Abstract

Erika's shop is a small business that sells various kinds of daily products in the form of groceries, kitchens, toiletries, soft drinks, snacks, gas, medicines and others. This shop is located on Jalan Kwitang Kembang X, Central Jakarta. In running a business in the form of a small shop, Erika's Shop is still run by a manual system where bookkeeping is in recording purchases, sales and storage to customers and suppliers. This causes several obstacles that greatly affect the running of business processes such as loss of data on purchases and sales of goods. So from this problem a system is created that can help business processes run well and efficiently by implementing Odoo ERP using the Waterfall method. The purpose of this research is to make it easier for Erika shop owners to run business processes and increase the accuracy of data recording with the Odoo ERPi system in the form of Purchasing, Sales and Inventory modules.

Abstract

The Gentleman Paradise Tobacco Shop is a shop that has been engaged in sales since 1 year ago to be precise in June 2021, because of the high interest in purchasing tobacco cigarettes because the prices are cheap which has resulted in an increase in purchases at the Gentleman Paradise Tobacco Shop so that shop owners have difficulty in calculating stock of goods because they are still using the manual method. Therefore, the owner of the Gentleman Paradise Tobacco Shop asked for help in making a system that could make it easier in terms of calculating stock and sales, in solving these problems using ODOO in designing sales and stock counting systems and using the RAD Rapid Application Development method to simplify and speed up in the process of work and research

Abstract

In this study, researchers discuss the problems faced by Kalbis Institute students when they are using the learning management system (LMS). This study aims to help solve problems with interface design solutions. The researcher used the user centered design (UCD) method as a research method, python and power BI as a data processing tool, the Slovin formula as a determinant of the sample space, and a user experience questionnaire as a testing tool.

Abstract

SMK Kemala Bhayangkari 1 Jakarta is one of the schools where the scheduling process at this school is still done manually by holding meetings first, so that the preparation of subject schedules takes a long time. In the student attendance process and the recapitulation of attendance data is still done manually, namely by recording in the attendance book, so that there is a risk of recording errors, duplicating or manipulating data. This study aims to build a web-based school attendance and scheduling information system at SMK Kemala Bhayangkari 1 Jakarta with a prototyping system development method and using UML (Unified Modeling Language) to describe the activities that users can perform in the system. System development and programming using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. System testing uses black-box-testing. The result of this research is that the system can make it easier for the school to arrange subject schedules and the student attendance process at SMK Kemala Bhayangkari 1 Jakarta.

Abstract

Orphanage of the Maria Immculatta Children's Community Foundationis an orphanage that still uses conventional methods of managing data for foster children and caretakers who need a long time in the process. This study aims to build a data management system for foster children, orphanage administrators and desktop-based donor data, using the waterfall method which consists of system analysis using cross functional flowchart, system design using the Unified Modeling Language (UML), system development and programming using Java programming language, database with My Structure Query Language (MySQL) and system testing using blackbox testing. The results of this study are systems that can be used to manage data on foster children, orphanages, and donors.

Abstract

PT Perdana Maxxi International is a logistic company that still uses conventional human resource system in processing employee data, attendance and leave, so it takes a long time to process it. This study aims to build a web-based human resource information system that includes the processing of employee attendance and employee leave with waterfall system development methods that included system anaylysis using cross functional diagram and cause-effect diagram, system design using Unified Modeling Language (UML), system development and programming using Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) programming language and My Structure Query Language (MySQL) database and system testing using black box with alpha testing. The result of this study is a system that can be used to manage employee data, attendance and leave.

Abstract

In experimental observations of the relationship between the electric current generated and the distance of the light source on the Planck constant device, it can show a comparison between the electric current generated and the variable distance of the light source. The experimental equipment specifications use the Planck constant experimental set with a 12v/35w tungsten halogen lamp, output 15v, accuracy +-0.2%, power requirement 220V, fuse rating 0.5A and red filter. Experiments using the concept of the photoelectric effect phenomenon begin by irradiating metal materials with constant photon light and then the light passes through a red light filter with a wavelength of 635 nm. The use of a filter is done by placing a 635 nm light filter on the light propagation path to the metal material, so that the light that passes through the filter is only light with a wavelength of 635 nm. The choice of the red filter is due to the fact that the frequency of light with a wavelength of 635 nm can cause electrons to come out of the metal as a result of photons hitting electrons in the metal. After the metal material is irradiated with photon light, the electron charges on the metal will be disturbed and come out of the metal. The movement of these electrons produces an electric current whose value can be seen. By testing distances of 18, 20, 22, 24, 26, 28, and 30 cm, the results of a current value of 0.528 are obtained; 0.382; 0.295; 0.232; 0.182 and 0.154. From these experiments it was shown that the further away the light source, the smaller the electric current generated due to the light. This is because the closer the distance to the light source, the more light intensity hitting the metal, this results in a greater number of photons hitting the metal.

Abstract

This study aims to develop an interactive e-module based on problem-based learning for teaching physics, specifically focusing on sound waves. The research method employed is Research and Development (R&D) utilizing a modified 4D development model, consisting of three stages: Define, Design, and Develop. This e-module is equipped with text, images, videos, animations, and interactive features such as quizzes, exercises, and navigation to facilitate user interaction with the learning materials. The problem-based learning model is applied to focus learning on problem-solving. Needs analysis conducted with 40 eleventh-grade students revealed that 60 percent chose sound waves as the preferred topic, hence it was selected as the research focus. Small and large-scale trials showed increased average scores, and students' response to this e-module was excellent. Validation by four experts yielded an average percentage of 91.5 percent, indicating that this problem-based learning interactive e-module is appropriate for use as a physics learning tool. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan e-modul interaktif berbasis problem-based learning pada materi gelombang bunyi yang layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran fisika. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan 4D yang dimodifikasi menjadi tiga tahapan: Define (Pendefinisian), Design (Perancangan), dan Develop (Pengembangan). E-modul ini dilengkapi dengan teks, gambar, video, animasi, serta fitur interaktif seperti kuis, latihan soal, dan navigasi untuk memudahkan interaksi pengguna dengan materi pembelajaran. Model pembelajaran problem-based learning diterapkan untuk memfokuskan pembelajaran pada pemecahan masalah. Analisis kebutuhan dilakukan terhadap 40 peserta didik kelas XI, menunjukkan bahwa 60 persen memilih materi gelombang bunyi, sehingga dipilih sebagai fokus penelitian. Uji coba skala kecil dan skala besar menunjukkan peningkatan skor rata-rata, dan respon peserta didik terhadap e-modul ini adalah sangat baik. Validasi oleh empat ahli memberikan persentase rata-rata sebesar 91,5 persen, yang mengindikasikan bahwa e-modul interaktif berbasis problem-based learning ini layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran fisika.

Abstract

PT ABCD is one of the big companies based in Jakarta. PT ABCD has several branches in several cities. PT ABCD uses Information Technology to run operational activities more effectively. But in these activities, various departments also experience problems caused by user errors or system bugs. Therefore, the IT team has a helpdesk division that functions as the first person to be contacted if users experience problems. To make reports of problems experienced by users more effectively, a web-based support ticketing application is designed. The function of the application is that reporting can be done so that it can be reported to superiors and this incident does not occur if the same incident occurs with the helpdesk team knowing what the solution is.
