorang harus memiliki rasa percaya diri yang tinggi. Pengaruh efikasi diri terhadap stabilitas emosi jarang dimiliki sehingga dalam penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh dukungan rekan kerja dan efikasi diri terhadap stabilitas emosi dan kinerja. Berdasarkan analisis data yang diperoleh dari 97 responden Badan Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Perempuan dan KB Kota Semarang yang menggunakan PLS menunjukkan hasil yang menunjukkan bahwa coworker support dan self-efficacy berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap stabilitas emosi. Dukungan rekan kerja tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja sumber daya manusia. Efikasi diri dan stabilitas emosi berpengaruh positif signifikan dalam meningkatkan kinerja.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of lifestyle, perception and reference group on the decision to purchase silver jewelry at Sinar Silver Kudus Store. This type of research is descriptive quantitative research instrument in the form of a questionnaire using a Likert scale. The population in this study were all silver jewelry consumers at the Sinar Silver Kudus Store. The sampling technique in this study was accidental sampling with a sample of 97 respondents. The method of analysis in this study is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis which is used to test the hypothesis, using SPSS software version 23.00. This study uses 4 variables, namely 3 independent variables and 1 dependent variable, the independent variables consist of lifestyle, perception, reference group. While the dependent variable is the purchase decision. The results showed that partially the lifestyle variable had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, partially the perception variable had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, partially the reference group variables had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. The results showed that purchasing decisions can be improved by paying attention to lifestyle, perceptions and reference groups.

Abstract

High employee turnover rate _ resulted organization Becomes no effective , lose employee experienced and necessary practice employee new . stress high work _ as well as environment good work _ will effect on the decline level turnover intention, meanwhile burden high work _ will effect on the increase turnover intention. Study this use study quantitative with survey method that takes sample from whole population and use questionnaire as well as Interview as tool collect key data with scale likert and processed using the IBM SPSS 25 program . Variables used in study this covers variable free stress work , load work and environment work whereas variable bound by turnover intention. Population in study this is Bhakti Suci Education Foundation employees Data obtained then conducted analysis includes : validity test, reliability test, assumption test composed classic _ from : normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test , analysis multiple linear regression , t test, F test, and analysis coefficient determination . Population in study this is whole employees of the Bhakti Suci Education Foundation Purwodadi Regency Grobogan , with sample as many as 60 respondents . Retrieval technique sample in research this is sample fed up or sample census , where all member population made sample . Research t test results this show that variable stress work (X1 ) effect in a manner Partial on turnover intention with score significant 0.742, variable burden work (X2) effect in a manner Partial or separated on employee turnover intention with score significant of 0.00. Environment variables work (X3) effect in a manner Partial or separated on employee turnover intention with score significant of 0.035. Advice for company should give addition incentive for employee , put employee in accordance with expertise , added employee cleanliness . For other researchers can add objects and variables other.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that affect the timeliness of financial reporting at Bimbel Ahe in Pati. Financial ratios are one way to assess the timeliness of financial reporting in companies. The population in this study is the financial statements of Bimbel Ahe Pati for the period 2016-2020. The sample in this study is the financial statements of AHE Bimbel in Pati. The independent variable of this research is profitability is measured by return on assets (ROA), Leverage is measured by debt assets ratio (DAR) and internal audit records. While the dependent variable is the timeliness of financial reporting. Data collection techniques using documentation and analysis techniques with logistic regression. The results showed that the profitability variable in this study was return on assets (ROA) showing the regression coefficient value of 109.722 with a sig value. of 0.626 above the significance of 0.05 (5%), thus it is proven that profitability has no effect on the timeliness of the presentation of financial statements, the leverage variable in this study is the debt to asset ratio (DAR) showing the regression coefficient value of -1.015 with a sig value . of 0.912 above the significance of 0.05 (5%), thus it is proven that leverage has no effect on the timeliness of the presentation of financial statements and the internal audit record variable in this study is the opinion of a public accountant or auditor about the financial statements whether qualified or qualified opinion (WDP) and unqualified opinion or unqualified (WTP) show the regression coefficient value of 18.869 with a value of sig. of 0.998 above the significance of 0.05 (5%), thus it is evident that the internal audit records have no effect on the timeliness of the presentation of financial statements. Bimbel Ahe is expected that profitability ratios, leverage and internal audit records can be useful and used as consideration by companies in completing and submitting financial reports on time because timely completion of financial statements can give a positive impression and can show the company's performance is good or not. not and what has been done by the company's management can be seen from the financial statements and can be used to take future policies. And because in this study only use return on assets (ROA) to measure profitability. For this reason, further research is expected to use other proxies such as return on equity (ROE), profit margin to measure profitability. Thus, it is possible that the results will significantly affect the accuracy of the presentation of financial statements

