Abstract

Small businesses engaged in the food industry sector in the city of Kendari is a business activity that is broadly classified as small and is built by individuals or middle-to-lower groups. The purpose of business development is to earn profits with different levels of performance. One factor that can affect performance is the dimension of entrepreneurial orientation which consists of innovation, proactivity, risk-taking, competitive aggressiveness, and autonomy. The purpose of this study is to examine and provide empirical evidence about the effect of entrepreneurial orientation on the performance of small businesses. The sampling technique in this study uses the probability sampling technique. The analysis used is quantitative analysis using multiple linear regression analysis and quantitative data processing using SPSS 24.0. The results of the analysis using multiple linear regressions found that innovation, proactivity, risk-taking, and competitive aggressiveness have a positive and significant effect on the performance of Small and Medium Enterprises. While autonomy has a positive and not significant effect on the performance of small businesses.

Abstract

Salah satu kelemahan Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) Di Desa Rambu-Rambu Jaya adalah kemampuan sistem manajemen usaha yang masih rendah. Diantara masalah yang dialami adalah mengenai kemampuan yang masih rendah terhadap perhitungan harga pokok produksi, harga jual produk serta kurangnya pengetahuan dalam teknik pemasaran produk secara online sehingga wilayah pemasaran masih terbatas di sekitar pasar tradisional di wilayah desa dan desa tetangga. Tujuan dari pelatihan dan pendampingan ini adalah pelaku usaha diharapkan dapat membuat laporan perhitungan harga pokok produksi secara akurat sesuai ilmu akuntansi sehingga bisa menetapkan harga jual secara tepat dan usaha yang dilakukan dapat menghasilkan laba yang optimal kemudian Pelaku usaha juga diharapkan dapat menggunakan teknologi informasi (internet) atau media online dalam mempromosikan produknya.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of profitability, liquidity, leverage, free cash flow, corporate governance and asset growth on dividend policy. The object of this research is 181 the manufacturing company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2019 period. Sample selection was determined by purposive sampling method. In total, there are 24 companies that meet the research criteria. This study uses secondary data which was analyzed using panel data regression analysis and processed using application review 9.  The results of this study indicate that asset growth has a positive and significant effect on the dividend payout ratio, meaning that asset growth is able to increase dividend distribution. Furthermore, the return on assets and the current ratio have a negative and significant effect, meaning that an increased return on assets and current ratio will reduce the distribution of dividends. The debt-to-asset ratio has a negative and insignificant effect, meaning that a high debt-to-asset ratio is not able to reduce dividend distribution. The audit committee has a positive and insignificant effect on the dividend payout ratio, meaning that a high audit committee is not able to increase dividend distribution. Furthermore, free cash flow has a positive and insignificant effect on the dividend payout ratio, meaning that high free cash flow is not able to increase dividend distribution to shareholders.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Fundamental Factors on Stock Prices (Study on Oil and Gas Mining Sub-Sector Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016–2020 Period). The population of this study is the oil and gas mining sub-sector companies, totaling 9 companies. The sample was determined using purposive sampling method, to get a sample of 7 companies. The analytical method used is panel data regression analysis and processed using the Eviews 9 application. Based on the results of the study, it shows that Earning Per Share (EPS), Price to Earning Ratio (PER) and Company Size have a positive and significant effect on stock prices. Meanwhile, Net Profit Margin (NPM) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) have a positive and insignificant effect on stock prices. On the other hand, Return On Equity (ROE) has a negative and insignificant effect.

Abstract

This study aims to determine both simultaneously and partially from store atmosphere and service quality on customer loyalty at Indogrosir Kendari. The population in this study are customers who make transaction at Indogrosir Kendari whose number is unknown. The sample of this research is 65 respondents with accidental or convenience sampling technique. The data collection mrthod in this study used a questionnaire. this study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that both simultaneously ans partially store atmosphere and service quality had a positive and significant effect on indogrosir kendari customer loyalty. Which means that if the store atmosphere and service quality are good, it will tend to effect customer loyalty.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of product quality, price and promotion on purchasing decisions of woven fabrics, influence of product quality on purchasing decisions of woven fabrics, influence of price on purchasing decisions of woven fabrics and the influence of promotions on purchasing decisions of woven fabrics. The object of this research is the Department of Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises and Manpower of Wakatobi Regency. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach (mainstream approach). The sample/respondent used in this study were 100 respondents. The analytical tool used is Multiple Regression Analysis. Data collection methods in this study used a questionnaire and data analysis tools using software SPSSThe results of this study can be concluded that product quality, price and promotion together have a strong and significant influence in improving the purchasing decision of Wakatobi woven fabrics, product quality significantly affects the improvement of fabric purchasing decisions, price significantly affects the increase of woven fabric purchasing decisions and Promotion significantly affects the increase in purchasing decisions for Wakatobi woven fabrics.

Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim of analyzing and knowing the partial effect of transformational leadership style on employee performance, work motivation on employee performance, and organizational commitment on employee performance, as well as simultaneously testing the effect of transformational leadership style, work motivation, and organizational commitment on employee performance. This research was conducted at General Election Supervisory Board of Southeast Sulawesi Province by taking samples of Civil Servants with a total of 83 people in Regencies and Cities in Southeast Sulawesi Province. This research approach is quantitative research with data collection method using questionnaires and the collected data is processed using multiple linear regression. Based on the results of this study, it was found that partially transformational leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously it was found that transformational leadership style, work motivation and organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. From the tests conducted, it was found that organizational commitment has the largest coefficient in influencing changes in employee performance.
