Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian  adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor kemampuan fisik, motivasi kerja dan peluang inovasi yang mempengaruhi produktivitas tenaga kerja industri pande besi Bareng Hadipolo, untuk mengetahui faktor yang paling dominan mempengaruhi produktivitas tenaga kerja industri pande besi Bareng Hadipolo  Kudus.Responden studi ini adalah tenaga kerja pande besi bareng Hadipolo sejumlah 100. Adapun   metode pengambilan sampel adalah ” Purposive sampling ” Teknis analisis dengan menggunakan   regresi linear berganda.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial kemampuan fisik, motivasi kerja dan peluang inovasi mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap produktivitas tenaga kerja industri pande besi Bareng Hadipolo Kudus. Berdasarkan hasil analisis berganda bahwa faktor kemampuan fisik, motivasi kerja dan peluang inovasi berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas tenaga kerja industri pande besi Bareng Hadipolo Kudus.

Abstract

Abstract

Artikel ini mencoba untuk me-review dan mendiskusikan beberapa isu keunggulan kompetisi global pang berbasis pada aset manusia sebagai aspek inti untuk mencapai keunggulan kompetitif. Sebagaimana diketahui, dibandingkan berbagai aset lainnya yang bukan manusia (non-human assets), aset manusia bersifat lebih unik, komplementer, mendorong, dan menentukan sukses suatu organisasi. Namun, aset manusia yang sukses horus didukung oleh efektivitas organisasi dalam mengelola efektivitas berbagai asetnya, baik manusia maupun bukan manusiaEfektifitas organisasional dan keunggulan kompetisi global adalah masalah mendesak yang dapat menunjang kinerja yang lebih tinggi dari suatu organisasi bisnis. Diperkirakan bahwa efektifitas organisasional akan memberi pengaruh secara langsung terhadap kinerja, dan sasaran untuk mencapai keunggulan kompetisi global dapat memberi pengaruh terhadap kinerja baik langsung maupun tidak langsung - paling tidak hal tersebut dapat membentuk semangat untuk mencapai kinerja yang tinggi dalam persaingan global. Suatu perusahaan dikatakan memiliki keunggulan kompetitif jika ia dapat mengungguli pesaingnya dalam menarik pelanggan dan bertahan menghadapi berbagai kekuatan persaingan (Thompson & Strickland, 2001). Hal yang sama berlaku pula untuk keunggulan kompetitif global, hanya saja dalam konteks global perlu diperhatikan begitu banyak isu global (misalnya: lokalisasi manajemen, koordinasi internasional, pengembangan kepemimpinan global, pemahaman dan integrasi budaya dalam akuisisi lintas-batas, dan munculnya berbagai tantangan budaya dari manajemen pengetahuan global, (Evan et.al, 2002)). Selanjutnya, artikel ini memilih fokus hanya pada isu-isu berbasis manusia (human-based issues). Implementasi, masalah, hambatan, tantangan, keterbatasan, dan arah untuk riset dan penelaahan di masa mendatang didiskusikan secara ringkas.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of career development on Employee Performance at CV. Mubarokfood Cipta Delicia. Analyzing the influence of Organizational Commitment on Employee Performance at CV. Mubarokfood Cipta Delicia. Analyzing the influence of Career Development on Work Motivation at CV. Mubarokfood Cipta Delicia. Analyzing the influence of Organizational Commitment on Work Motivation at CV. Mubarokfood Cipta Delicia. Analyzing the influence of Work Motivation on Employee Performance at CV. Mubarokfood Cipta Delicia. The approach used in this research is quantitative. The sample was 126 employees at CV. Mubarokfood Cipta Delicia and sampling use purposive sampling technique. The data collection technique used in this research was a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses SEM-AMOS. The results of this research show that Career Development has a positive and not significant effect on Employee Performance at CV. Mubarokfood Cipta Delicia. Organizational Commitment has a significant positive effect on Employee Performance at CV. Mubarokfood Cipta by Delicia. Career Development has a significant positive effect on Work Motivation at CV. Mubarokfood Cipta Delicia. Organizational Commitment has a  positive and not significant effect on Work Motivation. Work Motivation has a positive significant effect on Employee Performance. Work Motivation is unable to mediate the relationship between Career Development variables and Employee Performance. Work Motivation is unable to mediate the relationship between the Organizational Commitment variable and Employee Performance.