Abstract

Banks are intermediary institutions that collect funds and distribute them in the form of placements in earning assets. One of the productive assets that contributes the most to bank income is credit. Based on its use, credit is divided into three, namely: working capital credit, investment credit, and consumption credit. Working capital credit is a loan that is given to finance the working capital of a business. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of location, interest rates, services, and promotions on credit decisions at PT. BPR BKK Tegal City. The population in this study were all credit customers of PT. BPR BKK Tegal City in August 2021 as many as 1087 customers. So that the obtained sample amounted to 100 respondents. The variable in this study is the independent variable (X) consisting of location, interest rates, services, promotions, and the dependent variable (Y) is credit decision making. Data collection method is done by distributing questionnaires. The method of analysis is the Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Test, and Hypothesis Testing. From the results of the study showed that the location variable did not have a significant effect on credit decision making with a significant value of 0.852 > 0.05. The interest rate has a significant influence on credit decision making with a significant value of 0.010 < 0.05. Service does not have a significant influence on credit decision making with a significant value of 0.225 > 0.05. Promotion does not have a significant effect on credit decision making with a significant value of 0.180 > 0.05. So that the statistical calculation shows that partially the interest rate variable has a significant influence on credit making decisions. Meanwhile, location, service and promotion do not have a significant influence on credit decision making. Location has no influence on credit decisions, a strategic, safe and comfortable location is something that must be considered. Interest rates have an influence on credit decision making, by providing the right interest rate it is expected to increase customer interest in taking credit. The service has no influence on credit decisions, friendly, courteous and satisfying service can make customers feel at home and want to return to doing transactions at the bank. Promotion has no influence on credit decision making. This is expected to contribute more to the increase in the number of credit customers at PT. BPR BKK Tegal City.

Abstract

Pada era digital ini, transformasi teknologi telah merubah cara bisnis beroperasi, termasuk dalam sektor pertanian seperti penggilingan padi. Penggunaan digital marketing menjadi kunci strategis dalam meningkatkan pemasaran produk-produk pertanian. Penggilingan padi, sebagai bagian integral dari rantai pasokan beras, perlu mengadopsi strategi pemasaran digital untuk mencapai pasar yang lebih luas dan meningkatkan daya saing. Dalam pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini akan diberikan penyuluhan dan pelatihan berupa : Bagaimana bahan baku yang berkualitas untuk menghasilkan produk yang berkuliatas, Bagaimana menentukan harga yang layak untuk produk yang dijual tersebut, Bagaimana cara menjual agar cepat sampai ke tangan konsumen, dan Bagaimana promosi yang dapat dilakukan oleh para pedagang. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dengan pendekatan/ metode : penyuluhan, pelatihan dan implementasi. Hasil Pengabdian Keberhasilan pelaksanaan pengabdiaan kepada masyarakat ini dapat dilihat dari dua tolok ukur sebagai berikut :Respon positif dari peserta penyuluhan dan pelatihan.Respon peserta penyuluhan dan pelatihan diukur melalui observasi selama pelatihan berlangsungdan dengan mengadakan diskusi yang menyangkut kesan, saran, kritik dan usulan peserta setelah mendapat pelatihan terhadap pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini. Meningkatnya ketrampilan peserta setelah mendapat pelatihan. Ketrampilan peserta diobservasi saat penyuluhan dan pelatihan melalui tugas-tugas dan diskusi tentang permasalahan yang sering dihadapi. Dari kegiatan penyuluhan dan pelatihan ini dapat disimpulkan sebagai berikut :Produk yang dijual diarahkan ke produk yang dikembangkan yaitu sparepart yang lebih baik dan lebih komplit serta jasa pelayanan yang lebih baik sebagai daya tarik pelanggan, Dalam penetapan harga perlu dikaji komponen yang masuk dalam penetapan harga sehingga pedagang dapat menentukan harga yang wajar, Dalam melakukan penjualan tidak terpaku hanya ditempat jualan tetapi bisa menitipkan produknya ke kantin kantin kantor, Promosi perlu dilakukan dengan pemberian merek pada pembungkusnya, membagikan brosur atau flier kepada karyawan atau masyarakat umum. Jangan dipandang remeh omongan dari mulut ke mulut karena ini bisa menjadi promosi yang efektif.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi digital pelaku UMKM dalam penggunaan QR Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) sebagai metode pembayaran nontunai serta dalam pencatatan keuangan digital berbasis aplikasi. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di Desa Boja dan diikuti oleh 35 pelaku UMKM dari sektor kuliner dan fesyen. Metode pelatihan meliputi alih pengetahuan, diskusi interaktif, dan studi kasus untuk memaksimalkan pemahaman peserta. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa 90% peserta menunjukkan antusiasme tinggi dan mampu memahami serta mempraktikkan penggunaan QRIS dan aplikasi pencatatan keuangan dengan baik. Pelatihan ini memberikan dampak positif berupa peningkatan efisiensi transaksi, transparansi keuangan, dan kesiapan UMKM menghadapi era digital pascapandemi. Diperlukan pendampingan lanjutan untuk memperkuat keterampilan digital yang telah diperoleh.
