Abstract

Entrepreneurial self-efficacy refers to a person’s belief in their ability to successfully achieve the tasks of entrepreneurship. Self-efficacy has been found to contribute significantly to performance. It will determine the level of motivation and effort exerted as well as how long entrepreneurs will persevere that is factors which may be factor for entrepreneurial success. The purpose of this research is to know whether there is the impact of entrepreneurial selfefficacy on entrepreneurial intention at PT Karya Lencana Mas. Research design used in this research is descriptive research design and correlational research design. Research methods which used are descriptive statistic analysis, validity and reliability test, normality test, coefficient correlation, coefficient of determinant, simple linear regression analysis and Z testing. The conclusion of this research is entrepreneurial selfefficacy has impact on entrepreneurial intention at PT Karya Lencana Mas.

Abstract

An Inventory System is a process to manage and find the items that function to obtain information about the existing stock of goods. In this this research focus in design inventory system automobile spare parts in Otopus Carparts Medan. The application was developed byt using Java and MySQL. With this system it will get easiness to obtain information about the existing inventory at the company.The use of the Inventory System has many shortcomings such as the duplication of data, due to the slow pace of factors both during the process of data entry, data retrieval and reporting processes. Overcome existing problems, then made an inventory system that can provide a solution in the management of spare part using Java applications so users work in the management of the inventory to be efficient and effective. In this design system and application, we get information stocks held in the storage of goods will become more efficient in terms of time and information obtained due to unnecessary check directly to the storage area.

Abstract

Perkebunan Bekiun merupakan salah satu desa yang ada di kecamatan Kuala, Kabupaten Langkat, provinsi Sumatra Utara, Indonesia. Sektor pertanian adalah sektor penting dalam perekonomian Kabupaten Langkat, provinsi Sumatra Utara, Indonesia . Sebagai sektor terbarukan yang menjadi penopang ekonomi sudah seharusnya dilakukan penguatan pada sektor tersebut termasuk pada pengembangan usaha mikro. Berdasarkan literatur diketahui bahwa kemiskinan di Perkebunan Bekiun yang terjadi di wilayah perdesaan umumnya dialami oleh rumah tangga di sektor pertanian. Oleh karena itu penguatan ekonomi rumah tangga di sektor ini menjadi sangat penting untuk dilakukan untuk menunjang peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat di sektor pertanian.

Abstract

This research investigates the influence of the work enviroment and individual characteritis on employees job satisfaction. This skripsi contributes to the working environment and employees’ individual characteristic to increase employees job satisfaction. In carrying out the work or character of an individual must be able to put themselves and their work environment so well that it will affect the individual can achieve the expected job satisfaction. In the world of work, usually relate to a person's attitude to his work. Linkage attitude with this work will pave the way positive or negative evaluative held by employees about aspects of their work environment. This means that every person on the job reflects the experience pleasant and unpleasant in his work and hopes for the future. The working environment is meant here is the physical work environment and non-physical, such as acceptable behavior management and workplace environment itself (workplace), among others working facilities and security. If the work environment possible, then the employees will make the workplace a fun in performing activities works, so as to reduce fatigue, which in turn can lead to satisfaction with the job. As such, working environment and individual characteritic relationship does have the potential to create an employes job satisfaction.

Abstract

Mts Yayasan Pendidikan Ibadah adalah salah satu lembaga pendidikan yang memberikan beasiswa kepada siswa setiap tahunnya. Hal ini tentu dengan tujuan untuk meringankan beban biaya pendidikan siswa tersebut. Proses penyeleksian ini membutuhkan ketelitian dan waktu, karena data siwa akan dibandingkan dengan kriteria beasiwa satu persatu. Pemilihan penerima beasiswa dilakukan oleh panitia penyeleksi beasiswa. Proses penentuan penerima beasiswa ini melalui beberapa tahap dan menggunakan cara manual. Ditemukan masalah diantaranya dibutuhkan waktu yang lama dalam proses penyeleksian beasiswa kurang mampu. Dan kesulitan dalam penentuan penerima beasiswa kurang mampu. Diperlukan aplikasi pendukung keputusan dalam membantu keputusan penentuan penerima beasiswa kurang mampu. Sehingga dirancanglah suatu aplikasi pendukung keputusan penentuan penerima beasiswa kurang mampu. Tujuannya adalah membantu proses pengambilan keputusan dalam menentukan penerima beasiswa. Aplikasi pendukung keputusan penerima beasiswa ini menggunakan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) sebagai metode pendukung keputusan. Sistem akan memproses hasil penilaian siswa yang nantinya akan menghasilkan rangking dari yang terbesar keterkecil, dengan metode ini maka pengambilan keputusan menjadi lebih mudah.

