Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of career development and maintenance of human resources (HR) on employee productivity. This research uses quantitative methods. The data collection method in this study used a questionnaire with a total sample of 129 employees. The data analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis with hypothesis testing using the F test and t test. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion, the conclusions that can be drawn are as follows. (1) Based on the results of the F test, it is concluded that Career Development and Maintenance of Human Resources (HR) have a simultaneous influence on Employee Work Productivity, (2) The results obtained in this study can be concluded that partially Career Development has a significant positive effect on Work Productivity Employees, (3) The results obtained in this study can be concluded that partially Maintenance of Human Resources (HR) has a significant positive effect on Employee Work Productivity. Keywords: Career Development, Maintenance of Human Resources (HR), Employee Productivity

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to assess the impact of the promotion & quality service of the ShopeeFood consumers contentment among management students at the Islamic University of Malang. This research used quantitative approach method, which includes survey research with the slovin formula for 86 respondents sampling. Furthermore, the data was collected through questionnaires using Google Forms to the population of Management Students. This research used Multiple linear Regression for analytical data methods. Based on the findings of this research indicate that both promotion and sercive quality had a significant impact on consumer contentment among ShopeeFood users. Keywords: Promotion, Service, ShopeeFood

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of organizational culture, employee engagement and organizational citizenship behavior. The sample used in this study was 78 respondents using the saturated sample technique. The data analysis method used in this study is quantitative data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. Testing the data used is testing the simultaneous hypothesis (Test F) and partial hypothesis (Test t). The results of this study indicate that simultaneously the variables of organizational culture, employee engagement and organizational citizenship behavior have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the Malang City Population and Civil Registration Office. Meanwhile, partially (t test) organizational culture variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, employee engagement variable has no significant effect on employee performance and organizational citizenship behavior variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Malang City. Keywords : Organizational Culture, Employee Engagement, Organizational Citizenship Behavior and Employee Perfomance

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the influence of lifestyle and reference groups on the purchase decision of Asus and Acer brand laptops. This type of research is quantitative research. The sampling technique was obtained using the purposive sampling method with the number of samples obtained as many as 70 respondents who were students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang who used Asus and Acer laptops. The data analysis used in this study used validity and reliability tests, normality tests, multiple linear regression analysis, multicollinearity tests, heterokedasticity tests, t tests and R2 coefficients of determination. The results of this study show that style has a positive and significant effect on the purchase decision of Asus and Acer laptops and the reference group has a positive and significant effect on the purchase decision of Asus and Acer laptops.  Keywords : Lifestyle, Reference Groups Purchasing Decision.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of individual characteristics, job caharacteristics and organizational characteristics on the employee job satisfaction variable in the case study at the Wera District Office, Bima Regency. The sample used was all employees of the Wera District Office, Bima Regency, as many 70 respondent. Data collection methods used in this study were questiooaires and interviews.Based on the results of this study it is know that individual characteristics, job characteristics and organizational characteristics have a simultaneous influence on the variable of job satisfaction of employees at the Wera District Office, Bima Regency. Individual characteristics have a significant influence on the variable of job satisfaction of employees at the Wera District Office, Bima Regency. Job characteristics have a significant nfluence on the variable of job satisfaction of employees at the Wera District Office, Bima Regency. Organizational characteristics have no partial effect on the variable of job satisfaction of employees at the Wera District Office, Bima Regency. Keywords: Individual Characteristics, Job Characteristics, Organizational Characteristics And Job Satisfaction.

Abstract

MSMEs are one of the business groups that have a fairly large number and survive despite the economic crisis. MSMEs have great potential in national and sectoral economic development. The number of types and products owned by MSMEs so that they have tight competitiveness in direct marketing activities. The use of social media and marketplaces is an opportunity to switch from traditional marketing to modern internet-based or online marketing to reach a wider target market. Amadanom Village is one of the villages that produces agricultural and plantation products, one of which is coffee. In addition to producing agricultural and plantation products, Amadanom Village also has several kinds of MSMEs, one of which is the business of ginger chips and coconut sago. However, business owners are not aware of the importance of using online marketing as a form of marketing in the digital era. The use of the marketplace is an effort to help digitize the role of MSMEs in Amadanom Village, especially the ginger chip business. The methods used in this service are interviews and training. The purpose of this activity is to provide awareness of the importance of online marketing and training to create an account at marketspace. As a result, the business owner already has his own sales account to market his products. With this training and introduction about online marketing, ginger chip business owners in Amadanom Village can be more aware of and improve their production and marketing system.
