Abstract

Aviation business is a capital intensive and high risk in terms of safety. Legislation in force in Indonesia requires enterprises should cost in the form of a limited liability company that is obliged to deposit the basic capital of 500 billion rupiah. The capital cannot be made in working capital which is useful for the collateral to a third party. The regulations for a limited liability company are to be established by at least 2 people. The purpose of this research is to analyze the linkage of the board directors and the status of aviation industry licensing law. The position of the legal status of business entities where shareholder is only one person is to be studied in this descriptive study. The result shows that the airlines company should provide the capital risk and high insurance of the third party. UUPT also has given the authority of the shareholders (who owns 20 % of the share) to be decision makers in the company. However, without independent surveillance, it is possible that the shareholders do some mistakes in making decisions. Some mistakes are related to the policy, the using of authorized capital, and others. Keywords : limited liability company, business aviation, legal status.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study examines the effects of the recruitment process to performance at 5 Star Hotel Jakarta.Recruitment process is an independent variable, performance is dependent variable. Explanatory research withdescriptive and correlation method is new employees.The number of sample is 101 respondents. The purposive sampling technique is applied with criteria at 5Star Hotel Jakarta. Data are collected with questionnaires and processed with data analysis.These results indicate that the reliability test was very high (0.880) and based on 22 instruments statementonly 1 was invalid. It showed that 101 new employees as respondents consistently answered because theyunderstood and experienced. Each variable has an average value of 4.11 for the recruitment process that isimportant for new employees and 4.16 for performance that is well. The recruitment process has a lowcorrelation with performance is 0.329. The recruitment process also has a little effect on performance is 10.8%.Based on these results, This 5 Star Hotel should improve the recruitment procedure, increase a conducive,and comfortable working atmosphere.

Abstract

Usaha pembuatan roti merupakan usaha yang cukup digemari karenapangsa pasarnya besar (Kontan.co.id, 30 Oktober 2017). Banyaknya usaha dibidang ini membuat produsen harus melakukan strategi untuk mengendalikankualitas produknya dan suatu usaha harus mempunyai suatu rencana yang matangagar usaha tersebut mempunyai tujuan yang jelas untuk dicapai. Untuk bisamencapai tujuan tersebut yaitu produsen harus bisa mengatur manajemen sumberdaya manusia dengan baik seperti melakukan pelatihan, pengembangan skill danpembinaan terhadap karyawan. Selain itu karyawan harus dituntut menjadikaryawan yang disiplin agar mereka dapat bekerja sesuai dengan apa yang sudahdirencanakan oleh perusahaan agar tujuan itu tercapai. Dalam suatu perusahaanharuslah mempunyai uraian kerja yang jelas untuk bisa menunjang kelancaranpada saat bekerja. Pada perusahaan ini memiliki posisi kerja yang utama yaituGeneral Manager dan Chef de Partie Pastry yang akan mengawasi jalannyapekerjaan sekaligus menjadi panutan bagi bawahannya. Untuk bisa mengawasi haltersebut maka dibutuhkanlah sosok pemimpin yang diantaranya memiliki sifattegas, rasa tanggung jawab dan dapat berkomunikasi dengan baik kepadabawahannya. Selain itu juga seorang pemimpin harus bisa memotivasi agarbawahannya itu memiliki semangat untuk bekerja dan pada akhirnya dapatmewujudkan apa yang diinginkan oleh perusahaan.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatankualitatif, dengan menggunakan cara yang mengacu pada context of discovery,pada dasarnya mengharapkan penemuan sesuatu yang nantinya dapat diangkatmenjadi hipotesis bagi penelitian selanjutnya maka hasil penelitian kualitatif initidak dapat digeneralisasikan.Perusahaan harus memiliki perencanaan SDM agar apapun kendala yangakan terjadi dalam perusahaan tersebut dapat berjalan dengan baik dan sesuaidengan yang diharapkan.

Abstract

Menyongsong diberlakukannya ekonomi pasar bebas dimana kompetisi dan globalisasimenjadi ciri utama, maka tuntutan tersedianya Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) dengan daya saingtinggi menjadi satu keharusan. Peran sumber daya manusia sangat diperlukan untuk mengadopsisegala perubahan yang terjadi, hal ini menjadi penting apabila disuatu daerah telah terjadipengembangan menjadi desa mandiri bahkan desa wisata. Masyarakat Desa Pasir Angin merupakanmitra yang memerlukan program pembinaan keterampilan kepariwisataan agar dapat menjadibagian dari proses industri perhotelan, restoran dan obyek wisata yang banyak bertumbuhan disekitar pedesaan.Melalui konsep Eco Village, yaitu suatu konsep tata ruang dan wilayah yangmemperhatikan kualitas penduduknya. Tujuan dari pembangunan Eco Village ini adalahmenciptakan kemandirian masyarakat desa dengan memerhatikan keberlanjutan sumber daya yangada di desa, diharapkan dapat membantu pemberdayaan sumberdaya alam dan manusia desa dalammemanfaatkan potensi yang dimiliki. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode survey dan menggunakanteknik observasi, Focus Group Discussion dan aplikasi konsep eco village.Pelaksanaan pengabdian di Desa Pasir Angin dengan konsep ?eco village? dapat dikatakanberhasil dari dimensi ekologi, sosiologis dan spiritual, namun dalam hal motivasi melakukanpemasaran dari beberapa hasil olahan produk desa yang belum mendapatkan hasil dan beberapapotensi desa belum mendapatkan ide dalam memberdayakannya.

Abstract

Coffee is a drink that is preferred among the people. Coffee is a type of beverage that comes from the processing and extraction of coffee beans. Coffee comes from Arabic qahwah which means strength. Coffee can be said as a drink that provides energy. At this time there was a booming coffee shop business. These days the emergence of various types of coffee shops that sell various types of coffee drinks are supported by the interior and various unique concepts that can not be separated from people’s lives. This has led to consumptive behavior that mainly occurs among young people so they are happy to be in a coffee shop. This study aims to explain and find out whether there is an influence of lifestyle on a person’s purchasing decisions in the Coffee Memories of Gandaria City, especially among young people. The independent variables used in this study are Activity, Interest and Opinion. Sample population used in this study are visitors or consumers who are or have made purchases of Kengangan Gandaria City Coffee as many as 100 people. This research uses descriptive method. Based on the results of the determination test shows the number of 0.700 so it can be concluded that purchasing decisions are significantly influenced by lifestyle. This shows that the occurrence of consumptive lifestyles that affect a person in making purchase decisions. Lifestyle variables on opinion indicators provide the most powerful influence compared to other indicators. Keywords: lifestyle, buyer decision, coffe shop, food and beverage product

Abstract

Compared to other ASEAN countries, Thailand excels in terms of tourism growth in 2016. The period of January to October 2016, 27.076.308 Indonesian tourists visited Thailand, while Thailand’s tourists visit to Indonesia only 9.403.614. Why it happened? Whereas Indonesia including the 6 most beautiful country sites version Rough Guides, beating some countries such as the UK, Switzerland and Finland, and was chosen because of the cluster of gathering, cultural diversity, volcanoes, and even Indonesia became the only Asian country in the top 10 Tourism is worldwide. Tourism is currently experiencing a shift in the role. For many cities in Indonesia, travel has become a primary need. Motivational factors are also related to visitor’s satisfaction because different destination may have different factors that attract visitor to the place. The research method used in this study is descriptive with quantitative approach. The research instrument is questionnaire with 5-point likert scale, distributed either directly on the site with 397 respondents who have ever travelled to the locations under study.
