Abstract

This study aims to provide an overview of the application of the concept of green or green concept in hotels. The desire to get a comfortable atmosphere is certainly supported by fresh air from nature in addition to other facilities such as cleanliness. In certain circumstances, hotel stays can be done in cities with high pollution levels. Green building concept hotel selection is certainly one of the considerations by some guests who indeed prioritize the comfortable atmosphere obtained from the fresh air. the same thing is more easily obtained at hotels located in mountainous areas or beaches, especially during a pandemic because of the covid 19. The research used descriptive research methods and survey methods were used through in-depth interviews. From the analysis of several hotels that claim to use the concept of green concept, the results obtained are not all hotels apply the concept of green concept entirely,even though the hotel is located in mountainous and coastal areas, whereas the green concept is very appropriate in using wisely and ensuring the continuity of the supply of natural resources and the environment in the future and maintaining air quality by optimizing air circulation and sunlight (CHSE standards). Abstract

This study aims to determine the awareness of halal and halal labels on the interest in buying Korean instant noodles in school teenagers in Jakarta. The research method used is multiple regression analysis method. The population is all school youth in Jakarta, while the sample is 100 people. Sampling by means of cluster sampling. The results showed that partially halal awareness had a significant effect on buying interest, while the halal label had no significant effect on buying interest. The greater the understanding of teenagers who love Korean instant noodles about halal, the more positive the behavior of teenagers towards things related to halal that affect buying interest. Factors that influence teenagers' buying interest in Korean instant noodles are not seen from the halal label but because the teenager really likes Korean culture from all kinds of food, clothing, music, movies, cosmetics and so on. Korean instant noodle producers are expected to continue to prioritize the halal label because teenage consumers understand their awareness to consume halal food which is important for health. Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the halal label on Korean noodle food on the buying interest of adolescent consumers. The population in this study were teenagers in the city of Jakarta. The number of samples that were successfully processed were 100 teenagers as respondents using random sampling method. This research uses simple regression analysis analysis. Data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires to 100 adolescent respondents in Jakarta. The test results in this study found that the halal label on Korean noodle food had a significant effect on the buying interest of teenage consumers. Halal labels are the basis for purchasing decisions for teenage consumers to fulfill religious beliefs, with the presence of halal labels on Korean noodle foods, it can be ensured that the food consumed is of good quality and good for health, which pays attention to the ingredients. The implication of this research is for business people to consider adding halal labels to their products, especially if they are marketed in countries with a majority Muslim population. Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh label halal pada makanan mie Korea terhadap minat beli konsumen remaja. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah remaja di kota Jakarta. Jumlah sampel yang berhasil diolah adalah 100 remaja sebagai responden dengan menggunakan metode random sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis analisis regresi sederhana. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 100 responden remaja di Jakarta. Hasil pengujian dalam penelitian ini menemukan bahwa label halal pada makanan mie Korea berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen remaja. Label halal menjadi dasar keputusan pembelian konsumen remaja untuk memenuhi keyakinan agama, dengan adanya label halal pada makanan mie korea dapat dipastikan makanan yang dikonsumsi berkualitas baik dan baik untuk kesehatan, yang memperhatikan kandungan bahannya. Implikasi penelitian ini adalah bagi para pelaku bisnis harus mempertimbangkan penambahan label halal pada produknya, khususnya jika dipasarkan di negara yang mayoritas berpenduduk muslim.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the quality of Lampung Tapis Embroidery products on the welfare of the community, especially the Lampung Tapis Embroidery artisans, which are one of the typical cultural heritages of Lampung Province that need to be preserved. This study uses a descriptive correlational method through a quantitative approach with simple regression analysis using the SPSS program. