Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of job insecurity and work stress on turnover intention of Hotel Hero Ambon employees. This type of research is a type of quantitative research using a questionnaire as a research instrument. The sample collection technique in this study used non-probability sampling using all of the population as a sample, namely 33 employees. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression using SPSS software. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, it was found that the value oft variable job insecurity is 3.675 > t table 2.042 while the significance value is 0.001.These results can be interpreted as a significance value smaller than 0.05 which indicates that Job Insecurity has a significant effect on Turnover Intention, while work stress has a significant effect on turnover intention.t test of work stress variable is2,155> t table 2.042 while the significance value is 0.039. These results can be interpreted that the significance value is smaller than 0.05, so it can be concluded that work stress has a significant effect on turnover intention. The hypothesis in this study which states that job insecurity has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention, acceptance and job stress have a positive and significant effect on turnover intention, accepted.

Abstract

Negeri Tulehu menjadi pintu masuk bagi penduduk dari pulau Saparua, Seram, Haruku, Nusalaut dan pulau-pulau lainnya ke Kota Ambon melalui Pelabuhan Tulehu, yang merupakan salah satu pelabuhan utama di Ambon. Hal ini menjadi potensi untuk membuka usaha, tetapi masih banyak masyarakat yang belum memiliki sikap berani mengambil resiko, belum memiliki kemampuan memanfaatkan tantangan menjadi peluangKegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman dan penguatan bagi pelaku usaha di Negeri Tulehu di Kecamatan Salahutu Kabupaten Maluku Tengah tentang mengubah kewirausahaan dalam memanfaatkan tantangan menjadi peluang untuk meningkatkan usaha. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman dan penguatan bagi pelaku usaha di Negeri Tulehu di Kecamatan Salahutu Kabupaten Maluku Tengah tentang mengubah sikap wirausaha dalam memanfaatkan tantangan menjadi peluang untuk meningkatkan usaha. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah Penyuluhan atau Ceramah yang bertujuan meningkatkan pemahaman serta kesadaran, mengubah sikap para pelaku usaha. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah terserapnya pengetahuan dan pembentukan sikap pelaku usaha melalui materi yang dipahami sehingga mitra dapat mengubah pola pikr dan sikap untuk usaha bertahan sehingga pelaku usaha mampu menyumbang ekonomi kreatif.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Employer Branding terhadap Turnover Intention Dimediasi oleh Employee Engagement. Studi kasus pada karyawan PT.Federal International Finance Ambon. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi pada penelitian adalah karyawan PT.Federal Inrernational Finance Ambon. Sampel dari penelitian ini sebanyak 30 responden. Data yang di peroleh dianalisis menggunakan PLS-SEM, dengan bantuan aplikasi Smart-PLS ver.3.3.3 . Data yang di peroleh di analisis dalam Model Pengukuran (Outer Model) dan Model Struktural (Inner Model). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa employer branding berpengaruh positif terhadap employee engagement, employer branding berpengaruh negatif terhadap turnover intention, employee engagement berpengaruh negatif terhadap turnover intention dan employee engagement dapat memediasi hubungan antara employer branding terhadap turnover intention. Kata kunci : Employer Branding, Turnover Intention, Employee Engagement

Abstract

MSMEs have a very important role in driving the wheels of the economy. Therefore, MSME activities are economic activities that cannot be separated from people's lives in meeting the needs of life in the post-COVID-19 pandemic. Reliable MSME human resources are needed for the survival of MSMEs. This service activity aims to provide understanding and strengthening for MSME actors in the Village / Ohoi Wain, Southeast Maluku Regency about the Importance of HR Quality and Access to Information in MSME Management. It is hoped that with this Community Service activity, MSMEs will still have the motivation and maintain a survival attitude in managing their business after the COVID-19 pandemic. The method used in this activity is Counseling or Lectures for 30 MSME actors which aims to increase understanding and awareness of business actors. The result of this activity is the absorption of knowledge and skills from MSME actors through material that is understood so that MSMEs use their capacities well and try to improve their quality and competence in managing and developing MSMEs in the Village / Ohoi Wain, Southeast Maluku Regency.

Abstract

This research was conducted based on the phenomenon of Health Workers at the Ambon City Health Office with suggestions regarding the problems faced by Ambon City Health Workers during the Covid-19 Pandemic by knowing the Effect of Occupational Health and Occupational Safety on the Performance of Ambon City Health Workers. The type of research used is quantitative research using primary data with interviews and questionnaires. Systematically based on the research objectives of the Ambon City Health Office Health Workers. The sample collection technique in this study uses the saturated sampling method, where all members of the population are sampled. The results showed that the occupational health variable had a positive and significant effect on the performance of the Ambon City Health Office.

