Abstract

The objectives to be achieved in this study are to identify the influence of product variations on customer satisfaction at Kopi Kenangan Megamas Manado, identify the influence of servicescape on customer satisfaction at Kopi Kenangan Megamas Manado, the influence of product variations and servicescape on customer satisfaction at Kopi Kenangan Megamas Manado. This study uses a quantitative approach. The sampling method used was non-probability with a purposive sampling technique. The sample criteria for this study were people who had visited, purchased and dine in at Kopi Kenangan Kawasan Megamas Manado. The results show that Product Variation has a positive and significant influence on Customer Satisfaction at Kopi Kenangan Megamas Manado, Servicescape has a positive and significant influence on Customer Satisfaction at Kopi Kenangan Megamas Manado, and simultaneously Product Variation and Servicescape influence Customer Satisfaction   Keyword: product variation, servicescape, customer satisfaction

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the importance and performance of compensation programs received by the employees of PT Freeport Indonesia, Mimika. This research uses quantitative approach with 100 employees of PT Freeport Indonesia, Mimika as respondents. There 9 total criteria in this research, which is: Salary, Overtime Pay, Incentive, Transportation, Meal Allowance, Annual Leave, Religious Holiday, Health Insurance, and Pension. The result of this research shows that Salary, Pension, and Annual Leave are in Quadrant I; Transportation, Religious Holiday, and Health Insurance are in Quadrant II; Meal Allowance and Overtime Pay in Quadrant III; following by Incentive in Quadrant IV. So, related with the findings in this research, there are some recommendations for PT Freeport Indonesia.   Keywords: compensation, importance-performance analysis

Abstract

This study is to know the influence of social media marketing (X1), electronic word of mouth (X2) and price (X3) on brand switching (Y) of Somethine local cosmetics in Manado. The type of this research is quantitative research method by distributing questionnaires through 100 respendents with purposive sampling method who was the domicilie in Manado and using Somethine product for 3 months and processed the data through multiple linear regression analysis. Based on data results concluded that: social media marketing has significant influence on brand switching of somethinc local cosmethics in Manado, electronic word of mouth has significant influence on brand switching of Somethinc local cosmethics in Manado, price has significant influence on brand switching of Somethinc local cosmethics in Manado and social media marketing, electronic word of mouth and price has significant influence on brand switching of Somethinc local cosmethics in Manado. The company should be considering an affordable price for each new product that will be release with a nice, proper, and fresh advertisement, that not only shows how great the product is, but focusing on how it can affect and fulfill the customer needs.   Keyword: Social Media Marketing, Electronic Word Of Mouth, Price, Brand Switching

Abstract

The idea that a firm’s single purpose is to make profits has dictate the way business are conducted by most organizations, leading to a mindset focus on short term results, with less attention given to most business stakeholders. This study aims to prove that the internal corporate social responsibility affected the employee performance at PT. Pertamina Geothermal Energy Area Lahendong. Internal CSR in this research represented by three dimension namely work-life balance (x1), skill development (x2), and workforce diversity (x3) as independent variable while employee performance (y) as the dependent variable. Researcher use the quantitative methods by distributing questionnaires through 69 respondents as the research sample and processed the data through multiple linear regression analysis. Abstract

Competition between e-commerce in Indonesia is very tight and dynamic, with several main players competing to get a larger market share, one of which is Shopee. This study explores the Influence of Service Quality, Price, and Lifestyle on Purchase Decisions of Shopee users at Sam Ratulangi University. The backdrop of the study is the rapid technological development that has significantly impacted various aspects of daily life, including shopping behaviors. This study employs quantitative analysis, using statistical methods to examine the relationships between the independent variables (service quality, price, and lifestyle) and the dependent variable (purchase decision). The research focuses on how e-commerce platforms like Shopee, influence consumer behavior and purchase decisions. Shopee is noted for its attention to service quality, price, and lifestyle to attract and retain customers. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara simultan maupun parsial perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, perceived risk, trust dan social influence terhadap behavioral intention pedagang menggunakan QRIS di Pasar Beriman Tomohon. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 50 orang pedagang di Pasar Beriman Tomohon yang didapatkan melalui purposive sampling dengan syarat sudah menggunakan QRIS sebagai salah satu metode pembayaran. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa perceived of usefulnes, perceived ease of use, perceived of risk, trust dan social influence secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap behavioral intention pada penggunaan QRIS Pedagang di Pasar Beriman Tomohon. Perceived of usefulnes, perceived ease of use dan trust secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap behavioral intention pada penggunaan QRIS Pedagang di Pasar Beriman Tomohon. Perceived of risk dan social influence tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap behavioral intention pada penggunaan QRIS Pedagang di Pasar Beriman Tomohon. Pedagang di Pasar Beriman Tomohon agar dapat memaksimalkan teknologi yang berkembang saat ini dalam kegiatan transaksi sehari-hari serta terus belajar dan mendalami pemahaman cara kerja QRIS secara mandiri. Pihak-pihak terkait yang menawarkan program QRIS agar aktif melakukan sosialisasi kepada pedagang-pedagang serta memaparkan keberagaman manfaat QRIS dibandingkan pembayaran secara tunai.

Abstract

Perkembangan e-commerce di Indonesia semakin pesat, terutama sejak pandemi COVID-19 yang mendorong peralihan belanja konvensional ke digital. Shopee menjadi salah satu platform dominan, khususnya di kalangan Generasi Z yang dikenal sebagai digital natives dengan ekspektasi tinggi terhadap pengalaman belanja daring. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh Content Quality dan Interaction Quality terhadap Customer Loyalty dengan Customer Satisfaction sebagai variabel mediasi. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) melalui AMOS. Sampel sebanyak 200 responden diperoleh dengan teknik purposive sampling, dengan kriteria usia 18–28 tahun, berdomisili di Manado, dan aktif menggunakan Shopee dalam tiga bulan terakhir. Variabel penelitian diukur dengan skala Likert yang mencakup Content Quality, Interaction Quality, Customer Satisfaction, dan Customer Loyalty. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Content Quality dan Interaction Quality berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Customer Satisfaction. Selain itu, Customer Satisfaction juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Customer Loyalty dan memediasi hubungan variabel independen dengan loyalitas pelanggan. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya peningkatan kualitas konten dan interaksi digital untuk mempertahankan loyalitas Generasi Z dalam persaingan e-commerce.
