Abstract

Stressor of nurse work is an inability of nurse to face any condition or situation in work environment. Stressor of work consist of workload, physical environment, individual, group, and organization which is the source of stressor. The research identified the effect of work stressor on the quality of nurse care in inpatient wards of Sukoharjo Regional Public Hospital. The type of research is quantitative research with Cross-Sectional approach. The populations are all nurses who served in inpatient wards of Sukoharjo Regional Public Hospital. The samples are 81 nurses by using total sampling. There was no workload effect on the quality of nurse care (p 0,365; B -0,104). There was physical environment effect on the quality of nurse care (p 0,004; B 0,818). There was indiviual effect on the quality of nurse care (p 0,001; B 1,875). There was no group effect on the quality of nurse care (p 0,555; B 0,244). There was no organization effect on the quality of nurse care (p 0,640; B 0,184). The negative effect of stress in high level influenced the care to patient. Abstract

Purpose: Youth is the future generation of the nation. However, currently, a lot is happening to adolescents, such as premarital sexual behavior which ultimately has an impact on early marriage and the spread of sexually transmitted diseases. Many factors influence both internal and external factors causing juvenile delinquency that need attention. To overcome this, a good environment can be decisive for the development of these adolescents. And currently, the number of Indonesian adolescents aged 10-24 years in 2017 was 67.36 million or around 25% of Indonesia's population, the rate of early marriage in NTB is above the national figure, namely 31.12%. And the case of early marriage in NTB is very high, namely 58.1% of the total marriages in NTB. Method: This study used a "Pre Experimental Design". The population in this study were adolescents in the Karang Luah neighborhood, Bertais Village, Mataram City, and the samples in this study were 32 people who were taken using the total sampling technique. Result: The results of this study indicate the difference in the average value of the knowledge level of adolescents before and after the empowerment of adolescents, the p-value = 0.000 < α = 0.05. And experiencing changes in attitudes towards premarital sexual behavior for the better after being given empowerment of adolescents with a p-value = 0.000< α = 0.05. Conclusion: This research can conclude that there are differences in the value of the level of knowledge and attitudes of adolescents about sexual behavior after being empowered by adolescents in Karang Luah, Bertais Village.

Abstract

Satu dari berbagai permasalahan UMKM Songket adalah kurangnya perhatian pada aspek kompetensi SDM dan literasi potensi ekonomi kreatif. Kompetensi Sumber Daya Manusia dari dusun kebun sirih dalam memajukan UMKM seringkali kurang mendapat perhatian, seringkali SDM hanya dipandang sebagai alat produksi semata. Tujuan pengabdia ini adalah untuk memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan kepada para ibu-ibu pelaku UMKM dusun kebun sirih. Kompetensi Sumber Daya Manusia seperti aspek kepatuhan hukum, kualitas kerja dan penetapan upah, penilaian kinerja dari suatu produk. Tujuan lainnya dari pengabdian ini adalah memberikan penyuluhan dan pelatihan tentang kompetensi manajemen SDM berbasis masyarakat berbasis Ekonomi Kreatif (creative economy). Ekonomi Kreatif merupakan pilar perekonomian masa depan Indonesia. Metode dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah pembagian materi, ceramah, tanya jawab dan diskusi. Dari hasil pengabdian yang dilakukan, sudah berjalan baik dan sesuai dengan kondisi kebutuhan mitra. Melalui evaluasi pengabdian yang dilakukan, pihak mitra lebih menyadari bahwa di jaman ini perlunya penguasaan akan teknologi informasi agar jangkauan konsumen menjadi lebih luas. Selain hal tersebut, mitra juga menyadari bahwa pencatatan laporan keuangan tidak boleh diabaikan, hal ini demi tercatatnya dengan terstruktur dan terukur antara pendapatan dan pengeluaran. Pemahaman-pemahama akan hal-hal tersebut di atas sangat perlu diperhatikan, hal ini mengingat keberlangsungan usaha mitra harus tetap berlanjut dan memberikan keuntungan bagi mitra. Sehingga mitra mampu merasakan peningkatan perekonomian dan kesejahteraan.

Abstract

Diabetes mellitus merupakan penyakit kronis yang memerlukan manajemen perawatan yang baik untuk mencegah komplikasi yang serius. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan penyuluhan kesehatan sebagai upaya peningkatan pengetahuan dalam manajemen perawatan mandiri diabetes mellitus di Desa Gontoran, Kecamatan Lingsar, Lombok Barat. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penyuluhan kesehatan yang diikuti oleh pasien diabetes mellitus di desa tersebut. Kegiatan penyuluhan meliputi pemberian informasi mengenai pengelolaan diabetes, pentingnya pengaturan pola makan, aktivitas fisik, serta penggunaan obat secara tepat. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner yang diisi sebelum dan sesudah penyuluhan untuk mengukur tingkat pengetahuan peserta. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan dalam pengetahuan peserta mengenai manajemen perawatan mandiri diabetes mellitus setelah mengikuti penyuluhan. Dengan demikian, penyuluhan kesehatan terbukti efektif sebagai salah satu strategi untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kemampuan pasien dalam mengelola diabetes mellitus secara mandiri. Hal ini diharapkan dapat mengurangi risiko komplikasi dan meningkatkan kualitas hidup pasien diabetes mellitus di Desa Gontoran.

