Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Fundamental Factors on Stock Prices (Study on Oil and Gas Mining Sub-Sector Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016–2020 Period). The population of this study is the oil and gas mining sub-sector companies, totaling 9 companies. The sample was determined using purposive sampling method, to get a sample of 7 companies. The analytical method used is panel data regression analysis and processed using the Eviews 9 application. Based on the results of the study, it shows that Earning Per Share (EPS), Price to Earning Ratio (PER) and Company Size have a positive and significant effect on stock prices. Meanwhile, Net Profit Margin (NPM) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) have a positive and insignificant effect on stock prices. On the other hand, Return On Equity (ROE) has a negative and insignificant effect.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of return expectations, self-efficacy, risk, technology, and capital market training on investment intentions. The population in this study were Phintraco Securities Investors at Halu Oleo University, totaling 105 people as the research sample. The research sample was selected using probability sampling technique. The research data is primary data. The analysis technique used is multiple linear analysis with the help of the SPSS version 26 program.The results of this study are: (1) Expected return has a positive and significant effect on investment intention, (2) self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on investment intention, (3) risk has a positive and significant effect on investment intention. intention, (4) technology has a positive and significant effect on investment interest, (5) capital market training has a positive and significant effect on investment interest, (6) Expected Return, Self Efficacy, Risk, Technology, and Capital Market Training simultaneously have a significant positive effect to Investment Interest.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine and explain the effect of Quality of Work Life (Quality of Work Life), Emotional Fatigue and Competence on the Performance of Midwives at the Muna Regency General Hospital. This research approach is a survey with an Explanatory Research design. Data was collected using instruments in the form of data analysis, namely descriptive analysis and inferential statistics, namely Multivariate Regression Analysis. The results of this study state that (1) Quality of Work Life has a positive and significant effect on the performance of midwives, (2) Emotional exhaustion has a positive and insignificant effect on the performance of midwives, (3) Competence has a positive and significant effect on the performance of midwives, (4) Quality of Work Life, Emotional exhaustion and competence simultaneously affect the performance of midwives

Abstract

The objective of the study is to examine and analyze the effect of big-five personality affecting the performance of agricultural extension officers simultaneously; to examine and analyze the effect of extroversion, agreeableness, conscientiousness, emotional stability and openness to new experience on the performance of agricultural extension officers in Wakatobi Regency. The unit of analysis of the study was the agricultural extension officers at the Wakatobi Regency Agricultural Service. Respondents who were sampled were 105 officers. Data collection techniques included distributing questionnaires followed by conducting interviews and in-depth documentation. Data analysis was carried out through two stages which were descriptive and quantitative analysis. The analytical method used to examine the hypothesis was multiple linear regression analysis, using SPSS 23.The result of the study indicates that big-five personality has positive and significant effect on the performance of agricultural extension officers in Wakatobi Regency, as well as Extroversion, Agreeableness, Conscientiousness, Emotional Stability and Openness to New Experience having positive and significant effects on the performance of agricultural extension officers in Wakatobi Regency.Keywords: big-five personality; extraversion, agreeableness, conscientiousness, emotional stability and openness to new experience, performance

Abstract

The role of Financial Literacy in Moderating the influence of financial behavior bias on investment (Studies on Southeast Sulawesi Capital Market Investors. Thesis. Management Science Study Program, Postgraduate, Halu Oleo University. The purpose of this study is to explain and examine the effect of Financial Behavior Bias consisting of 6 indicators, namely Overconvidence, disposition effect, herding, risk aversion, representaveness and anchoring on investment decisions and the role of Financial Literacy in moderating the effect of financial behavior bias on investment. The research design used is quantitative research. The data used are primary data and analyzed using SPSS software version 25. The sampling technique is using the Slovin equation. And the sample in this study was 265 IDX stock investors representing Southeast Sulawesi. The results of the study show that the financial behavior bias which consists of indicators of overconvidence, representaveness and anchoring has a positive and significant effect on investment, but differs from the indicators of disposition effect, herding, and risk aversion which has a positive and insignificant effect on investment decisions. Furthermore, financial behavior bias with indicators of Overconvidence, disposition effect, risk aversion, representaveness and anchoring moderated by Financial Literacy is not significant on investment decisions, but herding indicators have a significant effect on investment decisions but in a negative direction.

Abstract

This research inteds: 1) to examine the effect of work discipline on the commitment of Wakatobi Regency OPD organization, 2) to examine the effect of work discipline on the performance of Wakatobi Regency OPD employees, 3) to examine the effect of organization commitment on the performance of Wakatobi Regency OPD employees 4) to examine the role of organization commitment in  mediating work discipline on the performance of Wakatobi Regency OPD employeesThe research subject of is the Regional Government Organization of Wakatobi Regency, the population of this research is all the employees who served as section heads in the Wakatobi Regency OPD which amounted 128 people. The size of the sample was determined with census technique, the study sample was 128 people.  The data in the research were analyzed using path analysis with the help of smartPLS 2.0 software.Thesis: 1) work discipline has positive and significant effect on organization commitment, 2) work discipline has positive and significant effect on employees performance, 3) organizational commitment has positive and significant effects on employees performance, 4) organization commitment is able to mediate work discipline on employees performance.Keywords: work discipline, organization commitment and employees performance

Abstract

This study aims to (1) examine the effect of macroeconomic on investment decision of SMEs, (2) examine the effect of behavioral bias on investment decision of SMEs, (3) examine the effect of macroeconomic on the risk perception of SMEs, (4) examine the effect of behavioral bias on the risk perception of SMEs, (5) examine the effect of risk perception on investment decision of SMEs, (6) examine the risk perception as a mediator of macroeconomic influence on investment decision of SMEs, (7) examine risk perception as a mediator of the influence of behavioral bias on investment decision of SMEs.This study use a quantitative approach, with the analytical method is SEM-PLS (Structure Equation Model-Partial Least Square). The result shows that macroeconomic does not significantly affect the investment decision of SMEs, but significantly influences the risk perception of SMEs. The behavioral bias significantly affect the investment decision of SMEs, but does not significantly affect the risk perception of SMEs. The risk perception does not significantly affect investment decision of SMEs. The risk perception was proven unable to act as a mediator in the influence of macroeconomic and behavioral bias on investment decision of SMEs

Abstract

Although the Islamic banks is still limited, its value has grown by 5.29%. But the value is relatively cheap. The health factor of bank is the most essential, involve: Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance, Earning, Capital and Company Size, so the purpose of this study is to test the effect of NPF, foreign exchange to equity, gross income exposure, self-assessment GCG, ROA, CAR and firm size on firm value as proxied by Tobin's q.The research sample includes 10 banks in IDX, consisting of 3 Islamic Commercial Banks and 7 Commercial Banks that have Sharia Business Units, in order to obtain 30 units of analysis. Multiple regression analysis using Eviews version 12. The results showed that: 1) NPF had negative but insignificant effect on firm value, 2) foreign exchange to equity had positive but insignificant effect on firm value, 3) gross income exposure had positive but insignificant effect on firm value. , 4) self-assessment GCG has significant negative effect on firm value, 5) ROA has positive but insignificant effect on firm value, 6) CAR has positive but insignificant effect on firm value, 7) firm size has significant positive effect on firm value.