Abstract

Guru Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan merupakan guru kelas yang dalam tugasnya dituntut menguasai banyak mata pelajaran. Oleh karena itu tidak dipungkiri bahwa penguasaan pengetahuan (materi) beberapa mata pelajaran menjadi tidak maksimal dan berpotensi terjadi kesalahan atau miskonsepsi dalam pembelajaran. Ada indikasi bahwa guru Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan kurang menguasai materi dan kurang mahir dalam pembelajaran di kelas. Ketidakmahiran dalam pembelajaran menjadi faktor kelemahan guru dan menghambat pencapaian tujuan pembelajaran, serta mempengaruhi disposisi positif siswa terhadap mata pelajaran. Guna mengatasi kesalahan atau miskonsepsi dalam pembelajaran di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan setiap guru harus meningkatkan kemahiran mengajar dengan memahami konsep - konsep dan prinsip-prinsip belajar  secara benar sehingga pengetahuan guru bertambah dan guru dapat mengubah cara mengajar di kelas. Kemahiran mengajar guru dapat ditingkatkan melalui kegiatan workshop. Pengembangan kemahiran mengajar merupakan pengembangan profesional yang efektif dan terstruktur yang menghasilkan perubahan pada pengetahuan dan praktik guru dalam pembelajaran.

Abstract

Internet and virtual communities have transformed consumers, societies, and corporations with wide spread access to information, better social networking and enhanced communication abilities. One of the internet networking is website. The website which link millions of users from all over the world with same interests, views and hobbies. The research is conducted at Grand Grafika Medan. The preliminary data given by the owner of Grand Grafika Medan that the orders and transactions by website have several matters which the customers are not satisfied with the website quality and responds from the company. The objectives of the research are to find out whether website quality has impact on customer satisfaction and how strong the impact of website quality on customer satisfaction at Grand Grafika Medan. The population that is used in the research is the customers of Grand Grafika Medan that are 93 people. The sampling technique is simple random sampling which the customers have same chance to be chosen as sample. In analyzing questionnaires, the writer used validity test and reliability test, to analyze the data, use statistics, correlation test, determination test, linear regression, and hypothesis test. The correlation test shows Website Quality have a positive and significantly strong impact on employees’ customer satisfaction at Grand Grafika Medan. zcount > ztable (8.10 > 1.96), This means the Null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected and the alternative (Ha) is accepted. Website Quality have impact on employees’ customer satisfaction at Grand Grafika Medan. After analysis and results, the writer give several recommendations to the company.

Abstract

This research focuses on implementing the Random Forest and Grid Search algorithms for the early detection of diabetes mellitus, aiming to modernize and enhance medical practices using technology. The proposed model achieved an accuracy of 77.06%, a precision of 71.43%, a recall of 47.30%, and a misclassification error of 22.94%. Comparative analysis with other data mining algorithms, including Decision Tree, Random Forest without Grid Search, and Cat Boost, demonstrated that the Random Forest with Grid Search algorithm outperformed the others. By utilizing Grid Search, the accuracy of the Random Forest algorithm increased by 2.03%. These findings indicate the potential effectiveness of machine learning in early diabetes detection. While the research offers promising results, there are limitations in terms of the dataset size and the number of detection variables used. Future studies should explore larger datasets and alternative algorithms to further enhance accuracy and aid in the early detection of diabetes mellitus.
