This This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Financial Knowledge, Income, and Financial Behavior on financial satisfaction. This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 54 employees of the Class IB Binjai District Court. The sampling technique used the simple random sampling method. The research method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the research simultaneously show that Financial Knowledge, Income, and Financial Behavior have a significant effect on the Financial Satisfaction of the employees of the Class IB Binjai District Court. Partially it shows that Financial Knowledge, Income, and Financial Behavior have a positive and significant effect on financial satisfaction for Class IB Binjai District Court employees.

The biggest challenge of human resource management today is to win in the talent war. Talent war is a situation when the company racing against their competitor to obtain the best talent in the talent market.The one strategy to win this war talent is to implementing the use of talent management to define, discover, develop, manage, and retain talented employees in an effort to achieve strategic goals and future business needs. This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of talent management, multiple role conflicts and job stress on the performance of employees of PT Bank X Cabang Kisaran. This study is associative, ie research that connects two or more variables to see the effect of these variables. The population in this study were all 218 employees of PT Bank X Kisaran Branch. The number of samples in this study were 140 people with a proportional random sampling technique. The data used in this study is primary data and secondary data.. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis,with SPSS. The results of this study indicate that Talent Management, Multiple Role Conflict, and Job Stress simultaneously have a significant effect on the Performance of Bank X Employees. The partial test shows that Talent Management has a positive and significant effect on the Performance of Bank X Employees, Multiple Role Conflict has a negative and significant effect on performance. Bank X Employees and Job Stress have a negative and significant effect on the Employee Performance of Bank X.

So far, in determining and looking for criteria for good/excellent seeds, farmers do not have the right tools or methods. The selection of good/superior seeds is done based on personal experience and views, even some of the Sinabung refugees who cultivate carrots do not know the source of the seeds they use. Varieties of carrots are also very many kinds, almost 40 kinds of varieties. Each variety has different growing criteria and requirements. Thus, this becomes an additional difficulty factor in determining the quality of the type of carrot seed to be planted. This of course affects the production of carrots at harvest. Harvest production is not proportional to the area of land used. Based on the problems above, the search for superior seeds using a decision support algorithm can provide recommendations. This algorithm will provide recommendations for the quality of carrot seeds based on the criteria or characteristics that must be prepared in the selection of plants. The algorithm developed uses the Weighted Product (WP) algorithm. The WP method is a recommendation method with weighting against predetermined criteria. The weights given are based on research results and expert experience. From the results of this trial, several recommendations for prospective carrot plants are sorted based on the results of the algorithm calculations and can be used as superior seeds that produce greater production. The results of the study are expected to because of this research, the system has succeeded in providing recommendations for the best carrot seeds that can help increase carrot production and help economic resilience for farmers displaced by Mount Sinabung.

The primary needs of farmers include fertilizers, both organic and chemical fertilizers; the gap between availability and needs and fertilizer subsidies have not been able to increase agricultural production. Fertilizer problems also occur in Karo Regency in general. PT Pupuk Indonesia (Persero) is asked to take firm action against distributors and official kiosks in Karo Regency that are proven to have committed violations or irregularities related to the distribution of subsidized fertilizers. These violations include selling above the highest retail price (HET), selling to farmers outside the electronic definitive group needs plan (e-RDKK), and selling in packages. Fertilizer availability also remains a significant problem for their farmer groups. Farmers in Nangbelawan Village sometimes innovate by making organic fertilizers from crop residues or household food consumption to overcome the scarcity of chemical fertilizers. However, the quality of this organic fertilizer cannot guarantee the quality of the crops grown by farmers. Based on the results of discussions and interviews, it was finally obtained that the Nangbelawan Village farmer group needed training on making quality organic fertilizer or compost. There is also the need for tools that can help make compost or organic fertilizer. Currently, many composter tools are sold freely, but due to limited knowledge and funds, the Nangbelawan Village Farmers Group has not been touched by this composter tool. The results of the service activities show that the Smart Composter utilizing Debok banana (banana stem) waste, cow dung, water hyacinth, and rice straw has been successfully designed. It is expected to produce compost fertilizer effectively, and this composter is very suitable for use in Nangbelawan village, where the location of the area is an agricultural and livestock area. Hence, it is rich in raw materials.

