Abstract

The purpose of this study is to obtain empirical evidence that there is an influence between the variables of profitability, liquidity, and leverage on bond ratings in property and real estate companies in the 2019-2021 period.. This type of research is quantitative research. The data used in this study is secondary data. The population in this study includes all property and real estate companies listed on the IDX in the 2019-2021 period. The sample in this study were 10 companies that met the criteria. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling. The data analysis used to test the hypothesis is logistic regression with a significance level of 5% and by using the SPSS version 25 tool. The results of this study indicate that the variables of profitability, liquidity, and leverage partially and simultaneously affect bond ratings.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to obtain empirical evidence that there is an influence between the variables of profitability, liquidity, and leverage on stock prices in Construction and Building Sub-Sector companies listed on the IDX. This type of research is quantitative research. The data used in this research is secondary data. The population in this study includes all construction and building companies listed on the IDX in the 2020-2022 period. The sample in this study were 8 companies that met the criteria. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling. The data analysis used to test the hypothesis is multiple regression with a significance level of 5% and by using SPSS version 23.The results of this study indicate that the profitability and liquidity variables have no effect on stock prices, while the leverage variable has a partial effect on stock prices. Profitability, liquidity, and leverage simultaneously affect stock prices.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to obtain empirical evidence of the influence of the variables Net Profit Margin (NPM), Profit Growth, and Working Capital Turnover (WCT) on stock prices in automotive companies and their components in the 2020-2022 period. This type of research is quantitative research. The data used in this research is secondary data. The population in this study includes all automotive companies and their components listed on the IDX in the 2020-2022 period. The sample in this study was 13 companies that met the criteria. The sampling technique in this research used purposive sampling. The data analysis used to test the hypothesis is multiple regression with a significance level of 5% and using SPSS version 23 tools. The results of this study show that the variables Net Profit Margin (NPM), Profit Growth, and Working Capital Turnover (WCT) have a partial influence to Stock Prices. Net Profit Margin (NPM), Profit Growth, and Working Capital Turnover (WCT) simultaneously influence stock prices.

Abstract

This research aims to obtain empirical evidence of the influence of firm size, capital structure, and liquidity variables on the financial performance of Mining Companies listed on the IDX. This type of research is quantitative research. The data used in this research is secondary data. The population in this study includes all Mining Companies listed on the IDX in the 2020-2022 periods. The sample in this study was 18 companies that met the criteria. The sampling technique in this research used purposive sampling. The data analysis used to test the hypothesis is multiple linear regression with a significance level of 5% and using SPSS version 23 tools. The results of this study show that the Firm Size and Capital Structure variables have a significant and influential effect on Financial Performance partially, while the Liquidity variable has no partial effect on Financial Performance. Firm Size, Capital Structure, and Liquidity simultaneously influence Financial Performance

Abstract

This research is intended to know the influence of economic growth, inflation, interest rate and world oil prices variables to join stock price variable in Indonesia. Population in this research is Indonesia and 68 of them were selected to be the samples for this research through purposive sampling technique. Estimates conducted by the multiple regression analysis. The data that were used in this study were secondary data, consisted of Economic Growth, Inflation, Interest Rate and World Oil Prices to joint stock price index for the year 2001-2017. The results of this research, that Based on the partial test (t test), the Inflation variable has no significant effect while the Economic Growth, Interest Rateand World Oil Prices variables have a significant effect on the variables of the Joint Stock Price Index in Indonesia. But the simultan test (F test), economic growth, inflation, interest rate and world oil prices have a significant effect on the variables of the joint stock price index.

