Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that trigger SHU in multi-business cooperatives in Jepara. The object of this research is the multi-business cooperative in Jepara district. The method of data collection in this study uses the method of literature study and documentation carried out at the Department of Cooperatives, small and medium enterprises, Manpower and Transmigration, Jepara. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the factors that trigger SHU are the number of members, cooperative assets, business volume, own capital and external capital. The results of the t-test analysis show that the number of members, cooperative assets, own capital and outside capital have a positive effect on SHU, while the variable volume of business has a negative effect on the SHU.

Abstract

The goal of this study is to find out how instructors employ the Communicative Language Teaching approach in the English classroom, as well as the strategies and resources they use to help students develop their speaking skills.This can be seen from the class activities, speaking materials until the strategies that has been implemented in some research. This article takes the form of a review of documents and literatures, with an evaluation of knowledge as the basis. As a result, as a teacher, you may learn from other countries that have successfully implemented and developed CLT in improving students' speaking skills.

Abstract

Abstract: The Employee’s performance appraisal is something that must be done by the company or organization to be able to evaluate the company's development. Permata Hati Duri Hospital conducts employee performance appraisals every month. This study aims to create an employee performance appraisal system that can facilitate the hospital when evaluating employee performance. The assessment criteria used are competence, professionalism, communication, management and friendliness with. This research uses TOPSIS method, PHP and MySQL programming as database. The sample used is 10 employees. The final result obtained in the system is the result of ranking employee.            Keywords: employee performance appraisal; topsis.  Abstrak: Penilaian kinerja karyawan adalah hal yang harus dilakukan oleh perusahaan atau organisasi untuk dapat mengevaluasi perkembangan perusahaan. Rumah Sakit Permata Hati Duri melakukan penilaian kinerja terhadap karyawan pada setiap bulannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan membuat sistem penilaian kinerja karyawan yang dapat memudahkan pihak rumah sakit saat melakukan penilaian kinerja karyawan. Kriteria penilaian yang digunakan adalah kompetensi, profesionalisme, komunikasi, manajemen dan keramahan dengan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode TOPSIS, pemograman PHP dan MySQL sebagai database. Adapun sampel yang digunakan adalah 10 karyawan. Hasil akhir yang didapatkan pada sistem berupa hasil perangkingan nilai karyawan. Kata kunci: penilaian kinerja karyawan; topsis.

Abstract

Good communication between midwives and pregnant women greatly influences maternal satisfaction in receiving health services from midwives, so that a sense of mutual trust is built between midwives and pregnant women. This mutual trust will have an impact on changes in attitudes for both service providers and service recipients. the proportion of pregnancy checks in North Sumatra Province was 92.4%, while those who did not have pregnancy checks was 7.6%. The ANC K1 coverage rate in North Sumatra Province was 90.0%, while ANC K4 was 85.9%. This shows that ANC coverage in North Sumatra Province is still low because the national ANC target is 95%. The general aim of this research is to analyze the relationship between midwife communication and the level of satisfaction of pregnant women with ANC services at the Gebang Community Health Center, Langkat Regency in 2024. The research method used is quantitative, information about what you want to know is examined using numerical data through a retrospective survey. Conducting a retrospective survey is one method of collecting historical data. This research uses a cross-sectional strategy. The sample for this in-depth research was all midwives in the Gebang Health Center working area, totaling 40 people. Data analysis uses univariate and bivariate analysis. From the statistical test results, it was obtained that p.value = 0.004 and ? = 0.05, where the value of P.value (0.004) < ? (0.05), so it can be concluded that there is a relationship between midwife communication and pregnant women's satisfaction with antenatal care services in Health Center. Gebang Langkat Regency in 2024. Midwives are expected to further improve their good communication skills with patients by participating in training on effective communication methods so that patients feel satisfied with the services provided.

Abstract

Background: Mother's unpreparedness in facing childbirth is one of the factors causing the high maternal mortality rate (MMR) and infant mortality rate (IMR). The occurrence of maternal deaths related to knowledge about childbirth. To determine the relationship between the knowledge of pregnant women about childbirth and the readiness of third trimester pregnant women in facing childbirth at the Leyangan Health Center. Method: The research design is correlational analytic with a cross sectional approach. The population of this study were all third trimester pregnant women who assessed pregnancy at the Leyangan Health Center, the sample studied was 31 people taken using the accidental sampling method. Data collection tool using a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using the Chi Square test which was processed with the SPSS data processing program. Result: Research results show pregnant women in the third trimester had mostly good knowledge about childbirth (51.6%) and had good readiness to face childbirth (51.6%). There is a significant relationship between knowledge about childbirth and readiness for childbirth in third trimester pregnant women at the Leyangan Health Center, East Ungaran District, Semarang Regency, with a p value of 0.000 (α = 0.05). Conclusion: The conclusion of this study is that the better the knowledge about childbirth, the better the readiness that pregnant women have in facing childbirth. Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas pelayanan Pos Bantuan Hukum (Posbakum) di Pengadilan Agama Parepare dalam rangka pelaksanaan Peraturan Mahkamah Agung (PERMA) No. 1 Tahun 2014 tentang Pedoman Pemberian Layanan Hukum bagi Masyarakat Tidak Mampu di Pengadilan. di mana Posbakum terbukti menjadi sarana penting bagi masyarakat kurang mampu untuk memperoleh akses terhadap keadilan, khususnya dalam perkara perdata keluarga. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendampingan dan edukasi hukum melalui pemberian informasi, konsultasi, serta asistensi penyusunan dokumen hukum. Selain itu, dilakukan pula pengamatan lapangan serta diskusi dengan para pihak yang berperkara. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa Posbakum berperan efektif dalam membantu pencari keadilan memahami prosedur berperkara, menyusun gugatan atau permohonan secara lebih tepat, serta memperoleh rujukan hukum yang sesuai. Meskipun demikian, masih terdapat tantangan berupa keterbatasan sumber daya manusia, tingginya volume perkara, serta rendahnya literasi hukum masyarakat. Kegiatan pengabdian ini menyimpulkan bahwa Posbakum merupakan instrumen strategis dalam mewujudkan asas peradilan yang sederhana, cepat, dan biaya ringan. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan penguatan kapasitas petugas Posbakum, peningkatan sosialisasi kepada masyarakat, serta dukungan sarana dan prasarana yang lebih memadai agar layanan hukum dapat lebih optimal.