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling because the population is the same as a sample of 30 artisans at PKBM Permata Metro. The data collection technique was distributing questionnaires using a Likert scale of 1 to 5. The results showed that the quality of traditional Sulam Tapis products had no significant effect on Community Welfare at PKBM Permata Metro Lampung because the income that artisans got from PKBM Permata was less than Rp. 500,000, so the artisans felt income from Tapis Embroidery was insufficient for daily food and school children's needs. PKBM Permata Metro is advised to be able to increase learning hours in Lampung Tapis embroidery and provide visual and relevant learning so that artisans easily understand techniques and materials and improve discipline, as well as readjusting craftsman wages. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of personal motivation, strong commitment and time management on work discipline. This type of research is descriptive research with a quantitative approach with multiple regression analysis using Smart PLS. The location of this research was carried out in the tourist destination Situ Cipondoh. The sampling technique uses saturated sampling because the total population is the same as the number of samples, namely 63 entrepreneurs in the Situ Cipondoh tourist destination. The results of the study partially show that personal motivation, strong commitment and time management have a significant effect on work discipline. Personal motivation in business actors strengthens energy, intrinsic drive, focus, perseverance, and consistency, and encourages self-development and increases overall business success. Strong commitment to business actors is an important factor in building and maintaining high work discipline in the business world and encourages an attitude of responsibility, resilience, consistency and high motivation, all of which contribute to business success and growth. Good time management helps businesses identify important tasks, create a structured schedule, increase efficiency, reduce stress and improve the quality of their work, all of which contribute to productivity and business success. Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the work environment and work system on the work motivation of entrepreneurs at Cipadu Market. This type of research is descriptive research with a quantitative approach using multiple regression analysis methods, which was carried out at Cipadu Market. The partial research results show that the work environment and work system have a significant influence on the work motivation of entrepreneurs at Cipadu Market. The work environment has a significant influence on the work motivation of entrepreneurs because it is related to factors such as emotional support, market facilities, the role of market leaders, the level of competition, as well as economic conditions and textile market trends which play a role in influencing their motivation. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of service quality dimensions on customer interest in returning to the Veteran Payakumbuh Bintaro Restaurant. The background to this research is driven by the importance of service quality in the culinary industry to increase customer satisfaction and build loyalty. This research uses a quantitative approach with a multiple regression method involving four independent variables (responsiveness, assurance, empathy, physical evidence) and one dependent variable, namely interest in returning to visit. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires with a Likert scale to 100 respondents selected by accidental sampling. The research results show that all dimensions of service quality have a significant influence on intention to revisit, with responsiveness having the greatest influence. The variables of assurance, empathy and concrete evidence also contribute significantly to increasing customer interest in returning. Based on these findings, it is recommended that restaurant managers increase staff responsiveness, provide assurance and empathy training, and ensure that the physical condition of the restaurant is always maintained. Customers are encouraged to provide constructive feedback and create a positive experience during their visit. Thus, good service quality can strengthen customer loyalty and increase the frequency of return visits.

Abstract

Dalam era digital, pariwisata global mengalami transformasi yang signifikan, termasuk di Indonesia. Desa Borobudur, Magelang, sebagai salah satu destinasi wisata unggulan, menghadapi tantangan dalam mempertahankan daya saing di pasar global. Pemilik homestay di desa ini perlu mengadopsi teknologi digital dan meningkatkan kemampuan komunikasi mereka untuk memenuhi kebutuhan wisatawan internasional, khususnya dari negara-negara berbahasa Prancis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji tantangan yang dihadapi pemilik homestay di Desa Borobudur dan menawarkan solusi berupa pelatihan bahasa Prancis yang terintegrasi dengan keterampilan digital. Pelatihan ini dirancang untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pemilik homestay dalam berinteraksi dengan wisatawan berbahasa Prancis serta memanfaatkan teknologi digital untuk promosi yang lebih efektif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan terintegrasi ini tidak hanya membantu meningkatkan kualitas layanan homestay, tetapi juga memperluas jangkauan pasar internasional dan berkontribusi pada peningkatan ekonomi lokal.
