Abstract

Abstract The high level of service in the current era of globalization requires every organization to be able to adjust and determine its strategy in dealing with changes that occur in order to improve services. In every process, every organization is inseparable from the human resources in it. Human Resources have a major role in all organizational activities. Without human resources, all organizational activities will not run well. What in the current covid-19 pandemic, the organization has all the Human Resources who are able to handle work at home. employees work to have more expertise in using technology because it does not support them to be in the office. The purpose of this study is to determine the description of work standards, employee criteria and employee performance, to analyze the effect of work standards and employee criteria on employee performance, to determine the effect of work standards on employee performance and to determine the effect of employee criteria on employee performance. The population and sample in this study were employees of the Department of Youth, Sports and Tourism of Malang City, amounting to 46 employees. Based on the data used, this research uses descriptive quantitative research methods. The sampling technique in this study is a saturated sampling technique. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis using hypothesis testing by performing t test and F test. Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine (1) the effect of price, product design, product quality and promotion on purchasing decisions of Honda automatic motorcycles at the Putra Rinjani Dealer Tulungagung, (2) the effect of price on purchasing decisions of Honda automatic motorcycles, (3) the influence of design product on purchasing decisions of Honda automatic motorcycles, (4) the effect of product quality on purchasing decisions of Honda automatic motorcycles, (5) the influence of promotion on Honda automatic motorcycle purchase decisions. This study uses a quantitative explanatory research method by distributing questionnaires to 145 respondents of Honda motorcycle consumers at the Putra Rinjani Dealer Tulungagung. The results showed that (1) the variables of price, product design, product quality and promotion simultaneously influence the purchase decision of Honda automatic motorcycles, (2) Price partially does not affect the purchase decisions of Honda automatic motorcycles, (3) Partial product design partial has no effect. . affect the purchasing decision of Honda matic motorcycles, (4) product quality has partial effect on purchasing decisions of Honda matic motorcycles, (5) promotion has partial effect on purchasing decisions of Honda matic motorcycles. Keywords: Price, Product Design, Product Quality, Promotion and Purchase Decision

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to examine the Effect of Character, Capacity, Capital, Collateral, Condition of Economy through Bank Trust on Credit Quality to BRI Unit Tanjungrejo Malang Bank customers. The number of samples was determined using the Slovin formula and the results obtained were 97 respondents. The data were obtained by distributing questionnaires to BRI Unit Tanjungrejo Malang Bank customers who were selected by purposive sampling. Data analysis in this study used SPSS version 23. Data testing techniques used in this study included validity testing, reliability testing, normality testing, path analysis (path analysis), and research hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that Character, Capacity, Capital, Collateral and Condition of Economy partially have a direct effect on Bank Confidence. Character, Capacity, Capital, Collateral partially have a direct effect on Credit Quality. Meanwhile, the Condition of Economy has no direct effect on Credit Quality. Bank trust can mediate Character, Capacity, Capital, Collateral on Credit Quality. But bank trust cannot mediate the Condition of Economy on Credit Quality. Keywords: 5C, Bank Trust, Credit Quality

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze brand image, social media, and tourist attraction that influence simultaneously and partially on interest in visiting the tourism object of the Kayutangan Heritage Village, Malang City. In measuring this variable, the dependent variable is interest in visiting while the independent variables are brand image, social media, and tourist attraction. In this research, the type of research used is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The quantitative research method is a type of research whose specifications are systematic, planned and clearly structured from the start to the creation of the research design. The method used in managing data uses multiple linear regression analysis through the SPSS program. The data used are primary data as well as secondary data obtained using interview techniques, questionnaires, direct and indirect observation. The sample in this study is unknown so in this study using the maholtra formula with details of 14 indicators x 5 = 70. From data processing, it was found that simultaneously and partially the variables Brand image, Social media, and Tourist attraction affect Interest in visiting objects Kayutangan Heritage Village Tour, Malang City. Keywords: Brand image, Social media, Tourist attraction, Interest in visiting

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze and describe the effect of content marketing, influencers and online customer reviews on purchasing decisions on social media users on TikTok (a case study of unisma feb students class of 2019. The population in this study were S1 students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang, class of 2019, both from the Management study program as many as 598 students, Accounting as many as 213 students, and Islamic Banking as many as 93 students with a total of 904 people.Then from this number a sample was taken of 90 people using the malhotra formula.The variables used in this research are decision variables purchase (the dependent variable), while the independent variables are content marketing, influencer and online customer review.The results of this study concluded that there was a positive and significant influence between content marketing, influencer and online customer review variables on purchasing decisions and simultaneously concluded that there was an influence between content marketing, influencer and online customer review variables on purchasing decisions. Keywords: purchase decision, content marketing, influencer and online customer review.

