Abstract

This study aims (1) to determine the effect of transformational leadership and work motivation on employee performance at the ocean kendari fishing port office, (2) to determine the effect of transformational leadership influence on employee performance at the kendari ocean fishing port office, (3) to determine the effect of motivation work on employee performance at the Kendari Ocean Fishery Port Office. The object of this research is the employee at the Kendari Ocean Fishery Port Office. The population in this study were employees at the Kendari Ocean Fishery Port office, amounting to 80 people, because the population was less than 100 people, the sample of this study was 80 office employees at the Kendari Ocean Fishing Port as respondents. The research data was collected using a questionnaire, the research data was analyzed using Multiple Linear Regression through SPSS 21 software. The results of this study (1) Simultaneously transformational leadership and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the ocean kendari fishing port office, (2) transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the kendari ocean fishing port office, (3) motivation Work has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Kendari Ocean Fishery Port Office.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of compensation and work discipline on employee performance. This study uses a sampling technique, namely a saturated sample of 61 samples consisting of a secretary, head of division, head of section, and functional staff of the RRI Kendari Public Broadcasting Institute. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the IBM SPSS Statistics Version 24 software application.The results of this study indicate that (1) Compensation partially has a positive effect on employee performance. (2) Work Discipline partially has a positive effect on employee performance. (3) Compensation and Work Discipline simultaneously have a positive effect on employee performance. The conclusion of this study is that the higher the compensation, the higher the performance of the resulting employee as well as the higher the work discipline, the higher the employee's performance, and compensation and work discipline have an interaction with the employee's performance.

Abstract

The study is aimed to comprehend and explain: 1) The effect of empowerment on employees performance. 2) The effect of organizational commitment on employees performance. 3). The effect of competence on employees performance. 4) The effect of empowerment, organizational commitment, and competence on employees performance. The sample size in this study is 37 respondents who are the employees of Wakatobi Regency Fisheries and Marine Services (DKP). The sample was determined by using the census method. This type of quantitative research uses the multiple linear regression analysis tool. Multiple regression is performed on more than one independent variable. To help the processing of the data in this study, the researcher used SPSS for Windows. The result showed that empowerment has positive and significant effects on performance, this was proven by the value of tsig by 0.046. Organizational commitment has positive and significant effects on employee performance, this is proven by the value of tsig by 0,000. Furthermore, there is positive and significant effects between competence and employees performance variables, this is proven by the value of tsig by 0.000. In addition, the F test shows that empowerment, organizational commitment and competence have significant influence on employees performance with the significance level of 0,000 or 0%. So, the hypothesis proposed in the research can be approved.Keywords: empowerment, organizational commitment, competence, and employees performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine and explain the effect of Quality of Work Life (Quality of Work Life), Emotional Fatigue and Competence on the Performance of Midwives at the Muna Regency General Hospital. This research approach is a survey with an Explanatory Research design. Data was collected using instruments in the form of data analysis, namely descriptive analysis and inferential statistics, namely Multivariate Regression Analysis. The results of this study state that (1) Quality of Work Life has a positive and significant effect on the performance of midwives, (2) Emotional exhaustion has a positive and insignificant effect on the performance of midwives, (3) Competence has a positive and significant effect on the performance of midwives, (4) Quality of Work Life, Emotional exhaustion and competence simultaneously affect the performance of midwives

Abstract

The objective of this research was to examine the effect of Work Capability, Work Commitment and Job Satisfaction on employee performance at Wakatobi Regency Office of Public Works and Spatial Planning. The population in this research were all Civil Servants of the Office of Public Works and Spatial Planning of Wakatobi Regency, amounting 41 people. Because of the small population, in this research the population was also used as a whole sample or census. Therefore, the number of samples used in this study was 41 people. Data was collected through questionnaires and interviews, while the research instrument was using Likert scale (5 points). The collected data then was analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The result of this research indicates that work capability, organization commitment, and job satisfaction have positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Office of Public Works and Spatial Planning in Wakatobi Regency, both simultaneously and partially. This means that if work capability, organization commitment and job satisfaction improve, it will improve employee performance, and vice versa if work capability, organization commitment, and job satisfaction degrade, it will degrade employee performance..Keywords: work capability, work commitment and job satisfaction on employee performance

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to explain and analyze: (1) the simultanously effect of organizational culture, work discipline, and organizational communication on employee performance in Local Government Finance Office of North Buton, (2) the effect of organizational culture on employee performance in Local Government Finance Office of North Buton, (3) the effect of work discipline on employee performance in Local Government Finance Office of North Buton, and (4) the effect of organizational communication on employee performance in Local Government Finance Office of North Buton. This study had used survey approach with explanatory research design. The data was collected by cross-section  technique with a questionaire. The population in this study was all the civil servant in Local Government Finance Office which about 40 employees. Number of samples had used census technique which all the number of population became the samples of this study. This study was used descriptive method and multiple linear regression.The result shows that: (1) organizational culture, work discipline, and organizational communication in simultanously has a positive and significant effect on employee performance in Local Government Finance Office of North Buton, (2) organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance in Local Government Finance Office of North Buton, (3) work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance in Local Government Finance Office of North Buton, and (4) organizational communication has a positive and significant effect on employee performance in Local Government Finance Office of North Buton.From the result of these studies it can be concluded that the better organizational culture is applied, the higher work discipline of the employees, and the better of organizational communication applied by employees will be able to improve employee performance for the better.

Abstract

The aims of this study were to determine and analyze: (1) The effect of internal communication, organizational culture, and leadership behavior has a significant effect on employee performance of PT Datang DSSP Power Indonesia, (2) The effect of internal communication has a significant effect on employee performance, (3) The effect of organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance of PT Datang DSSP Power Indonesia of PT Datang DSSP Power Indonesia, (4) The effect of leadership behavior has a significant effect on employee performance of PT Datang DSSP Power Indonesia. The population in this study was all employees of PT Datang DSSP Power Indonesia about 183 employees. The number of samples in this study was taken by using the slovin formula and the sample number of about 65 respondents with probability random sampling technique. The analysis technique was using multiple regression analysis with SPSS 25.              The results showed that: (1) Internal communication, organizational culture, and leadership behavior has a positive and significant effect on employee performance of PT Datang DSSP Power Indonesia, (2) Internal communication has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (3) Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (4) Leadership behavior has a positive and significant effect on employee performance of PT Datang DSSP Power Indonesia.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of: 1) knowledge management on employee job satisfaction. 2) work environment on employee job satisfaction. 3) knowledge management on employee performance. 4) work environment on employee performance. 5) job satisfaction on employee performance. 6) knowledge management has an effect on employee performance through job satisfaction as a mediation. 7) work environment on employee performance through job satisfaction as a mediation. The research method is using quantitative research. The data used are secondary and primary data. Data analysis usingSmart PLS 3.0 software. Sampling technique using The saturated sample is 51 employees at the Regional Finance and Assets Agency of South Konawe Regency. The results showed that; 1)Management knowledge has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. 2) The work environment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. 3) Management knowledge has no significant effect on employee performance. 4) The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. 5) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. 6)The effect of management knowledge on employee performance mediated by job satisfaction has a significant or fully mediated effect. 7). The influence of the work environment on employee performance mediated by job satisfaction has a significant or partially mediated effect.
