Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian yang dilakukan bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPA pokok bahasan energi dan perubahannya dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Talking Stick di kelas IV Binjai Selatan.Dari hasil temuan penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil pretes tingkat ketuntasan hasil belajar sebanyak 10 siswa 28,57% dengan nilai rata-rata 56,57 pada siklus I hasil belajar siswa mengalami peningkatan sebanyak 15 orang siswa 42,85% dengan rata-rata nilai 61,14 dan pada siklus II mengalami peningkatan menjadi sebanyak 30 orang siswa 85,71% dengan rata-rata nilai 75,14 sehingga baik secara individu maupun secara klasikal kemampuan awal (pre test) siswa masih tergolong belum tuntas. Pada siklus I terdapat 20 orang siswa (57,14%) yang belum tuntas dan sebanyak 15 orang siswa (42,85%) yang telah tuntas dalam belajar dengan rata-rata kelas 61,14. Pada siklus II sebanyak 30 orang siswa (85,71%) yang telah tuntas dalam belajar dan terdapat 5 orang siswa (14,29%) yang belum tuntas dalam belajar dengan nilai rata-rata kelas 75,14. Abstract

ABSTRAK Masalah yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini adalah rendanya hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPS. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk  Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Siswa Dengan Menggunakan Model  Kooperatif Tipe Student Teams Achievement Divisions (STAD) Pada Pelajaran IPS  Materi Pokok Aktivitas Ekonomi Dan Sumber Daya Alam di Kelas IVA SD Negeri 101775 Sampali. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh pada kondidi awal atau sebelum diberi tindakan terdapat 22 siswa (78,57%) yang belum tutas belajar, 6 siswa (21,43%) yang tuntas dengan nilai rata- rata 51,25. Pada siklus I terdapat 13 siswa (46,43%) yang belum tuntas, 15 siswa(53,57%) yang sudah tuntas dengan nilai rata- rata 67, dan pada siklus II terjadi peningkatan yaitu 25 siswa (89,3%) yang tuntas belajar, 3 siswa (10,7%) yang belum tuntas belajar dengan nilai rata- rata 80,35. Kata kunci : Metode STAD, Hasil belajar siswa

Abstract

This community service aims to increase understanding of Health Information Management Information Systems (SIMRS) and its role. Measuring quality covers many dimensions and reliability is key - ensuring fast, accurate and satisfactory service. Achieving these functions requires the implementation of a web-based information system known as a hospital information management system. The methodology used includes a focus group discussion (FGD), which reveals that the implementation of SIMRS, especially in the implementation of RME, improves the quality of health services and operational efficiency in outpatient registration. The most important benefits identified are enhanced collaboration between departments. A final evaluation will be done to evaluate the participants and #039; understanding the importance of electronic patient records in improving work processes. Evaluation includes questions to all participants and drawing conclusions from the results of the analysis and evaluation. In conclusion, the community service confirms that the use of electronic patient records in Haji Medan Hospital facilitates the tasks of the staff.

Abstract

A number of things can impact the process of learning outcomes. It might be aptitude, passion, learning concepts, learning motivation, and so on. The ability of a speaker or teacher to impart knowledge, create an engaging learning environment, and increase students' motivation to learn—especially English—is equally crucial. Students frequently experience boredom when learning English and struggle to comprehend what they are learning. Despite the fact that learning English is crucial because it is now a necessity in daily living, including family life. As previously mentioned, the goal of this magazine is to find ways to make learning engaging so that students comprehend the methods and the English instruction provided by lecturers. And how do instructors perceive students' comprehension of learning English? Are there any further factors in engaging in enjoyable English language study. The application is completed for SMK Yapim Biru-Biru. Based on the lecturer's experience teaching and observation of the students' English-learning conditions, there are learning outcomes and strategies that appear to be liked by the students themselves from this point on.

Abstract

Learning English could be greatly enhanced by Information Technology (IT). The function of IT in the context of learning English is covered in this article, along with topics such as multimedia-based learning, communication and cooperation, e-assessment, and independent learning. To gather the most recent data regarding the function of IT in English language learning, a literature review methodology is employed. The study's findings demonstrated that IT makes learning resources easily accessible, helps with English language learning applications, enhances the quality of learning with multimedia content, permits international communication and teamwork, makes evaluation and feedback procedures easier, and promotes independent learning. Abstract

Duolingo is an educational category like playing games, so the students can also use it casually without pressure and also easy to accept and absorb because of flexibility. This research was conducted to determine the ability of the students to speak by using the Duolingo Application. The population of this research was the seventh-grade students of SMP Singosari Delitua. The sample consists of 61 students. This research required two groups of students namely the experimental group and the control group. The experimental group was treated by using the Duolingo application while speaking, whereas the control group was treated without the Duolingo application. The result of this study indicates that the use of Duolingo improves the ability of the students to speak. it can be seen from the deviation of the experimental group and the control group. The mean deviation of the experimental group is 24,07 it means that the deviation is high. This group was taught by using the Duolingo Application Mean of the deviation in control group is 4,87 means that the deviation is low. This group was taught without using Duolingo Application, by using this application made the students understand the material and students were more motivated to learn and brave enough to speak English with the students. Students get the opportunity to get some turn in practicing material in everyday life since the students can practice at home since Duolingo can be accessed anywhere and everywhere, this application reduces boredom in learning English and facilitates remembering and practicing material in a positive attitude towards the application at school. it is also one of the effective media in teaching learning and speaking for the students Key Words: Speaking Ability; Duolingo Application
