Abstract

The performance of nurses in service can be seen from the fulfillment of nursing characteristics, namely in nursing documentation. Good documentation requires monitoring and evaluation in accordance with performance management. The research objective is to determine the relationship between the implementation of Monitoring and Evaluation based on the Implementation of the Clinical Performance Management Development System (SPMKK) with the Implementation of Documentation. This type of research is quantitative research. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling of 83 nurses. Data analysis was used the univariate and bivariate statistics to see the relationship of dependent and independent variables using the Chi Square test. The results showed less than half (49.4%) of nurses were not good in monitoring activities based on SPMKK, (42.2%) nurses were not good enough in evaluating, (42.2%) nurses were not good enough to document nursing. The results showed a significant relationship between monitoring and evaluation activities with nursing documentation. For hospitals to implement evaluation monitoring so that nursing documentation runs smoothly in accordance with nursing procedures, the Head of nursing needs to improve the nurses' clinical performance skills with regular seminars.

Abstract

Online learning methods are increasingly being used, including for conducting university learning. It becomes a condition that must be avoided as part of the health protocol (hence: Prokes). Several factors influence student achievement using this online learning method, namely: student GPA, gender, ethnicity, first-generation status, and income status. The independent variables are discipline, environment, learning motivation, and learning media, while the dependent variable is GPA and the quality of graduates. The method of collecting data in this research is by distributing questionnaires to 153 student respondents. The research approach used is correlation investigation to find the relationship between variables. The method of collecting data on the sample is probability sampling, which uses a simple random sampling technique and SmartPLS software. PLS analysis using the inner model, outer model, and hypothesis testing. This study has four hypotheses. Three of them are supported, and one is not supported. The results of this study indicate a positive and significant relationship between discipline, environment, and learning motivation on GPA and graduate quality. However, the learning media variable has no relationship to the GPA variable. This research focuses on active students in the Department of Management at Andalas University and Padang State University.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the implementation of safety and protection systems against sexual harassment experienced by female online transportation partners, particularly Gojek drivers, in Padang City. The phenomenon indicates that although these partners are not permanent employees, they face similar, or even greater, occupational risks, especially for women. Using a qualitative approach with a phenomenological method, the research explores the in-depth experiences of seven informants who have encountered sexual harassment. Data were collected through in-depth interviews and analyzed using the Grand Theory of Behavior-Based Safety and the Normalization Process Theory. The findings reveal that sexual harassment, both verbal and non-verbal, remains prevalent and has a significant impact on mental health, sense of security, and psychological well-being. Many victims choose not to report incidents due to low trust in reporting systems, lack of follow-up, and fear of losing income. The study finds that the existing safety and protection systems are not yet optimal, particularly in prevention, training, and case handling. This research contributes to the literature on occupational safety management and the protection of female workers in the digital economy sector, while also providing policy recommendations that are more responsive, inclusive, and victim-centered.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of reward systems, punishment, and compliance with standard operating procedures (SOP) on the performance of Traffic Police Unit personnel at Payakumbuh Police Department, with work motivation as a mediating variable. The research applied a quantitative method using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with a Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to the traffic police personnel of Payakumbuh. The findings reveal that compliance with SOP has a positive and significant effect on performance, while reward, punishment, and work motivation do not directly affect performance. Reward, punishment, and SOP compliance significantly influence work motivation, but motivation does not mediate their effect on performance. These results emphasize the crucial role of SOP compliance as the dominant factor in improving performance, whereas reward and punishment mainly foster motivation without directly enhancing work outcomes.
