Abstract

Pelatihan ini berjudul  Penjualan Ikan Berbasis Online Peningkatan Pendapatan Masyarakat Nelayan Yang Terdampak Covid-19 pada Masyarakat Pesisir Pantai di Desa Bajo Indah Kecamatan Soropia Kabupaten Konawe. Tujuan pelatihan ini adalah memberikan pemahaman kepada masyarakat Desa Bajo Indah Kecamatan Soropia Kabupaten Konawe agar memahami pentingnya Pemanfaatan Teknologi khususnya Media Sosial seperti Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram, dan Zoom dalam memasarkan hasil tangkapan ikan masyarakat nelayan untuk meningkatkan pendapatkan masyakarat Desa Bajo Indah yang terdampak covid 19. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelatihan ini adalah metode ceramah (pengarahan) dan penjelasan secara serempak terhadap masyarakat nelayan dengan media online (Aplikasi Zoom ) dan media offline dalam bentuk  pelatihan dengan mematuhi protokol covid-19. Metode diskusi serta tanya jawab juga dilakukan setelah selesai diberikan ceramah (pengrahan/penjelasan) mengenai pentingnya Pemanfaatan Teknologi khususnya Media Sosial seperti Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram, dan Zoom dalam memasarkan tangkapan ikan masyarakat nelayan untuk meningkatkan pendapatkan masyakarat Desa Bajo Indah yang terdampak covid 19. Dari evaluasi dan hasil yang telah dilakukan pada aktivitas pelatihan terhadap 15 orang  masyarakat nelayan maka ditemukan peningkatan pemahaman akan pentingnya “Pemanfaatan Teknologi khususnya Media Sosial seperti Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram, dan Zoom dalam memasarkan tangkapan ikan masyarakat nelayan untuk meningkatkan pendapatkan masyakarat Desa Bajo Indah yang terdampak covid 19” dengan tingkat keberhasilan sebesar 85%.

Abstract

Abstract

This study aims to describe leadership behavior at the Liya Public Health Center, Wangi-Wangi Selatan District, Wakatobi Regency. Qualitative descriptive approach was used in conducting this research and used data collection methods by observation, interviews, and documentation. The technique used in data analysis is to organize the data , break it down into units, synthesize, arrange into patterns, choose which ones are important and what will be studied, and draw conclusions. The results of this study indicate that Liya Health Center leaders are leaders who have leadership behavior oriented to achievement. This is in accordance with the indicators of leadership behavior that uses the theory indicator of the path of road-goal (Path-Goal Theory) developed by Robert House which consists of: directive leadership behavior, supportive leadership behavior, leadership behavior participatory, and leadership behavior oriented towards achievement.

Abstract

This study aims: (1) To determine the effect of work placement and organizational commitment on employee performance at PT. Jasa Raharja Southeast Sulawesi Branch; (2) To determine the effect of Work Placement on employee performance; (3) To determine the effect of organizational commitment on employee performance. The population used in this study were all employees of PT. Jasa Raharja Southeast Sulawesi Branch, totaling 30 people who were also used as the respondent unit. The analysis used is quantitative analysis using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results showed that; (1) Work placement and organizational commitment simultaneously have a significant positive effect on the performance of employees of PT. Jasa Raharja Southeast Sulawesi Branch; (2) Job placement has a significant positive effect on employee performance; (3) Organizational commitment has a significant positive effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is examine and explain the effect of leadership functions, organizational commitment and work motivation on employee performance. The paradigm of this study is positivist with a quantitative approach. The data was collected in a cross-sectional manner using a questionnaire. The respondents of this study were all employees of the Muna Regency Environmental Service as many as 66 people. The data analysis method used in testing the hypothesis is Multivariate Regression Analysis.The results of the study indicate that the function of leadership, organizational commitment and work motivation have a positive and significant effect together on employee performance. Furthermore, the partial test results of the leadership function proved to have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. High organizational commitment provides a significant contribution to improving employee performance. Then work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that the better the implementation of the leadership function, organizational commitment and work motivation, the employee's performance will increase significantly. This result is also strengthened by the statement of respondents based on the description of the variables of leadership function, organizational commitment, work motivation and employee performance, the majority of respondents stated that it was good in its implementation.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine and explain the effect of Quality of Work Life (Quality of Work Life), Emotional Fatigue and Competence on the Performance of Midwives at the Muna Regency General Hospital. This research approach is a survey with an Explanatory Research design. Data was collected using instruments in the form of data analysis, namely descriptive analysis and inferential statistics, namely Multivariate Regression Analysis. The results of this study state that (1) Quality of Work Life has a positive and significant effect on the performance of midwives, (2) Emotional exhaustion has a positive and insignificant effect on the performance of midwives, (3) Competence has a positive and significant effect on the performance of midwives, (4) Quality of Work Life, Emotional exhaustion and competence simultaneously affect the performance of midwives