In improving the economy of rural communities, it is necessary to map the available economic potential. Primary data collection on the economic potential of the village, namely in Nangbelawan, is carried out by interviewing partners, directly reviewing the available potential. From all the data and information collected in the integration in a website system: pesikap-nangbelawan.com. Information needed by users about the economic potential of the village can be obtained, including, agriculture, animal husbandry, fisheries, tourism, and liquid organic fertilizer. Natural resources that are quite fertile, sufficient rainfall, easy marketing of agricultural products, potential sources of labor are the strengths of the Nangbelawan village, but human resources are still very weak in utilizing the available potential. The economic potential that is the mainstay in the Nangbelawan village is carrot farming and cattle farming. The potential for livestock farming is very supportive because carrot agricultural waste can be used for cattle feed. By mapping the economic potential of the village through the pesikap-nangbelawan.com website, the development of the village economy that can be developed can be explored. In the future, this research will be developed so that the pesikap-nangbelawan.com website can be used as a patron for every village in North Sumatra in exploring and developing the economic potential of each village. Adanya perhatian khusus oleh pemerintah pusat akan daerah pedesaan dewasa ini, berdampak positif banyak dalam kemajuan daerah pedesaan, khususnya di dunia usaha. Di desa Nangbelawan, Karo sudah memiliki satu Bumdes air, dimana pengadaan air bagi penduduk setempat dikelola melalui Bumdes pemerintahan setempat. Para pelanggan menggunakan meteran air disetiap rumah, untuk mengetahui jumlah pemakaian air. Setiap bulannya para pelanggan diwajibkan membayar rekening air ke keuangan Bumdes. Dalam pengelolaan administrasi Bumdes ini, baik database pelanggan, jumlah tagihan, biaya operasional dan laporan keuangan masih dilakukan secara manual dalam pembukuannya, belum mengunakan teknologi IT. Sehingga kecepatan dan akurasi laporan keuangan setiap bulanya terkesan lambat dan tidak sesuai dengan kemajuan teknologi IT saat ini. Bahkan untuk mendapatkan informasi laporan keuangan dari Bumdes sangat terbatas didapatkan. Untuk itu tim PMKM kami memberikan solusi dengan pembuatan laporan keuangan menggunakan MS Excel Profesional. Dengan pembuatan laporan keuangan ini, segala informasi yang diperlukan baik database pelanggan, tagihan air, laporan keuangan bisa diperoleh setiap saat oleh masyarakat atau yang berkepentingan. Hal ini tentunya sangat bermanfaat bagi pengurus Bumdes karena dapat meringankan pekerjaan mereka dalam mengelola administrasi keuangan Bumdes, juga membantu mereka bekerja secara cepat dan handal. The existence of special attention by the central government for rural areas today has had many positive impacts on the progress of rural areas, especially in the business world. In the village of Nangbelawan, Karo already has a Bumdes for water, where the water supply for local residents is managed through the provincial government's Bumdes. Customers use a water meter in every home to determine the amount of water usage. Every month customers are required to pay water bills to Bumdes finances. In managing the Bumdes administration, the customer database, bill amounts, operational costs, and financial reports are still done manually in the bookkeeping, not using IT technology. So that the speed and accuracy of monthly financial reports seem slow and not in accordance with current IT technological advances. In fact, obtaining financial report information from Bumdes is very limited. For this reason, our PMKM team provides a solution by creating financial reports using Professional MS Excel. With the preparation of these financial reports, all the information needed, including customer databases, water bills, and financial reports, can be obtained at any time by the public or interested parties. This is, of course, very useful for Bumdes management because it can ease their work in managing Bumdes financial administration. It also helps them work quickly and reliably.
