The purpose of this study were 1) develop a new concept of Bilateral Symmetry, which is the ability of similarity based on transparency and standardization, 2) conduct empirical testing and analyzing the effect of bilateral symmetry to the improved supply chain performance through quality of synergy in industrial automotive components. The study population includes the entire automotive component industry in Indonesia. This study used sample of 105 respondents using purposive sampling method to comply with the AMOS program. The study result shows that the ability of similarity standardization and the ability of the similarity of transparency have positive significant impact on the quality of synergy, and quality of synergy have positive significant impact on the supply chain performance. In addition, from the results of hypothesis testing found two strategies that can improve supply chain performance with 1) increasing the ability of similarity standardization and 2) improve transparency through quality of synergy.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan konsep baru bilateral symmetry, yang merupakan kemampuan kesamaan berdasarkan transparansi dan standarisasi, dan melakukan pengujian empiris dan menganalisis pengaruh simetri bilateral untuk peningkatan kinerja rantai pasokan melalui kualitas sinergi pada komponen otomotif industri. Populasi penelitian meliputi seluruh industri komponen otomotif di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel 105 responden dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling dan dianalisis dengan program AMOS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan kesamaan standarisasi dan kemampuan kesamaan transparansi berdampak signifikan positif pada kualitas sinergi, dan kualitas sinergi berdampak signifikan positif terhadap kinerja rantai pasokan. Selain itu, dari hasil pengujian hipotesis menemukan dua strategi yang dapat meningkatkan kinerja supply chain dengan meningkatkan kemampuan kesamaan standarisasi dan meningkatkan transparansi melalui kualitas sinergi.

AbstrakUsaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) merupakan salah satu penggerak perekonomian negara sekaligus sebagai tulang punggung penanggulangan kemiskinan dan pengangguran. Walaupun begitu, UMKM cenderung rentan terhadap tekanan baik dari pihak internal maupun eksternal sehingga agar tetap bisa bertahan dan berkembang, dibutuhkan dukungan dari pemerintah terutama berkaitan dengan permodalan, akses pasar dan perijinan usaha. Sebagai salah satu UMKM, usaha disain dan konveksi WE Clothing menghadapi beberapa permasalahan yaitu bagaimana memperkuat usaha yang selama ini sudah berjalan dan bagaimana meningkatkan dan memperluas pangsa pasar. Permasalahan pertama disebabkan oleh belum lengkapnya peralatan produksi yang tersedia sehingga proses produksi yang membutuhkan peralatan tersebut tidak bisa ditangani sendiri dan harus diserahkan ke pihak lain. Untuk itu solusi yang ditawarkan adalah meningkatkan pengelolaan pengembangan usaha melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan manajemen usaha dan meningkatkan kemandirian produksi dengan menyediakan alat tambahan. Masih terbatasnya pangsa pasar disebabkan oleh belum dilakukannya beberapa aktifitas dengan optimal dan masih kurangnya kepercayaan konsumen terhadap produk. Oleh karena itu solusi yang ditawarkan adalah mengembangkan web untuk memasarkan produk secara online.Hasil yang deperoleh dari solusi yang diberikan tersebut, membawa dampak positif bagi perkembangan usaha We Clothing yaitu a)ada perbaikan manajemen usaha, yaitu adanya laporan keuangan; b)adanya perbaikan kualitas produk yang lebih baik pada saat menggunakan mesin lama dibandingkan dengan pada saat menggunakan mesin baru, serta c) ada peningkatan order baik dari sisi kuantitas maupun dari sisi perluasan wilayah. This study aims to analyze the five hypotheses proposed including the effect of perceived suitability on perceived usefulness, the effect of perceived suitability on perceived ease of use, the effect of perceived ease of use on perceived usefulness, the effect of perceived usefulness on intention to use and the effect of perceived ease of use on intention to use. The population in this study were students of AKI University in Semarang. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The number of samples represented 94 respondents. The data collected were analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach and processed with the AMOS program. The result of the hypothesis shows the influence of perceived compatibility toward perceived usefulness is positively, the influence of perceived compatibility toward perceived ease of use is positively, the influence of perceived ease of use toward perceived usefulness is positively, the influence of perceived usefulness toward intention to use is is positively, and also the influence of perceived ease of use toward intention to use is positively. The results of this study prove that intention to use Mobile Banking is influenced by the perception of usefulness and the perception of ease of use which is influenced by the perceived suitability factor.