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine and explain the effect of work motivation, culture and organizational commitment on job satisfaction of employees of the BKKBN Representative in Southeast Sulawesi Province. This research design is based on a quantitative approach with a positivist paradigm through a survey method. Data was collected in a cross-sectional manner using an instrument in the form of a questionnaire to all employees of the BKKBN Priovinsi Southeast Sulawesi Representative Employees as many as 57 people. The analytical tool used in testing the hypothesis of this research is multivariate regression analysis.The results showed that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, good organizational commitment has been proven to have a positive and significant contribution to increasing employee job satisfaction. Finally, work motivation, organizational culture and organizational commitment have a significant simultaneous effect on employee job satisfaction. Thus, it can be concluded that changes in increasing work motivation which are reflected through the need for achievement, bureaucratic culture and affective commitment have a positive and significant contribution together to job satisfaction through job satisfaction, incentives/bonuses and benefits, working conditions and co-workers.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze strategies to improve achievement motivation and discipline of teachers of SMP Negeri 1 Besulutu Konawe Regency. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collected through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that in an effort to improve achievement motivation and teacher discipline in SMP Negeri 1 Besulutu using strategies: planning, implementation and evaluation. Achievement motivation and teacher discipline are two very important things that must be attached to an educator in an effort to realize educational goals to shape and produce students who excel and discipline.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to test and explain the influence of transformational leadership on employee performance through the role of interpersonal trust mediation in BAPPEDA Wakatobi Regency. This research approach is a survey with an explanatory research design. Data collection is done on a online basis using instruments in the form of questionnaires through the https://forms.gle/2wevLGgXLtUmm2Qw6 page. The population of this study is all employees in BAPPEDA Wakatobi Regency as many as 32 people. The analysis equipment used in hypothesis testing is Partial Least Square (PLS). The results showed that transformational leadership has a positive and significant influence on interpersonal trust and employee performance. Interpersonal trust has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Finally, the results of the study proved interpersonal trust acts as a partial mediation influence between transformational leadership on employee performance. This means that increased interpersonal trust is significantly influenced by transformational leadership. Furthermore, interpersonal trust has a significant contribution to improving employee performance. Finally, good transformational leadership can also contribute significantly toward improvement of employee performance in BAPPEDA Wakatobi Regency

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine and explain the effect of LMX, job satisfaction, and work exhaustion on the performance of policewomen at Polda Sultra either simultaneously or partially. The paradigm of this study is positivist with a quantitative approach. Data were collected in a cross-sectional manner using a one-line questionnaire with the link: https://bit.ly/angket-riset-Ribka-Diana.  The sample of this research is allpolicewomenn in Polda Sultra as many as 63 people. The analytical tool used is Multivariate Regression Analysis.The results showed that LMX, satisfaction, and work exhaustion had a positive and significant effect on policewoman performance together. Furthermore, the partial test results of LMX proved to have a positive and significant effect on policewoman performance. Then job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on policewoman performance. Work exhaustion has also been shown to have a negative and significant effect on policewoman performance. This means that the better the application of LMX and job satisfaction as well as a significant decrease in work exhaustion, the policewoman performance increases significantly. This result is also reinforced by respondents' statements based on the LMX description, job satisfaction, and policewoman performance, the majority of respondents stated that the implementation was good at the Southeast Sulawesi Regional Police.
