Abstract

Jalan merupakan media untuk transportasi darat yang menghubungkan daerah satu dengan daerah lainnya. Jalan merupakan infastruktur yang bersifat umum dimana semua kalangan dapat menggunakannya dalam keseharian. Kondisi jalan merupakan faktor yang mempengaruhi kenyamanan pengguna jalan dan juga merupakan faktor yang menjadi alasan banyaknya kecekalaan lalu lintas. Banyaknya masalah kondisi jalan menjadi suatu kendala yang tidak dapat dipungkiri dari setiap wilayah di Indonesia begitu juga di Provinsi Riau. Sistem penunjang keputusan adalah sebuah sistem untuk mencari penunjang keputusan ,keputusan diambil menggunakan sistem yang dirancang berdasarkan kebutuhan pemakaian, dalam membantu mengambil suatu keputusan, keputusan dirancang berdasarkan kriteria dan alternatife yang sudah ditentukan sebelumnya dan memiliki sistem yang sudah terstruktur dan terprogram dalam bentuk pembobotan yang akan diakumulasi dan dinormalisasikan dan menghasilkan perangkingan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Simple Additive Weighting biasa disebut sebagai metode yang menggunakan bentuk penjumlah terbobot. Bentuk.dari.metode.yaitu menghitung jumlah nilai bobot dari langkah-langkah kerja pada alternatif yang ada dari semua atribut. Untuk menjelaskan tentang penyelesaian metode penulis menggunakan data jalan provinsi. Banyak data jalan yang akan dijadikan alternatif pada penelitian ini sebanyak 20 data jalan provinsi. Dengan hasil priotias perbaikan jalan provinsi menghasilkan 11 jalan yang menjadi prioritas dengan nilai akhir di atas 50

Abstract

This study aims to develop a web-based decision support system (DSS) used to determine the best full-service mosque in Pekanbaru City. This system uses the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method, which is capable of managing assessments from various criteria, such as facilities, worship activities, cleanliness, services, and mosque management. The system was designed using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) approach and tested through the black-box method and manual calculation validation. The implementation results show that the system can provide accurate and objective ranking results based on the highest preference values of 20 sample mosques. In addition, user testing results show a satisfaction level of 83%. This system is considered effective in supporting the transparency and efficiency of the process of selecting the best mosques and can be accessed online by the public and authorities.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has opened up great opportunities for delivering campus information virtually. This study aims to develop and implement a 360° panorama-based virtual tour system at the Faculty of Engineering, Riau Islamic University, to provide an interactive overview to prospective students and the general public without having to visit the location directly. This system was developed using the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) method, which consists of six stages: Concept, Design, Material Collecting, Assembly, Testing, and Distribution. The results of the study show that this web-based virtual tour system is capable of displaying various campus facilities, such as buildings, laboratories, halls, and lecturer rooms virtually. Evaluation using the Black Box method and questionnaires to users provided positive results, with the majority of respondents feeling helped and satisfied with the information conveyed through the system. It is hoped that this system will become an effective and efficient digital promotion and information medium for the Faculty of Engineering at UIR.

Abstract

The recruitment process of Government Employees with Work Agreements (PPPK) at the Department of Public Works, Spatial Planning, Housing, Settlement Areas, and Land Affairs of Riau Province requires an objective and transparent evaluation system. This study aims to implement the Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) method as a decision support system to determine the most suitable PPPK candidates. The assessment is conducted based on several criteria, including educational qualifications, competencies, work experience, and selection results. Each criterion is assigned a weight according to its level of importance to produce an objective ranking of candidates. The results show that the MCDM method can support decision-makers in the PPPK recruitment process in a systematic, consistent, and accountable manner.