The focus of this study is to analyze the impact of the movement of the Nikkei 225 Index, the Dow Jones Index, Fed Interest Rates, and Inflation on the JCI. Determination of the sample in this study using a saturated sampling method with a total of 60 samples. The data obtained were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques with the SPSS program. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion in this study, the results showed that the Nikkei 225 Index and the Fed Interest Rate had a negative effect on the JCI, while the Dow Jones Index had a positive effect on the JCI. The results of this study also show that inflation has no effect on the JCI. This study provides empirical evidence for investors that the increase in the Composite Stock Price Index is inversely proportional to the Nikkei 225 Index, and Fed interest rates, but directly proportional to the Dow Jones Index. This means that an increase in the Dow Jones Index will be followed by an increase in the JCI, but if an increase in the Nikkei 225 Index and the Fed interest rate will lower the JCI.

This study aims to examine the effects of profitability, net profit growth, company liquidity, company size, company growth, capital structure, and dividend policy on the value of the firms listed on the index of IDX Sharia Growth at the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The samples used were 64 samples. The results of this study showed that profitability, net profit growth, company liquidity, company size, capital structure and dividend policy have a significant positive effect on firm value, while company growth has no effect on firm value. Profitability has the greatest effect in influencing the firm value. The results of the study concluded that investors pay more attention to company profitability than other factors in buying company shares. Thus, companies need to maximize the profits to attract investors, so that the stock price and firm value will increase.

There are three objectives in this study, namely to see the effect of company scale, liquidity and capital structure on internal financial performance. The research population took the financial data of companies or issuers of LQ-45 shares of 56 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2020 period. The sample used was 36 companies with the criteria for issuing complete financial reports for the 2017-2020 period. Methods of data analysis using quantitative data with the classical assumption test, multiple regression test, hypothesis testing and test the coefficient of determination. All the results from the research show a significant effect but with different directions of the relationship. Increasing the prosperity of owners or shareholders is one of the goals of companies that have gone public. The high prosperity will increase the market performance of companies going public. The purpose of this study is to determine the role of financial performance in improving the stock price of companies going public. The population used in this research is 65 companies in the consumer goods sector that are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2017-2019 period. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method, in order to obtain a sample of 60 companies that meet the sample criteria. The data analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis, descriptive analysis, normality test, coefficient of determination, and t test. Financial performance variables are measured from three ratios, namely solvency ratios, profitability ratios, and activity ratios. The results showed that the solvency ratio and profitability ratio have a significant influence on the stock price of companies going public. The activity ratio shows that the results cannot affect the stock price of companies going public

The company must have a unique strategy to help grow its business. One of the ways to strengthen the company's business is by estimating the company's profit. This is because with an estimated profit, the company can manage the transactions made. Some companies still use a manual profit determination process that requires several steps. Processes that are carried out manually result in a long time, which can cause delays in completing tasks and results that are less accurate than desired. Multiple linear regression is an algorithm used to determine the relationship between the dependent variable and at least two independent variables. This algorithm is a type of supervised learning algorithm that develops estimation models based on input data. The use of this algorithm is included in part of machine learning. Implementation of machine learning to calculate company profit estimates using the Python programming language. From the estimation results using multiple linear regression and Python programming, the result is that multiple linear regression can be utilized or used to predict company profits. 98% of Profit is influenced by independent factors, namely R&D Spend and Marketing Spend, while the remaining 2% is influenced by variables that are not included in this calculation.