Abstract

This research is intended to know the influence of government expenditure on education and health sector, inflation, and poverty on human development index with economic growth as a moderating variables in Indonesia. Population in this research is Indonesia and 20 of them were selected to be the samples for this research through purposive sampling technique. Estimates conducted by the multiple regression analysis. The data that were used in this study were secondary data, consisted of Government Expenditure, Inflation, and Poverty to human development index for the year 2000-2019. The results of this research, that Based on the partial test (t test), the Poverty variable has no significant effect while the Inflation and Government Expenditure variables have a significant effect on the variables of the human development index in Indonesia, the simultan test (F test), government expenditure, inflation, and poverty have a significant effect on the variables of the human development index. The economic growth variables are unable to moderate the relationship between government expenditure, inflation and poverty on the human development index.

Abstract

Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel kepemimpinan, pengembangan karir dan kompetensi kerja secara bersama-sama (simultan) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Perkebunan Nusantara II Tanjung Morawa Kebun Bandar Klippa. Sedangkan secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Perkebunan Nusantara II Tanjung Morawa Kebun Bandar Klippa dengan nilai koefisien regresi berganda adalah 0,160 dan nilai signifikan 0,000 < 0,05 (lebih kecil dari nilai toleransi kesalahan), Pengembangan Karir berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Perkebunan Nusantara II Tanjung Morawa Kebun Bandar Klippa dengan nilai koefisien regresi berganda 0,290 dan nilai signifikan 0,000< 0,05 (lebih kecil dari nilai toleransi kesalahan),  Kompetensi Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Perkebunan Nusantara II Tanjung Morawa Kebun Bandar Klippa dengan nilai koefisien regresi berganda 0,221 dan nilai signifikan 0,003< 0,05 (lebih kecil dari nilai toleransi kesalahan).

Abstract

Program penyuluhan edukasi jajanan sehat dalam upaya meningkatkan kesadaran pada anak usia sekolah dasar pada anak Panti Asuhan Yayasan Talenta Delpita dilaksanakan sebagai bentuk wujud tri dharma perguruan tinggi. Pengabdian dilaksanakan di Panti Asuhan Yayasan Talenta Delpita pada tanggal 20 November 2024. Jajanan sehat adalah makanan atau minuman yang dikonsumsi di luar waktu makan utama dan memiliki kandungan gizi yang baik untuk tubuh. Jajanan sehat biasanya rendah gula, garam, dan lemak, serta kaya akan serat, vitamin, dan mineral. Contoh jajanan sehat termasuk buah-buahan segar, kacang-kacangan, yogurt rendah lemak, dan sayuran. Tujuan kegiatan penyuluhan yaitu untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan pengetahuan anak-anak tentang pentingnya memilih makanan yang sehat dimana tujuan utamanya yaitu meningkatkan kesadaran, mengurangi konsumsi makanan tidak sehat, mendorong kebiasaan makanan sehat, meningkatkan pengetahuan gizi dan mendukung pertumbuhan serta perkembangan yang optimal. Metode workshop dilakukan dalam bentuk pelatihan dan pendampingan yang dimulai dengan memberikan pengetahuan dan pemahaman terlebih dahulu mengenai bagaimana implementasi konsumsi jajanan sehat dan makanan bergizi sehingga peserta dapat memahami bagaimana pentingnya menjaga kesehatan sejak dini. Hasil dari kegiatan pelatihan ini adalah mendapatkan respon yang positif serta peserta antusias dan sangat proaktif dalam implementasi edukasi jajanan sehat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah pelaksanaan prosedur penyitaan barang-barang wajib pajak akibat utang pajak pada Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Medan Petisah telah sesuai berdasarkan UU No.19 tahun 2000. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah daftar wajib pajak orang pribadi pada KPP Pratama Medan Petisah tahun 2018-2020, dengan jumlah sampel adalah100 orang. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode analisis deskriptif, wawancara dan kuesioner (angket). Dari hasil analisis menggunakan rumus Mean dan Grand Mean diketahui bahwa pelaksanaan prosedur penyitaan barang-barang wajib pajak akibat utang pajak pada Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Medan Petisah pada tahun 2018-2020 telah sesuai berdasarkan peraturan undang-undang No.19 tahun 2000.
