Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh pengembangan karir dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan komitmen organisasi sebagai variabel intervening. Data penelitian ini menggunakan data primer berupa kuesioner. Metode penentuan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dan diperoleh sampel sebanyak 110 responden. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah structural equation model. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa pengembangan karir dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi. Hasil penelitian ini juga menyatakan bahwa budaya organisasi dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Selain itu pengembangan karir tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

This research is motivated by excise tax which gives the biggest contribution to local government excise revenue. And excise revenue from 2017 to 2019 at the Directorate General of Customs and Excise, Kudus year after year has decreased in the achievement of excise revenues and is accompanied by excise targets. The determination of this sample used a purposive sampling method with a sample size of 162 companies with the period 2018-2019 which were registered as Offices Supervision and Customs Service Type Intermediate Excise Kudus. This study uses analysis techniques Part analysis and Sobel Test. The results of this study indicate that excise costs and cigarette taxes have a significant effect on the retail price, while excise costs, cigarette taxes, and retail prices have an effect on excise revenue. The retail selling price has a strong mediation between excise tax and excise revenue, while the retail selling price does not have a strong (low) mediation between cigarette taxes and excise revenue.

Data penelitian ini menggunakan data primer berupa kuesioner. Metode penentuan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dan diperoleh sampel sebanyak 110 responden. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah structural equation model. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa kepemimpinan etis dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi. Hasil penelitian ini juga menyatakan bahwa budaya organisasi dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Selain itu kepemimpinan etis tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan bertujuan sebagai Kerja Dan Person-Organization Fit (PO Fit) terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) Dengan Komitmen Organisasi Variabel Intervening pada Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Demak. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 160 pegawai. Jenis data menggunakan data primer dan sekunder. Instrumen uji menggunakan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah menggunakan pengujian SEM AMOS. hasil Berdasarkan Analisis bahwa pekerjaan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Komitmen organisasi; Person Organization Fit (PO-Fit) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi;tujuan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Perilaku Kewarganegaraan Organisasi (OCB) ; Person Organization Fit (PO-Fit) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB); Komitmen Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB).

Abstract

This research is entitled The Effect of Product, Promotion and Price on Return Interest through Visitor Satisfaction (Case Study in Jepara Ourland Park). The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of product, promotion and price on intention to return to Jepara Ourland Park with visitor satisfaction as the intervening variable. The research population is visitors to Jepara Ourland Park. Sampling taken in this study using convenience sampling as many as 160 visitors. Instrument test using validity test and reliability test. The analysis technique used the AMOS SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) Application program version 22. The results showed that product, promotion and price had a positive and significant effect on JOP visitor satisfaction. Other results show that product, promotion, price, and visitor satisfaction have an effect on the intention to return. Product, promotion and price factors have an indirect effect on the intention to return through visitor satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work discipline and work environment on employee performance with work motivation as an intervening variable. The research data uses primary data in the form of a questionnaire. The method of determining the sample using the slovin formula and obtained a sample of 134 respondents. The data analysis used in this study is a structural equation model. The results of this study state that work discipline and work environment have a positive effect on work motivation. The results of this study also state that the work environment and work motivation have a positive effect on employee performance. In addition, work discipline does not affect employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the empowerment of human resources in terms of the perspective of education, experience, skills, safety for grocery traders in Pati Regency. This type of research is qualitative by using fishbone analysis. The research sample was 5 informants (informants) who were selected based on holding positions for more than 2 years, having sufficient time to be interviewed and willing to become informants. Data were collected by interviews and analyzed qualitatively using the fishbone method (cause and effect). The results obtained from the Empowerment of Human Resources from an educational perspective include education levels, knowledge of information technology, written communication, and knowledge of human resource development.

Abstract

Aplikasi Desk TIK merupakan aplikasi yang ada karena banyak nya keluhan dari organisasi perangkat daerah selain dinas komunikasi dan informatika. Pengelolaan yang masih manual membuat tenaga IT terkadang kuwalahan dalam menyelesaikan setiap permasalahan yang ada di organisasi perangkat daerah. Tujuan  Sistem Pengelolaan Desk TIK ini nantinya akan dapat menampung keluhan keluhan dari organisasi perangkat daerah serta menjadi pegangan untuk tenaga IT dalam melakukan tugasnya. Sistem ini dibuat menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dengan basis data MySQL dan CI sebagai frameworknya. Sistem Pengelolaan Desk TIK untuk Organisasi Perangkat Daerah pada Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kabupaten Pati berbasis web.