Abstract

Abstract This research was conducted on employees of Dinoyo Health Center. This study aims to analyze the influence of the work environment on employee performance, to analyze the effect of work stress on employee performance, to analyze the effect of work family conflict on employee performance, to analyze the effect of work environment, work stress and work family conflict on the performance of Dinoyo Health Center employees. This type of research uses quantitative methods. The sample used in this study was 55 employees using saturated samples. The data analysis method used in this study was multiple linear regression. The data testing used is simultaneous hypothesis testing (Test F) and partial hypothesis testing (Test t). The results of this study showed that the work environment was partially positive significantly on the performance of Dinoyo Health Center employees. Work stress is partially significant positive for the performance of Dinoyo Health Center employees. work family conflict is partially significant positive for the performance of Dinoyo Health Center employees. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze and describe the effect of trust, convenience, and service quality on purchasing decisions at e-commerce shopee (study of management students from the Faculty of Economics and Business class of 2019). The population in this study were 598 undergraduate management students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang, from the Management study program. Then, from this number, 86 samples weretaken using the slovin formula. The variables used in this study are purchasing decision variables (the dependent variable), while the independent variables are trust, convenience, and service quality.The results of this study concluded that partially there is an influence between the variables of trust, convenience, and quality of service on purchasing decisions. Keywords: purchase decision, trust, convenience, service quality

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of celebrity endorsements, brand experience and E-WOM on purchasing decisions for Ms Glow skincare products for Ms Glow consumers in Malang City. This research uses explanatory research method with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used the incidental sampling technique which was carried out in Malang City using the Malhotra formula, namely the number of indicators multiplied by 5 so that a sample of 75 respondents was obtained. Data collection techniques using online questionnaires. Methods of data analysis using validity test, reliability test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS analysis tool. Hypothesis testing uses the F test for simultaneous testing and the t test for partial testing. The results of this study indicate that celebrity endorsements, brand experience and E-WOM simultaneously influence purchasing decisions. Partially celebrity endorsements, brand experience and E-WOM have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions and the coefficient of determination (Adjusted R2) is 0.760 or 76.0%. Keywords: Celebrity Endorsement, Brand Experience, E-WOM, Purchase Decision

Abstract

Abstract This study is the result of conducting a survey on the hedonic amount of shopping and shopping life influences the impact of improving the behavior of visitors in the Malang Olympic Mall with positive emotions as a mediating variable. The survey was conducted in the city of Malanga with a sample of 75 respondents. The sampling technique used in this study is non-probability sampling and the type of sampling is convenience sampling. Data collection methods were completed by those who sent barcoded questionnaires and measured 15 indicators using a 5-point Likert scale. The data analysis technique used to answer the hypotheses was Smart PLS software constructed using 4 latent variables and reflective indicators. The results of this study show that (1) The hedonic value of shopping has a positive and significant impact on positive emotions. (2) The shopping lifestyle has a great positive influence on positive emotions. (3) Positive emotions have a significant positive influence on impulse buying behavior. (4) The hedonic value of a purchase has a positive impact on purchasing behavior. (5) Shopping lifestyle has a positive and negligible influence on positive emotions. (6) The intervention variable value of successful shopping has a great influence on impulsive buying behavior through positive emotions. Abstract

Abstract The capital market has a large role in the economy of a country because the capital market performs 2 functions at once, namely the economic function and the financial function. In 2021, the Indonesian capital market is the highest achievement since the world was faced with the Covid - 19 Pandemic situation. Capital market activity throughout 2021 was proven by the increasing number of capital market investors reaching 7.48 million as of December 2021. From this phenomenon, the Healthcare sector is one of the 12 sectors in IDX-IC which has statistically significant development even though in 2018 – 2019 it experienced a drastic decline due to several company values that were considered overvalued. Therefore, the role of the company is very important in increasing the value of the company to attract investors and be able to compete with other competitors. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of capital structure (DER), profitability (ROA), and intellectual capital (VAICTM) on firm value (PBV) in the Healthcare sector for the period 2019 – 2021. This study uses a quantitative method with the type of data used as secondary data. Data analysis in this study used panel data regression with EViews 12. From the test results it can be seen that the capital structure variabel has no significant effect, while the profitability and intellectual capital variabels have a significant positive effect on company value in the Healthcare sector which is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019-2021 period. Keywords: capital structure, profitability, intellectual capital, company value, Healthcare sector
