Abstract

Cases of violence against children during the Covid-19 Pandemic are increasing. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze an appropriate policy to overcome it. The purpose of this paper is to conduct a policy analysis of the problem of violence against children carried out by the population control service, family planning, women's empowerment and child protection in order to obtain policy recommendations to minimize these problems. The data collection method used in this research uses literature study techniques. The author collects various journals, research reports and news related to violence against children. There are several alternative policies that have been formulated, namely prevention and education campaign policies, policies for establishing a child protection task force and policies for developing children's help line services for child protection. Meanwhile, the policy recommendations formulated are kids help line service policies. This policy will be able to develop mechanisms for prevention, early detection and reporting of violence against children. So that in the end this policy will increase social supervision of children. Cases of violence against children are increasing every year. Therefore, appropriate policy interventions are needed to overcome them. The findings of this study included several alternative policies that were formulated, namely the policy of prevention and education campaigns, the policy of establishing a task force for child protection, educational activities in women-friendly spaces, (b) meetings with village government, traditional leaders and community leaders to synergize prevention and treatment efforts. cases of violence against women, (c) family economic development

Abstract

Based on the initial observations of researchers in the field, several problems can be identified in the implementation of the Bungo Regency Regional Regulation Number 16 of 2012 concerning Parking Fees on Public Roads, namely the target of receiving fees is not achieved 100%; The determination of the Revenue and Revenue Budget is out of sync between the Revenue Service and the Transportation Service; Limited Human Resources for Transportation in Oversight of Parking Attendant Performance Activities. The purpose of this research is to find out the implementation of Bungo Regency Regional Regulation No. 16 of 2012 concerning Parking Fees on Public Roads. The method chosen in this study is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The population in this study were all employees of the transportation service, and people who use parking services in Bungo Regency with a sample of 12 people. The results showed that the Implementation of Bungo Regency Regional Regulation Number 16 of 2012 concerning Parking Fees on Public Roads was seen from 4 main issues, namely parking locations, services, obligations and prohibitions, and rates. The results of the study show that the Bungo Regency Regional Regulation Number 16 of 2012 has not been fully implemented by parking attendants or parking service users themselves.

Abstract

Fenomena dalam penelitian ini yaitu tidak adanya pembinaan yang diberikan oleh pemerintah daerah Kabupaten Bungo terhadap para pedagang, Masih rendahnya kualitas sarana dan prasarana yang tersedia di pasar Bungur Kabupaten Bungo, Tidak adanya pengembangan pasar yang dilakukan pemerintah daerah terhadap pasar dan pedagang dipasar Bungur Kabupaten Bungo. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui peran Unit Pelaksana Teknis pengelolaan pasar dalam pemberdayaan Pasar Bungur di Kabupaten Bungo. Metode yang dipilih dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif atau memaparkan secara keseluruhan (komprehensif) aspek-aspek yang ada. Sedangkan pendekatan yang dipakai adalah dengan pendekatan secara kualitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai pada Unit Pelaksana Teknis Pengelolaan Pasar Kabupaten Bungo, seluruh pedagang di pasar tradisional di pasar Bungur Kabupaten Bungo dan seluruh pembeli di Pasar Bungur Kabupaten Bungo. Hasil penelitian menunjukan pemberdayaan pasar Bungur Muara Bungo sesuai dengan Peraturan Daerah Kabupaten Bungo Nomor 11 Tahun 2014 tentang Penataan dan Pembinaan Pasar Tradisional Pembinaan terhadap pasar tradisional, serta pelaku-pelaku usaha yang ada di di dalamnya sudah berjalan namun masih ada beberapa kendala.
