Abstract

The development of an increasingly changing era requires knowledge of change itself. In the world of work, knowledge of work is needed, not closing the possibility, but this possibility continues that the life of the world of work requires knowledge and to complete work quickly and precisely. So that knowledge sharing has an important role for nursing paramedics in hospitals. This study aims to develop mediation of job satisfaction, knowledge sharing, organizational citizenship behavior and employee performance. The unit of analysis studied was a private hospital in Ambon city, with the respondents being nursing paramedics. The sampling technique is purposive sampling where nursing paramedics have worked for more than 2 years. The analytical method used is PLS with Software Program SmartPLS vs 3.0. The results of the study prove that there is a positive and significant effect of knowledge sharing on employee performance, organizational citizenship behavior has a significant positive effect on employee performance. there is a positive and significant effect of knowledge sharing on employee performance mediated by job satisfaction, organizational citizenship behavior has a significant positive effect on employee performance mediated by job satisfaction. Job satisfaction has no significant effect on employee performance. Suggestions for further research can continue this study by developing deviant behavior in service practice in hospitals.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Employer Branding terhadap Turnover Intention Dimediasi oleh Employee Engagement. Studi kasus pada karyawan PT.Federal International Finance Ambon. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi pada penelitian adalah karyawan PT.Federal Inrernational Finance Ambon. Sampel dari penelitian ini sebanyak 30 responden. Data yang di peroleh dianalisis menggunakan PLS-SEM, dengan bantuan aplikasi Smart-PLS ver.3.3.3 . Data yang di peroleh di analisis dalam Model Pengukuran (Outer Model) dan Model Struktural (Inner Model). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa employer branding berpengaruh positif terhadap employee engagement, employer branding berpengaruh negatif terhadap turnover intention, employee engagement berpengaruh negatif terhadap turnover intention dan employee engagement dapat memediasi hubungan antara employer branding terhadap turnover intention. Abstract

Negeri Liliboi di Kabupaten Maluku Tengah memiliki potensi sumber daya alam yang luar biasa. Penduduk setempat masih dapat menghasilkan berbagai macam hasil alam dari bercocok tanam karena lingkungan yang masih terjaga dan menguasai lahan produktif yang cukup luas. Ketersediaan sumber daya manusia yang mumpuni untuk mengelola hasil alam tersebut harus diimbangi dengan kekayaan sumber daya alam. Kegiatan warga ditujukan untuk meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat, namun mereka masih belum menerapkan manajemen bisnis untuk meningkatkan kinerja kegiatan komersial. Kebutuhan akan knowledge sharing di antara para pengusaha merupakan salah satu elemen penting untuk mencapai kinerja bisnis. Untuk meningkatkan kinerja bisnis, sangat penting untuk memberikan peningkatan manajemen bisnis dan menciptakan inovasi kepada para pengusaha lilibooi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja, motivasi kerja, dan hardiness terhadap stres kerja karyawan PT. Ninja Express Ambon. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket atau kuisioner. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Ninja Express, berjumlah 60 (enam puluh) orang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel lingkungan kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap stres kerja sedangkan variabel motivasi dan hardines berpengaruh signifikan terhadap stres kerja. Namun, PT. Ninja Express diharapkan dapat memberikan penguatan moral kepada karyawan berupa motivasi dan ketangguhan dalam menghadapi segala resiko dalam kinerjanya.

Abstract

In the current era, hospitals take an important role in overcoming various health problems, especially their function as public servants. The development of organizations today is faced with various very rapid advances, therefore hospital employees are required to carry out efforts to store and disseminate knowledge well. The purpose of this study is to test and analyze the role of Knowledge Sharing as a mediator of Learning Organization on Employee Performance. With a total population of 197 and sampling techniques using simple random sampling techniques by calculating slovin totaling 66 employees of RSUD in Ambon City. The analytical test tool used is Smart PLS 3.0 with SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) analysis method. The results of this study show that learning organization has an effect and is significant on Knowledge sharing but not significant on employee performance. Partially, knowledge sharing also affects employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of the variables Autocratic Leadership Style and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at the Amans Hotel. The sample in this study was 51 Hotel Amans employees using the census method and the data collected was analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics using SPSS Multiple Regression Analysis. The research results show that Autocratic Leadership Style and Work Discipline have a significant positive effect on Employee Performance at the Amans Hotel. The findings of this research indicate that Autocratic Leadership Style and increasingly improving Work Discipline will have a positive impact on employee performance at the Amans Hotel.

Abstract

The financial performance of SMEs in Maluku is influenced not only by financial and technical factors but also by social capital embedded in local wisdom, such as Pela Gandong, which emphasizes solidarity, trust, and mutual cooperation. This study aims to analyze the role of Pela Gandong in strengthening human capital and enhancing the financial performance of SMEs in Maluku. This research employs a quantitative explanatory approach with a population of all SMEs in Maluku, and a sample of 234 respondents selected through purposive sampling based on the criteria of operating for at least two years and understanding the values of Pela Gandong. Data were collected using structured questionnaires and analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS). The results indicate that Pela Gandong has a significant positive effect on human capital (β = 0.645; p < 0.001) and SME financial performance (β = 0.389; p < 0.001), and human capital mediates the effect of Pela Gandong on financial performance (β = 0.542; p < 0.001). The novelty of this study lies in integrating local wisdom as strategic social capital within the Social Capital Theory framework to measure its tangible economic impact on SMEs, which has been rarely examined empirically. The findings highlight the importance of leveraging local culture-based empowerment as a strategy to improve human capital, strengthen business networks, and enhance financial performance, offering new insights for local economic policies in Maluku.

Abstract

Wilayah pesisir memiliki peran penting dalam menjaga keseimbangan ekosistem lingkungan, namun saat ini banyak kawasan pesisir mengalami kerusakan akibat abrasi pantai dan berkurangnya vegetasi mangrove. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan pengetahuan peserta mengenai pentingnya pelestarian ekosistem pesisir melalui penanaman mangrove di pesisir Pantai Dusun Olas, Kecamatan Huamual, Kabupaten Seram Bagian Barat. Kegiatan dilaksanakan dengan metode observasi lapangan, koordinasi dengan pemerintah dusun, persiapan bibit, penanaman mangrove, serta evaluasi kegiatan menggunakan pre-test dan post-test. Sebanyak 30 bibit mangrove berhasil ditanam dengan jarak tanam 1 × 1 meter. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman peserta tentang fungsi mangrove dan pelestarian lingkungan pesisir, ditunjukkan dari nilai rata-rata pre-test sebesar 66% meningkat menjadi 94% pada post-test atau mengalami peningkatan sebesar 28%. Tingkat keberhasilan kegiatan juga terlihat dari tercapainya seluruh target pelaksanaan, yaitu penanaman 30 bibit mangrove dan keterlibatan 40 peserta secara aktif selama kegiatan berlangsung. Selain memberikan manfaat ekologis dalam upaya mengurangi abrasi pantai, kegiatan ini juga memberikan dampak positif terhadap meningkatnya kepedulian dan kesadaran masyarakat serta mahasiswa terhadap pentingnya menjaga kelestarian lingkungan pesisir secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of digital marketing strategy on business performance and to examine the moderating role of human resource competence in the relationship between digital marketing strategy and business performance in the culinary industry of Ambon City, Indonesia. The study employed a quantitative explanatory research design involving 150 respondents consisting of owners, managers, and employees of culinary businesses. Data were collected using structured questionnaires based on a five-point Likert scale and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) with SmartPLS software.
