Abstract

A number of things can impact the process of learning outcomes. It might be aptitude, passion, learning concepts, learning motivation, and so on. The ability of a speaker or teacher to impart knowledge, create an engaging learning environment, and increase students' motivation to learn—especially English—is equally crucial. Students frequently experience boredom when learning English and struggle to comprehend what they are learning. Despite the fact that learning English is crucial because it is now a necessity in daily living, including family life. As previously mentioned, the goal of this magazine is to find ways to make learning engaging so that students comprehend the methods and the English instruction provided by lecturers. And how do instructors perceive students' comprehension of learning English? Are there any further factors in engaging in enjoyable English language study. The application is completed for SMK Yapim Biru-Biru. Based on the lecturer's experience teaching and observation of the students' English-learning conditions, there are learning outcomes and strategies that appear to be liked by the students themselves from this point on.

Abstract

Tobacco consumption is one of several risk factors for ISPA. Because of this, not only does the smoker put himself in risk, but so do all people around them, even those who don't smoke directly. It is possible to raise the incidence of acute respiratory infections (ARI) by 7.83 times in homes occupied by families that smoke compared to homes without smokers. The bulk of those who took the time to react are mothers with young children, mostly aged two or three. Research and conversations have led to this conclusion. Additionally, the majority of the parents who participated in the study smoke 11–20 cigarettes daily, and this demographic also includes the majority of the toddlers who were part of the study. This patient does not have ISPA, despite a statistical correlation between the preval_ence of heavy smoking at home and the incidence of the disorder in toddlers. Furthermore, a relationship has been established between the two. The administration of Puskesmas Medan Denai is expected to step up their efforts to reach out to families that smoke in the house and educate them. The possible health effects of smoking on family members, especially toddlers, in the Puskesmas Medan Denai neighborhood will be the focus of these programs. Cigarette smoking inside is advised in order to lessen the likelihood of health issues associated with ISPA disorders in children.

Abstract

Officially informed that school will be held face-to-face students complain of stress about this, to achieve a level of readiness, physical and psychic conditions are needed that support each other's readiness in the learning process. To: Identify stress levels, and self-readiness in students when returning to school, Analyze the relationship between stress levels and students' self-readiness when returning to school post-online Types This study is an observational analytic with a go-sectional approach. This has a look at what was used to find the relationship between impartial variables and based variables. This research method can be done by using surveys, questionnaires, and interviews of strain tiers with students' self-readiness at mild pressure ranges of 31 people (forty three.7%), mild as many as 21 human beings (29.6%), weight as many as 15 humans (21.1%), and really heavy 4 human beings (5.6%) with a p-fee of zero.003 (.zero.1/2) so that Ha is time-honored this means that there is a stress relationship with students' self-readiness whilst returning to high school after the Covid-19 pandemic at Yapim Sibiru-biru private excessive college in 2022 There is a relationship between stress levels and students' self-readiness when they return to school after the COVID-19 pandemic at Yapim Sibiru-biru Private High School in 2022. Abstract

Cancer is a worldwide health issue. Many breast cancer patients are treated with chemotherapy, which causes them to experience stress. Stress has an impact on the immune system. Sufferers who are stressed are more likely to have bodily discomfort. Breast cancer patients receiving chemotherapy can benefit from music therapy. Music provides organized aural stimulation in the form of melody, rhythm, harmony, form, and style. This study employs quantitative research and a quasi-experimental research design with a one-group preset-posttest design technique. The data was evaluated using the paired sample test. There are 34 samples available that were collected utilizing the entire sampling method. Data was gathered using questionnaires and observation sheets. The bivariate analysis gave a p-value of 0.0080.05, indicating that the Effectiveness of Mozart Music Therapy on Reducing Stress Levels in Breast Cancer Patients Undergoing Chemotherapy at Sembiring Deli Tua Hospital in 2024 will be present.

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi kecerdasan buatan (Artificial Intelligence/AI) telah membuka peluang baru dalam pembelajaran bahasa, khususnya dalam meningkatkan keterampilan berbicara bahasa Inggris. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji penerapan chatbot interaktif berbasis AI sebagai media pembelajaran Untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berbicara bahasa Inggris bagi siswa SMA Negeri 1 Deli Tua, penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain eksperimen., di mana siswa dibagi menjadi Penelitian ini melibatkan dua kelompok, yaitu kelompok kontrol dan kelompok eksperimen. Kelompok eksperimen menerima perlakuan tertentu dalam pembelajaran bahasa Inggris, sementara kelompok kontrol tidak mendapatkan perlakuan tersebut. Hasil dari kedua kelompok kemudian dibandingkan untuk menganalisis efektivitas metode yang digunakan dalam meningkatkan keterampilan berbicara siswa. Data dikumpulkan melalui pre-test dan post-test serta kuesioner untuk mengukur efektivitas chatbot dalam meningkatkan keterampilan berbicara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa siswa yang menggunakan chatbot interaktif mengalami peningkatan signifikan dalam kelancaran, pengucapan, dan kepercayaan diri dalam berbicara bahasa Inggris dibandingkan dengan siswa dalam kelompok perbandingan. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa chatbot berbasis AI dapat berfungsi sebagai sarana yang efektif untuk mendukung pembelajaran bahasa Inggris yang lebih interaktif dan disesuaikan secara personal.