Abstract

Hadirnya UMKM di Indonesia memberi konstribusi besar terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat khususnya dalam upaya penanggulangan kemiskinan, dan besarnya jumlah pengangguran,.. Dalam masa pemulihan UMKM Pasca Covid 19, pemimpin atau manajer UMKM harus memiliki perilaku dan sikap yang baik dan tepat dalam mengelola usaha, beradaptasi dengan perubahan-perubahan yang terjadi demi mencapai keunggulan bersaing . Pelaku usaha yang ada di Desa Liliboy sebagai Objek dalam kegiatan PKM ini diharapkan mampun menampilkan karakter pemimpin yang kuat dan tangguh agar dapat menghasilkan inovasi-inovasi yang berarti. Untuk itu, pentingnya menumbuhkan perilaku pemimpin yang bercirikan pemimpin transformasional, transaksional dan pemimpin yang melayani dalam mengelola usaha secara professional di masa sekarang. Tujuan Kegiatan ini adalah meningkatkan pengembangan kemampuan manajerial dan mengubah perilaku serta sikap pemimpin yang tepat di Desa Liliboy . Metode yang digunakan adalah Penyuluhan atau Ceramah. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah terserapnya pengetahuan dan pembentukan perilaku dan sikap kepemimpinan yang handal dan profesional dari pelaku UMKM.

Abstract

The condition of lecturers at the Faculty of Economics and Business can be seen that there are still many lecturers who have not carried out of tridharma activities, only limited to education and teaching activities. There are still many lecturers who carry out Tridarma research and dedication only to take care of the academic level. Not yet used as a target of the performance of the lecturers themselves. Competence, commitment and motivation are the main factors that influence the performance of private university lecturers. This study aims to obtain the results of studies on competency, commitment, motivation and performance of lecturers and to reveal the analysis of the influence of competence, commitment and motivation on the performance of lecturers.The research method used is descriptive and explanatory survey with a questionnaire as a primary data collection tool. The sample size of 45 lecturers was taken through a purposive random sampling technique, with lecturer information sources spread across the Management Department of the Faculty of Economics and Business. Data analysis using multiple regression tests with SPSSThe results of this study are that there is a significant effect of competence on the performance of lecturers, then there is a significant influence on commitment to lecturer performance and there is a significant effect of motivation in improving lecturer performance and significant influence jointly on competence, commitment and motivation on lecturer performance.

Abstract

The Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic has had a huge impact on changes around the world, including on economic, socio-political, security and cultural crises. Facing this challenge, each person must be able to push all his/her abilities into competition as the main thing to achieve his/her existence as a human being. To achieve these work goals, people who are competent in carrying out their work or duties are needed. The research aims to see the direct and indirect influence and impact of Covid-19 Pandemic on Organizational Culture and Organizational Commitment of the Employees of Multilevel Marketing Companies in Ambon City. This research is a quantitative, with the research design of a hypothesis testing to examine the effect between variables. The population in this research are all downline members of PT. Cahaya Karunia Persada company in Ambon. The sample in this research uses a saturated sampling technique, because the population are relatively small, which are the uplines of PT. Cahaya Karunia Persada company in Ambon, with a total of 74 people. The coefficient test results show that the Covid-19 pandemic path has a significant and positive effect on organizational culture of 0.943 and an R-Square value of 0.890 (89%), which means that the hypothesis is accepted, since there is a partial positive effect between the COVID-19 pandemic and organizational culture. Similarly, the covid-19 pandemic path coefficient test results have a significant and positive effect on organizational commitment of 0.677 and an R-Square value of 0.458 (45.8%), which means that the hypothesis is accepted, since there is a partial positive effect between the COVID-19 pandemic and organizational commitment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan penelitian ini adalah Untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh komunikasi dan semangat kerja terhadap prestasi kerja. Variabel bebas yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Komunikasi (X1) dan Semangat kerja (X2), sedangkan variabel terikat dalam penelitian ini adalah prestasi kerja karyawan (Y). Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode penarikan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh. Pelaksanaan RAT kali ini merupakan pelaksanaan RAT yang kedua kalinya sejak CU Mario berdiri di Kota Ambon, pada tanggal 28 juli 2017, jumlah sampel penelitian 30 orang, hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa komunikasi berpengaruh positif terhadap prestasi kerja dengan nilai (t)2.529 dan nilai signifikansi 0,018, semangat kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap prestasi kerja dengan nilai (t) sebesar 2.568 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,016.

Abstract

Pada penelitian ini membahas tentang bagaimana pengaruh Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Employee Empowerment dan Self Efficcacy Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan” ( Penelitian pada Karyawan Perusahaan umum badan logistik pangan kantor wilayah Maluku dan Malut. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Employee Empowerment dan Self Efficcacy terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dengan jumlah populasi sebanyak 51 dan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh Alat uji analisis yang digunakan adalah SPSS 24. dengan metode analisis diskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Employee Empowerment dan Self Efficcacy berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan
