Abstract

Social media is becoming a tool for more intense, convenient, and innovative business-customer interactions, the phenomenon of impulse buying has become widespread. Tiktok as social media has a lot of impact on society including in terms of shopping. This study was conducted with the aim of determining the effect of hedonic shopping value and beauty influencers on impulse purchases. This type of research is descriptive quantitative, which is a study that aims to explain an empirical phenomenon accompanied by statistical data, characteristics and relationships between variables whose data collection techniques use questionnaires and literature studies. Data collection in this study was carried out through distributing questionnaires using a Likert scale. The sample in this study were people in Manado city totalling 116 respondents. The method used in data collection is purposive sampling. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS 29 program. The results of this study indicate that the Hedonic Shopping Value variable has a positive and significant effect on the impulse buying variable and the beauty influencer variable also has a positive and significant effect on the impulse buying variable, both independent variables, namely hedonic shopping value and beauty influencers simultaneously affect impulse buying.   Keyword: Hedonic Shopping Value, Beauty Influencer, Impulse Buying

Abstract

Job satisfaction is an important factor in a company's ability to meet organizational goals and represents a person's feelings toward his work. The purpose of this study is to determine whether emotional intelligence and employee empowerment influence employee job satisfaction in the Regional Legislatives Council Office in Southeast Minahasa. This study used a quantitative approach and Multiple Linear Regression as its analytical tool. The sampling technique of this research is saturation sampling with 40 respondents as samples by using a questionnaire to collect primary data. The results of this study revealed that each of emotional intelligence and employee empowerment partially has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction simultaneously, both emotional intelligence and employee empowerment significantly and positively influence employee job satisfaction. Therefore, a combination of emotional intelligence and employee empowerment contribute to higher job satisfaction.   Keywords: Emotional Intelligence, Employee Empowerment, Employee Job Satisfaction

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Promotion, Perceived Ease of Use and Price to Purchase Intention. The researcher used InDrive users in Manado as object. Quantitative research is used for testing objective theories by examining the relationship of variables. The number of samples used in this study is 100 respondents, aged 18-26, sampling method that was used is random sampling, with questionnaire as a tool in collecting data. Multiple regression analysis is used to analyze the relationship between dependent variable and two or more independent variable. The result shows that Promotion have no influence on Purchase Intention, Perceived Ease of Use have no influence on Purchase Intention, Price has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Intention and Promotion, Perceived Ease of Use and Price simultaneously have a significant effect on Purchase Intention.   Keywords: Promotion, Perceived Ease of use, Price, Purchase Intention

Abstract

Di era globalisasi ini perkembangan bisnis di Indonesia terus berkembang, salah satu tanda perkembangannya adalah ketatnya persaingan dalam dunis bisnis coffe shop. Dengan persaingan yang ketat menuntut pelaku bisnis untuk beradu strategi yang tepat agar dapat memenuhi keinginan dan kebutuhan konsumen Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan dan Kualitas Produk terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen pada Kedai Koel Manado. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang pernah membeli di Kedai Koel Manado. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan membagikan kuesioner kepada 96 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu analisis regesi linier berganda dengan bantuan progam SPSS versi 23. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa. Secara parsial Kualitas Pelayanan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen dan Kualitas Produk secara parsial berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan Konsumen. Secara simultan Kualitas Pelayanan dan Kualitas Produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen pada Kedai Koel Manado. Meningkatkan Kualitas Pelayanan dan tetap menjaga Kualitas Produk yang ada agar dapat selalu diterima dikalangan masyarakat dan bisa menambah keuntungkan bagi pihak Kedai Koel. Kata Kunci: kualitas pelayanan, kualitas produk, kepuasan konsumen

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of incentives and work discipline on employee performance at UP Creative Space & Coffee Manado. The main objective of this research is to analyze the influence of incentives on employee performance, the influence of work discipline on employee performance, and the combined influence of incentives and work discipline on employee performance. The sample of this research was all 33 employees of UP Creative Space & Coffee Manado, using saturation sampling for the sampling technique. The results shows that incentives and work discipline partially have a positive but not significant effect on individual employee performance at UP Creative Space & Coffee Manado. However, simultaneously, these two variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. In this study, incentives and work discipline at UP Creative Space & Coffee Manado were found to positively and significantly influence employee performance when applied simultaneously, highlighting their importance in improving overall organizational outcomes.