Abstract

After the Covid-19 pandemic, people became aware of improving health and preserving the environment. This community service aims to increase the role of sports of MTB (Mountain Bike) in contributing to forest conservation in Ngaduman Village, Merbabu Mountains by involving ISSI Salatiga City as a moderator. ISSI (Ikatan Sepeda Sport Indonesia) is a Regional Institution for Bicycle Racing in Indonesia, which is in charge of governance standards for cyclists on a Mountain. ISSI is also a member of UCI and ACC, namely international bicycle racing events that can bring in tourism and increase regional income. The results of community service show the importance of publication facilities for Mount Merbabu tourism and MTB bicycle racing events; management of tourism, officials, and MTB bicycle tracks (tracks); and the importance of coordinating with the Office of the Ministry of Youth and Sport and KONI - ISSI of Salatiga City and related parties such as the local community and Perhutani.

Abstract

MSMEs are the pillars of the economy in Indonesia. The role in employment absorption is also very large. However, this cannot be separated from the challenges that exist for the sustainability and success of an MSME. The aim of this research is to examine the influence of intellectual capital on business performance and the role of digital payments in moderating the influence of intellectual capital on business performance. The city of Kudus itself is proven to be an industrial city where many residents choose to work as businesspeople, so the object of this research is young entrepreneurs. The sample data processed in this research amounted to 110 respondents. The analysis tool used is SMART PLS. This type of research is quantitative research. The results of this research indicate that Intellectual Capital is not proven to have an effect on business performance. Digital payments have been proven to be able to influence business performance. However, digital payments are not able to moderate the influence of intellectual capital on business performance. Abstract

Community service activities with Getuk Nyimut MSMEs aim to increase competitive advantage. Getuk nyimut is a food that has become an icon for visitors at the Muria Mountains. Getuk nyimut products are starting to develop along with the increasing number of consumers from outside the region who visit Kajar Village. This results in high competition for getuk nyimut. Business people compete to market their products to consumers through various strategies to stay and winning the competition. Based on the problems faced by partners, the team made efforts to improve business management through improving marketing and financial aspects. The solution given to partners is expanding market share through digital marketing as a means of product promotion media. Online promotion is carried out through social media such as Instagram and TikTok. Beside that, using product labels on packaging can increase product awareness so the products can be known to the more consumers. The solution to problems in the financial aspect is training and assistance in recording business finances by carrying out periodic recaps of business income and expenses. These efforts can indicate business progress because partners can find out his profits and losses. Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of motivation, organizational climate, career development on organizational commitment and job satisfaction as an intervening variable on CV. Maya Antique. The research method used is a quantitative method using primary data. For data collection, 112 employees were processed using SEM-Amos. The results of the research analysis show that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction (1) Organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction (2) Career development has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction (3) Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment (4) Organizational climate has no significant effect on organizational commitment (5) Career development has no significant effect on organizational commitment (6) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment (7).

Abstract

This community service aims to support creative economy programs and open employment opportunities through food products in UMKM /MSME. This PKM collaborates with the Rahayu Mandiri Tempe Chips Business Partner Group as partner 1 and Winong Pati Tempe Craftsmen as partner 2. Management and sustainability issues are still not optimal so they require TQM (total quality management) and Applied Technology (teknologi terapan). This service method involves interviewing and providing the necessary training so that PKM products increase their long-term profits and are able to compete with national souvenir food products. Output Results: meet Production Standards for MSME level that have been registered in Pati Regency; Meet the Wage Standards for employees according to the UMR of Pati Regency. Meet licensing standards related to PIRT (pangan industri rumah tangga), or home industrial food, where products are tested in the laboratory for nutritional content. Meet business environmental standards with minimal waste.