Abstract

This study examines the implementation of a case management model aimed at improving patient care coordination in hospitals. Case management is a structured approach designed to ensure that patients receive comprehensive and coordinated care. The study employs qualitative methods, including in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and document analysis. Participants include case managers, nurses, doctors, and patients at Hospital X. The findings reveal that implementing the case management model significantly enhances the efficiency and effectiveness of patient care coordination. Identified benefits include improved communication among medical teams, reduced service duplication, and better continuity of patient care. Additionally, the model aids in better health resource management and facilitates more systematic monitoring of patient progress. However, challenges such as resistance to change from medical staff and limitations in human and technological resources were noted. The study concludes that with proper training and adaptation strategies, the case management model can be widely adopted to improve the quality of patient care in hospitals.

Abstract

kualitas pelayanan administrasi kesehatan dalam kepuasan pasien adalah faktor penting dalam meningkatkan suatu mutu pelayan yang dapat mempengaruhi kepuasan pasien antara lain: (a) tangible (b) reliability (c) responsiveness (d) assurance (e) empathy. Penelitianini bertujuan untuk mengatahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan administrasi terhadap tingkat kepuasan pasien BPJS PBI di Puskesmas Perampuasn. Jenis penelitian menggunakan observasi analitik dengan desain cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pasien BPJS PBI yang datang berobat di Puskesmas Perampuan, teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan pusposive sampling sebanyak 100 sampel. Analisi data menggunakan analisis univariat dan bivariat. Hasil penelitian dengan analisi bivariat uji-T diketahui nilai P- value=0,01, hubungan abtara antara kedua variabel ini dinyatakan signifikan karena p-value=0,01 lebih kecil dari batas signifikan 0,05, yang menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan secara nyata mempengaruhi kepuasan pasien pada tingkat kepercayaan 95%. Hal ini menunjukkan semakin baik pelayanan yang diberikan maka semakin tinggi pula tingkat kepuasan pasien.

Abstract

Penyakit masyarakat yang terus mengalami peningkatan setiap tahunnya dan menjadi salah satu ancaman kematian di dunia adalah Diabetes Melitus. Kepatuhan diet pasien Diabetes Melitus sangat berperan penting untuk menstabilkan kadar glukosa darah, sedangkan kepatuhan itu sendiri merupakan suatu hal yang penting untuk dapat mengembangkan rutinitas (kebiasaan) yang dapat membantu penderita dalam mengikuti jadwal diet. Berdasarkan hasil laporan tahunan Dinas Kesehatan NTB mengalami peningkatan yang cukup pesan dan berdasarkan data yang didapakan bahwa terjadi peningkatan kejadian Diabetes Melitus Tipe 2 di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Penujak. Menurut asumsi peneliti angka kejadian Diabetes Melitus Tipe 2 di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Penujak mengalami peningkatan dikarenakan dari hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa responden banyak yang tidak melakukan kontrol secara rutin dan masih banyak yang kurang patuh terhadap pemenuhan jadwal makan yang tepat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran kepatuhan diet penderita Diabetes Melitus Tipe 2 di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Penujak Lombok Tengah. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 81 responden dengan teknik purposive sampling. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan crosssectional. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu kuesioner kepatuhan penderita Diabetes Melitus Tipe 2 mengenai pola diet. Analisis univariat dilakukan dengan cara mencari distribusi frekuensi setiap variabel penelitian untuk mengetahui proporsi atau gambaran dari variabel penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan gambaran kepatuhan diet didapatkan responden dengan kategori cukup patuh sebanyak 72 responden (88,9%). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini dibutuhkan program puskesmas dan edukasi yang lebih optimal lagi agar dapat meningkatkan kepatuhan diet dalam kategori yang baik dan menurunkan angka kejadian Diabetes Melitus Tipe 2. Keluarga dapat melakukan pendampingan dan perhatian agar penderita Diabetes Melitus Tipe 2 semangat dalam melakukan pengobatan secara teratur dan diharapkan keluarga dapat mendampingi dalam mengatur pola makan lansia agar lebih patuh lagi.

Abstract

The Desa Siaga approach includes efforts to bring basic health services closer to village communities, prepare the community to face health problems, orient the community in developing clean and healthy living behavior. Desa Siaga is a picture of a society that is aware, willing and able to prevent and overcome various threats to public health. The aim of this community service is to increase village administrators' knowledge about promotive, preventive, curative and rehabilitative village health post programs. This community service was carried out on August 25 2023 using the lecture method where the 16 participants who were Gerimak Indah village administrators were given an explanation of the aims and benefits of the community service carried out. Participants were given a questionnaire sheet regarding knowledge about promotive, preventive, curative and rehabilitative health post programs before and after education. The results of community service activities that have been carried out in Gerimak Indah Village show that there is a difference in knowledge before and after education where knowledge results have increased.
